We dont eat burger King often just because we dont eat out that often. But when we do, weve always gone to this one, 10+ years, never had an issue. Theyve always gone above and beyond for us when we do. My family is big, and really bad about customizing everything. Theyve never let us down tho. Pretty happy with em, give em 5 stars for sure. Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is a usual thing I get even tho Im not a vegetarian, just tasty.

Food was good but the service at this location was really lacking. Slow to the counter to take my order, and when she got there, she just stood there and looked at me - no hi, no intro, no offer, no would you like?, nothing. Gave me my food in a bag after I asked to eat there. The whole situation just felt rude and very inconsistent with my expectations for BK.

Went there late night, lights were just turned off. McDonald literally next door had a line around the parking lot. They had no 1 in line.. they refused to take my order, then I seen the time was 11:30. They dont close until 12am. Listed on the drive thru window, I hunked my horn and the Mgr. Was a real B. Now I see y they had no 1 in line and McDonalds was lined around the corner. I would fire this Mgr. She simply doesnt care about the business just to get home early.

This evening, my wife and I had a craving for hamburgers, so we both decided that we would get whoppers from Burger King. We went to the Burger King located at 6944 FM 1960 E. in Humble, Texas. We both ordered whopper meals, and we wanted sweet teas, but then they told us that they ran out of sweet tea. So instead, we ordered two lemonades. In addition to that, I ordered jalapeño cheddar bites. When we got to the window to pay, the woman took my card and set it on the counter for several minutes. When she finally rang my order up, she gave my card back to me, with no receipt. She handed us our lemonades, both of which were leaking from the brim of the cup. Then she handed us our food. As we started driving off, I asked my wife to check the bag to make sure everything was correct. As we were leaving the parking lot, she noticed that they did not put the jalapeño cheddar bites in the bag. I had to turn my vehicle around, drive back into the parking lot, park my vehicle, then go into the Burger King and ask for my jalapeño cheddar bites, which they gave me. When we got home, we started to open up our meals so that we could enjoy our burgers, as I was handing my wife her lemonade, I noticed something black on the brim of her cup. When I removed the lid, we both noticed that it was a dead spider on the brim of the cup, caught underneath the lid. We initially called the number on the order slip, and the call did not go through on 2 to 3 attempts. When we googled the restaurant location we realized that their number had changed. My wife and I both called the new number three times a piece, so a total of six times, and no one ever picked up the phone. In fact, we let the phone ring so long, that it disconnected on its own. So we gave up on trying to call them, which is what is prompting me to leave this review. This whole experience with Burger King was totally disgusting, and a waste of my time and money! I will be telling everyone that I know never to eat at that establishment as I will never return there again! See pictures of the spider on the brim of the cup! Hope this location gets their act together and pays closer attention to what they re doing when they re handling peoples food and drink.

I have been to this location a three times over the last month. Two of those times I arrived around 6:15am to order breakfast. Both times I was told at the speaker that they were not open for breakfast at the moment. The third time I stoped in to order lunch. I was given smaller sizes of fries than I ordered and missing an ordered item. Not satisfied with service.

Order three junior whoppers with cheese no ketchup got them with ketchup anyways. Call up there to try to get it fixed literally let the phone ring for five minutes nobody answered terrible service. Not only when the person was taking my order through the drive-through they were very rude taking my order. Look if you don t wanna work at a fast food restaurant maybe you should try and find another job just saying. One of the crapest Burger King ever. Bacon king rules , get the app and get lots of coupons , it is worth it..the food has really improved over the last year..total difference. You can taste the char on the meat, the bacon is crispy, the buns are nice and soft. And the fries are thick and crispy on the outside and soft and puffy on the inside. Super rude employees. I typically get 2 for $5 and a large water. I dont mind paying 50 cents for the water but now the owner is charging $2.29 for water. When I explained that the water was usually 50 cents, I was told not any more...do you want it ir not. I placed my order and just drive off. I wont be back.

Although service and cleanliness were good, this rating is for the burger. I ordered the Impossible Whopper with a substitute of mustard instead of the mayonnaise. Loved it!
