They really should be keeping someone at the front desk of the tire station. When I asked if they could call someone from the after 20 minutes of waiting, they told me to keep waiting. This is on Wednesday with a scheduled appointment. Guys at tires are working hard but they can t just staff someone to stay at the desk?

Without question, this is the least friendly, least customer service oriented location I ve ever encountered. They never offer a box when you check out and if you request one, they don t even acknowledge you. They always seem put off when ringing up my items. Unfortunately it s also the closest location to my home so I m stuck with them for now

Eh, its Costco. This one isnt as crowded as the Baybrook or original Houston one on i10 but, I was not happy with their limited computer selection compared to other locations. Plus my app was not syncing while in store. Still, I prefer Costco to Sams.

Never had an issue at this location until I ordered a hot dog. As the only African American in line. I was the only person the food service worker wanted to see a receipt from. Again, this is how companies get themselves in legal issues with employees that have racial biases! This store has a pretty good team but they do have some bad apples, here and there! Dont forget to follow me as I travel around America giving you my reviews so you dont waste your money or time!

IF YOU GUYS HAVE PARENTS THAT DONT DRIVE OR HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SENDS YOU FOR THEIR GROCERY DO NOT COME THEY WONT LET YOU PURCHASE THE GROCERY THAT YOU GOT IF THE MEMBERSHIP PERSON IS NOT WITH YOU IN THIS CASE IT WAS MY MOTHER MEMBERSHIP AND THEY LITERALLY WILL WAIT TILL THE END TO SCAN THE ID AT REGISTER. Very unprofessional service! Didn t let me purchase anything after I told them my mother couldn t come with me due to some personal issues. Got my mother in the phone for her to explain that we leave in the same house and she send me because she really couldn t make it, and requested an employee that speaks spanish so she could understand and was neglected. Employee still being unprofessional!! suggested for me to get a membership after everything I told her no because I really dont shop here I only did it for my mother . Cosco you should instead of scanning the ID AT THE END scan it at the entrance for this kind of situations.

Just some constructive feedback about the so-called chicken salad. The salad has huge chunks of chicken that has to be manually shredded or cut up to get it to resemble chicken salad. There s no real QC in the chicken either; often I find chicken parts that should not be in a chicken salad. Very average for an otherwise excellent store.

I picked up this receipt from my Tita and I have to admit, I was destined to write some type of review, I mean, look at the stars. Bravo. Great customer service with all of the people who work here. Very hard workers and if customer is in need of assistant, they are more than happier to help even with the next task. Plus they serve great, great samplers. I cant wait until I go back here for more. Like I said I was destined to not have this receipt complimented. I like Costco!

Weve been Costco shoppers for probably 4 years now. I love their fresh produce and variety of good stuff. However, when I love something, the next time I look for it, they dont carry it. This is my pet peeve. Or when I bought peaches recently grown in CA, and it didnt taste or smell like a peach.

Do not buy appliances! I purchased a refrigerator on 5/15 and was told it would be delivered on the 20th. On the 17th I was told it wouldnt be here until the 31st. I paid for the fridge, but I have to wait two weeks to receive it. The worst part is that there is no way to contact customer service about it. Lowes or Home Depot wouldve had it delivered the next day.

I have been a costco member since the Humble store opened. When possible I only use costco gas. Price is great. Buy my glasses there. The store is clean and friendly. But I have yet to be disappointed with a Costco store. As I travel I have been to Costcos in Canada and Iceland Iceland was a little different as they get their merchandise from Europe but the prices were good and gas lines long but the staff have always been friendly and welcoming everywhere.

Making sure to NOT be around Annette when shopping here, Came in today to have a little lunch, decided to shop around to kill time, notice we came in on a day they like to hand out samples, it was amazing till we came across Annette,....we approached her with a friendly smile and a, have any goodies she was busy talking with a employee who was restocking the freezer next to her, she seem so bothered that we asked for a sample, she looked over to use with a rude and bothered look and stated With her hand out saying its STILL cooking and went back to chatting with the employee,....Annette made us SO uncomfortable we instantly left the store.
