Nandos is a must-try. Their main pitch is the quality of their meat and they deliver. Leo, one of the kind, friendly staff, cleverly offers samples of the fajita and barbaqua while newcomers like myself are mulling over the options. The meat is fresh and so tender and flavorful. I had a fajita taco with beans, lettuce, and tomatoes. The surprise for me (maybe because I didnt read, too hungry to read... lol) was the fajita taco came with egg. This was a pleasant surprise, although, I would have opted to leave the lettuce and tomatoes off and just have the egg, fajita, and beans. And my other taco was a machicado a la Mexicana, which i was informed by Leo, that they sought out the best machicado they could and i believe it was a very good choice. It was fresh and very tasty. I would like it to be a little more pungent, but it was a very good and fresh-tasting machicado. Now that leaves only the soup to mention, and l tell you this, I for one cant wait until the winter comes because I will come here to order solely this soup. I was so into chewing the first bite of my machicado taco and saving all the flavors that I didnt catch what Leos pitch and description of this soup were. I saw a small bowl, he placed it down, I heard something about meat, and saw sneering that at first looked like frijoles a la charra. My brain said, wait, meat... I grab my spoon and stirred it and saw meat instead of beans. This soup (i will update this review when I get the get the name) could be the one thing that propels this mom-and-pop style taco stand to a state or even national sensation. I admit I was looking for a decent breakfast and was blindsided by this whole experience, in a very good way. I am planning on visiting the next day or so to order my fajita taco properly (my mistake, not theirs) and have a pleasant visit with the friendly staff at Nandos.

I don t know if I have the words to describe how incredible Nando s Tacos is! My entire experience was top notch. The portions, price, food quality, and service are all first rate. It is abundantly clear that the folks working here take tremendous pride in what they do. The staff were super friendly and were more than happy to talk to me about the cuts of meat they use and how it s prepared (a conversation I very much enjoyed). In an area that has endless taco options, Nando s Tacos is a definite stand out! Having said all that, I still feel like my words don t do this place justice. I go at least once a week! I have enjoyed everything Ive eaten at Nandos but the carne guisada tacos on flour tortillas are my go-to. Its the best carne guisada Ive ever had! We called around to see who serves breakfast tacos all day and we drove by Nando s and saw the signage. We are so glad we stopped. Fresh squeezed lemonade, orange juice to quench our thirsts. To feed the soul and our belly s we enjoyed the fresh tortillas, barbacoa, beans & eggs cooked to order. The fajita was thick slabs of savory goodness. Today was our first time we tried Nandos and its awesome ! We tried the chorizo and egg, bacon and egg, Carne guisada and the carrots beans ! Drove by this place a couple times and decided to try it today. Really, really wanted to like it but it was a huge miss. The sales pitch is great, real Angus steak, ect ect... But..... Ordered two plates: Steak breakfast plate and barbacoa breakfast plate. Steak was bad like literally food safety should have been thrown away bad. Also it was more of a brisket taste/texture than steak Eggs were ok but they give you like 4 eggs per plate. Potatoes were cooked like hash browns and not cooked enough. The saving grace was the beans, best tasting out of a lot of the restaurants in the area but not enough to redeem the plate. The barbacoa was also bad, not sure if their meat fridge went out or if they arent keeping their meat at temp but the smell and taste made it obvious you shouldnt even attempt to eat it. Tortillas for being home made were on par with what youd get from a store, no love in them. Salsa, all three that they offered just had no flavor and didnt enhance anything. If you sit outside you get the great smell of sewage wafting up anytime the wind blows. Unfortunately despite the sales pitch this restaurant is a big NO for me and my family. Fingers crossed that I dont get food poisoning from the steak.

So, yesterday on my way to work I stopped off at a Restaurant I had been wanting to visit Nandos Tacos in Humble Texas. I ordered a couple of Breakfast Tacos that were made Hot & fresh to order using handmade tortillas and really filled with plenty of egg n bacon to fill you up. The owner Nando offered me a sample of the tender and flavorful fajitas they also offer plus a taste of a soup called Carne en su Jugo known to be from Jalisco Mexico. It was so flavorful that I am here on my day off to have a bowl to enjoy. It has Beef, Bacon, Beans n Veggies which I was told its cooked in a pot for some time making it taste Savory and Delicious! The dining area is large with A/C keeping you comfortable while you eat. They also offer Freshly Squezed Lemonade. I highly recommend it! Next time I am Hungry I know where to come.

I was in Humble shopping and looked on Google Maps to find a place. Hmm. This place has fajita tacos. Ill give them a try. Wow! Am I glad I did! Im used to the tacos that are not much bigger than a small street taco. This thing was LOADED, too. The flavor beyond my expectations. It was one of the best fajita tacos Ive ever had. The lemonade is fresh squeezed and is perfectly sweetened. This is one of my favorite places now. I highly recommend them.

I recently found about this taco place from Google and decided to try it as it was close distance to where I was stopping this morning. I read encouraging reviews but did not know what to expect as sometimes even duds have good reviews for various reasons. This was NOT one of them! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Grace whom ensured my experience was special. She was patient, courteous, gave very good customer service and offered suggestions on the menu. I wound up eating the Carne en su jugo (hot, delicious, and fresh! Tastes like a Mexican gumbo!) The chicken fajita taco, beef fajita taco, and the shrimp fajita taco. They were all very well portioned and top quality Chicken breast, outside skirt steak, and succulent grilled shrimp. The quality of the meats stood out and the taste was excellent. I enjoyed all 3 and my personal favorite is the Beef fajita and carne en su jugo from today s visit. This place is definitely worth a try and you WILL be back once you do!

Not a fan of their barbacoa. Tasted really weird. I do not recommend getting barbacoa! I will say there beef fajitas are ok. Tacos are overpriced id say considering portion size. Taco flores hands down.

My breakfast plate was wrong but the owner was there (Nando) and he fixed it. He is a nice man and heaven-sent. He told me to keep the order I had and gave me what I wanted on the side. My portion of eggs was doubled (papa con huevo and chorizo con huevo) The protein was put to good use for my workout. Big breakfast and I left a happy boy

Menudo served every day!!! Got to love it. Barbacoa is in point. Bacon egg and cheese burrito is huge. Spicy salsa is actually spicy. Eaten here twice. There fajita meat is of the high quality. Haven t disappointed yet. Owner is cool and courteous. My new spot.

Will be back! The Carne guisada , heauvos la Mexicana, chorizo a la Mexicana, and plain ol bacon and egg were very good! The soup given as a sample while I waited was fantastic - even at 0900. The spicy hot sauce was very good as well - good heat but still some depth of flavor. Will return to try the non-breakfast tacos and tres leches.

First visit there today....I am thrilled to have finally stopped in for our lunch. Everything was incredible, from the food, service and people! Talked with Grace for awhile and really enjoyed meeting her. I manage a nearby business and have, regrettably, not stopped by until now. I will be back again and again, for sure! While waiting for my take out order, Graces husband gave me a sample of the soup. Not fair! I am known for my delicious soup and it is often requested by family, co-workers and friends. This is better than mine with a depth of flavor that could tempt you to drink a gallon of it. Worth ordering and NO cold weather needed! What a great addition to this area. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best chorizo or steak fajita tacos Ive had since moving here. I come from NM so I know tacos and most places around here are bland. NOT HERE AT NANDOS!!!
