I ordered this sirlon with garden chicken salad and asparagus My husband ordered me transmania, shrimp and scallops. Food was pretty good. We decided to have our family dinner at Outback Steakhouse. From the time we called to make reservations until the time we left the redtaurant after eating..everything was awesome. The staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Our waitress Bella is so sweet. We never had to ask for anything. She constantly checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. She did an exceptional job. Go Bella! The manager Warren was so down to earth and hospitable. If I could, Id give the staff 10 stars. Keep up the great work staff!

I want to give a shout out to Jaden R. On 08/24/24 I was in a party of 2 dining at Outback Steakhouse in Humble, Tx. location. We had an excellent experience. Jaden was our attentive server. He exemplified courteous customer service care. He was super pleasant, respectful, kind, responsive and overall a phenomenal customer service representative! I will surely ask for him again on our next visit. Thank you Jaden for making us feel welcomed and that our patronage was truly appreciated!! You rock! I was very disappointed with the dinner. I ordered the Sirloin & Grilled Shrimp with extra sautéed mushrooms on the side. I asked for a medium rare. The meat was very tough, the asparagus was limp and soft, and the sautéed mushrooms on the side was cold so all in all the dinner was a disappointment. The service was excellent, the lady was very sweet and friendly and offered to give us a dessert on the house because the dinner was so bad.

Had food for delivery and got a pasta with so much green onions that anytime you took a bite it sounded like you were munching on a salad. The pasta itself wasnt good at all by the way. The steak that came with the pasta was pretty tough for it being medium. You could also taste that the salad they gave me was old. Overall it was just a bad experience and wont be dining with them again.

To go from a A+ meal last week to today is AWFUL! 18oz ribeye tough. Dont want to wear it for my shoe, no flavor at all, some spice would help, looks like they threw 3 sprigs of asparagus on top of expensive steak, explained I did NOT want it aldente, sent it back, no taste whatsoever, now its stringy glad I had a can of asparagus that I could heat up, last week same meal and it was delicious even call restaurant back and commented how almost perfect everything was except for the 2 dried out lobster tails. 5-Star Customer Service is what I received when I patronized this establishment even though I ate on the $14.99 Lunch Special and received a military discount. Outback was great! Our waitoe/server was wonderful! It appeared he had a lot of tables to be the waitor/server. Other employees appeared to be doing as little as possible. Also, why did our food have so much salt? Blooming onions and shrimp were salty and the lemonade was sour. The green drink was great! My brothers steak was beef jerky, it was so well done the table shook as he cut it. Our waitor/server the only Black man we saw working at Outback Steakhouse in Humbleon Fathers Day was awesome!

Came to Outback for the first time in years on a date and we had gotten our waitress Charlea, she s super funny and super nice. She made sure all of our food came out perfect and never failed to make sure our drinks were full. If you go to Outback, make sure you ask for Charlea!! Nobody does it better than Charlea!!

The food was great, and the server was very friendly. The only issue was that what I had ordered was not part of the deal, unlimited soup and salad... I was surprised when I got the bill. I was charged for an additional salad and soup! The server should have known that there was some confusion and explained what items were included. This is a turn-off for me.

Its been a very long time since my wife and I have gone to Outback for dinner. I must say we both were pleasantly surprised by 1st the quality of service we received by our server Mercedes, and 2ndly the drinks and food. My wife is a picky person when it comes to dining, and Mercedes really displayed a level a customer service I wish we would get every time we go out. Kudos young lady!

This restaurant has never disappointed us! Each time weve visited, the food has been fresh, delicious and just as we ordered it. Most of all the service is great! Shatera was our server and she was absolutely awesome If you ever visit the Humble location ask for her. She was the best server Ive ever experienced! Great food and service! We will return again!

Love this place, staff is always so nice. Jessica R. takes good care of us. As a family we come here each month and have the pleasure of having her as our waitress. She also covers the bar and does great in multi tasking, we never have to wait. Food quality is great and fresh :) Highly recommend.

Havent been to outback in years me and my wife went for our anniversary. My steak that I got was tough and it had too much spice on it it was even spicy hot where I can barely eat it the shrimp was tough also I like the Texas Roadhouse steaks better so thats where Ill be going to get steaks from now on

I ordered online for delivery for an office function. As you can imagine, it was a large order with a large price tag. Everyone wanted potatoes (either baked or sweet; loaded) as a side; none of them came with anything as far as toppings: no butter, cheese, chives, honey butter, or cinnamon. Also, when it was received, one person ordered a sirloin steak, which was the size of a babys foot. The blooming chicken another coworker got looked more like a chicken strip than a chicken breast. We were highly disappointed in the amount of money we paid to get food that we could not enjoy.

This location has been around for awhile. The service was a little delayed. Food was normal. My brother returned his steak because it was not cooked to his request-well done. This visit was on Mothers Day. Loved the cheese fries and bread , of course.
