Speedy Mail HELPED me today with getting my returned package off and getting mail to Michigan in a couple of days TODAY! They also helped me to send CARE PACKAGES to my son when he was in Afghanistan! They are always so HELPFUL and efficient! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I ve been a Speedy Mail customer for decades. They expertly handle all of my mailing, faxing, notarizing, scanning and printing requirements. I am now a retired UPS supervisor and I used Speedy instead of the UPS Store. I highly recommend Speedy Mail and Parcel.

The lady thay works here is absolutely terrible and rude. I dropped off a package to be shipped with the shipping label attached. I dropped it off to an elderly man. I asked for some kind of receipt when I dropped it off and he mentioned the scanner wasnt working since their power was out and I could track the package with the shipping label. Its been almost a week and my tracking is absolutely blank. It doesnt reflect that my package was ever sent out. She wouldnt check and wouldnt even look in my direction when speaking to me. Essentially they have my package and theres nothing I can do

5.67 to get one paper printed is absolutely ridiculous they charge a computer fee to get it printed. No where on their store does it state that. . The front desk lady is rude and has no customer service either. Will never step foot in this place

Have used this location for shipping all over the world and in the USA, customer service has been above average all the way. They have always taken the time to give me multiple prices because, DHL, Fedx and postal are not the same cost or the same service . By taking the time to compare prices and shipping times, I have always got the best service, time and delivery dates for what I had to ship. As far as masks, like I have read on other comments, during the pandemic they were the required masks. Now they do not. So I do not know what that person s problem was about the mask, but it was her problem not the employees that was the problem.

Im a Mobile phlebotomist and I use Speedy because he is trustworthy. There are so many FedEx locations that will not accept my packaged kits that are for FedEx shipping due to the human specimen labeling. I can trust that Speedy has my FedEx package getting to where it needs to be next day everytime I have dropped off my patients kit. Always friendly customer service.

I use print centers more than I should. But Wow..this place today was my first time here! Very overpriced compared to FedEx or even just getting your own laser printer. Over $6 bucks for 3 bw pages that were .25 cents each! Prices not posted which should have been my first red flag! Thank you for your response and it was an honest fair review. I did go back to fedex for the other print service spent the same $6 bucks for 17 pages and the rep was nice courtesy and very helpful. Even helped me save on the print and gave me options. But your response is a perfect for what other reviews had to say about your customer service.

The customer service is terrible and they are so rude. They literally charged me for not taping my package prior to dropping it off without warning. I have dropped off packages before without tape and it has never been an issue. He could ve told me I was going to be charged before ringing the package in the system (which already had the free shipping label on it). But because the package was open he said he has to charge me for a piece of tape. Steer clear and drive a little further to the ups store next to kroger! They won t charge you for one piece of tape!

To send a envelope over night was $63. When I look at other fedex prices it is $25-$30. Not sure why the up charge is there for this business. However, I wouldn t recommend this business. Also, the employees were not wearing masks and customers didn t have to. Just not okay.

50% mark up on prices for awful service I shipped a package, it arrived a day late. I called to request a refund and received a jumbled lecture about trucks and pick up times. I explained that was none of my concern and didn t make any sense where my issue was concerned. I paid what I paid for the date I wanted and it did not arrive on time. I asked to speak with the manager but he wasn t there. I asked for his contact information and she told me his name was Speedy. You read that right. She didn t know his real name and claimed he had no business email address or phone number. I don t know what is happening in this world but if shipping service centers can t handle.........shipping stuff, and refuse to give you a credit/refund we are in more trouble than I thought. Notifying the BBB and never going back. Ever.

Terrible... I mean terrible customer service. Tried to make me buy different postage for a box. I paid for a large flat rate box and older lady behind the counter told me the actual box had to be flat. How do you work at a store that ships packages and not understand how usps flat rate boxes work? I would give a lower rating if possible!

I think its a family owned business. Sometimes theres a girl there doing her homework. Sometimes they service is friendly and sometimes not...theres no wait really but Ive felt the prices here are way more expensive than actual UPS and of course USPS stores. I would only recommend for dropping off boxes. 3 stars for just doing what their service is advertised to do.

Not impressed. The staff has minimal knowledge of the workings of the store. Any problems have to be referred to a manager who never responds to anything. If you rent a box there and decide to move, several things happen. 1) USPS will not accept a forwarding address 2) the store will not handle mail that arrives after the box closes. They promise to call with any trailing mail, but that hasnt happened. I had important papers lost. They will not answer their phones. Terrible customer service.

The Good: -The place is convenient to get to. -In my dealings the staff were professional and courteous. -Great communication. They e-mail you a receipt and keep you updated tracking wise. The Bad: -You really pay for this convenience in terms of mark up for shipping. E.g. I was sending a 15x12x4 package to Shingle Springs, CA 95682 and Im in Richmond TX. The package weighed close to 5 lbs. On the FedEx website FedEx Home Delivery Standard Rate or One Rate I was given an estimate of about $19. Speedy Mail charged me $32 to ship this package using FedEx Home Delivery!!! Close to a 70% mark-up to ship the exact same package!!! I understand they are a business and need to make money to cover their costs but a 70% mark up. I can understand a 30% or 40% mark-up but a 70% one. Im sorry that is a bit much. As I am going to have heavier items to ship in the future Im going to make the trip to FedEx office or the UPS Store. Thanks and if you have any questions on this let me know.

This place is a rip off!!! Do not go there. They overcharged- post office said it should have been $52.00 to ship and my package was returned damaged. I paid over $100 to mail a package plus additional $$ for insurance. They failed to address the problem- and just said to bad.

Consistently good service, even if there is a line. Even caught an error on our business cards after we had approved a proof and let us know so we could fix it and not waste money on our order. I have done UPS drop offs other places with a charge as well. It is worth it to pay the $3 not to have to get stuck in traffic to and from the official UPS store, where service was kinda bad anyway , in my opinion.

Packed my car with 8 packages, thinking I would try this place. Got to the counter, and was told Theres a $3.00 charge per package to drop off for UPS-they charge us that to pick them up. I use these mailing shops at least twice a week, and have never had one try to charge me for pre-paid drop off. Last I checked, UPS and FedEX pay them $1.00 per package. Told her No thanks, and dropped them at another store, free of charge, of course. They can charge whatever they like, but they dont have to lie to your face about it.

Not once did i receive my mail on time!!!! Tracking confirmed a delivery and i had to ask where my package was! (this happens almost everytime!) They told me it was delivered to the other store.... How does that happen??? It doesnt! UPS has a tracking # for a Reason!!!! They even wait to sort mail after its dropped off!!! This happens EVERYDAY!!!! IT took me a week to receive my property after it was delivered!! This place over charges and no body does there job!
