I liked this spot when it first opened because it was close to home. We were greeted by one of the mangers and it was a pleasant experience. Fast forward to our most recent 2 visits and the service was not good. The bartenders need to be trained because they served us 2 of the worst long Islands Ive ever had. We asked one of the staff for an ash tray, twice, never received it. The person that we paid the entry fee too was short on change and advised that shed get some and bring it to our table, never received that either. Not interested in returning to this establishment.

We were greeted immediately with a smile. The place was very nice and clean. The vibe and experience was a 10!!! We love grown folk atmospheres. The owner met me and the black men group in Houston. He and the staff are so professional. I had a group of almost 20 men and he accommodated us completely. Gave us a tour and mentioned to other shops we can go to. Mike is a gentleman, professional, and the establishment is outstanding. Mr and the fellas will be back bigger next time. We had a great time last night and would be back. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the light skinned female bartender. She wasnt friendly and borderline snippy/curt. The waitress (Day), Shabley (I hope Im spelling that right), and the manager/owner up at the front door made all the difference. They were helpful and knowledgeable to a couple newbies to the cigar world. I wish there was more seating without sections. Again would try again maybe on a slow night.

It was my first time visiting any cigar lounge, and I was there for a friends birthday celebration. I was having a nice time until I came out to find that someone had broken into my vehicle along with about 3 others parked on the same row as mine. Ironically, I was parked in the far front section of the parking lot, and it was well lit. I guess they felt there was not much need for parking lot security, as I realized, after the fact, that I hadnt seen any. I checked off $100+ spent because I also included the costs of replacing my window, the control switch that was damaged and detailing my vehicle. I told the person up front, but there didnt seem to be much concern as all she said was Oh no and no one followed up any further. A person whos vehicle also got broken into next to me seemed to just take it in stride. Thats just not acceptable to me that it was somehow normal. I know that security isnt a guarantee, but it may have been some deterrent. I guess thats the cost of free admission.

They have yet to disappoint. Every thing is top tier, customer service is always great, they make you feel welcome, the live band is what i look forward to while i drink and enjoy a cigar or 3. My favorite part is how clean the restrooms are, that s usually a make it or break it for me. Sections are affordable. 4 gents is a good place to step out and enjoy a drama free atmosphere.

We had a wonderful date night experience at this clean and relaxing establishment! Mimi went absolutely above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. She made a hurricane that had a perfect blend of taste and potency. The hookah was a whole other outstanding experience. Please note it may take about 15 minutes before it arrives, yet it will be well worth the wait. We had a psyche out with pineapple and mint. It was perfect for us because it was smooth and very soothing on the throat. The music was a nice 70s/blues and then transitions to a DJ around 8pm. Very soft lighting and comfortable, modern, leather furniture. We will definitely return!

Just want to drop this little Golden Nugget about one of your staff members - Steph. Being a Master of Hospitality Management, I really enjoyed the time that I had at The 4Gents Cigar Bar & Lounge. Nice grown & sexy byo-cigar lounge. Great live entertainment and plenty of seating. Theres food available, although I didnt order anything, via a food truck that is outside the entrance. The music was great; both the live version and the house playlist, which played between sets, were at a level that still allowed for conversations and most importantly ordering drinks

I love the atmosphere, Benji and the band tops it off on Wednesday and Fridays,if you never been you missing out. BIG TIME! I only gave the food 3 because its not to my liking. Outstanding stop. The staff do know their cigars, which is becoming rare. I walked in on a busy Friday night needing some help with some simple things. They were happy to help, took the time, and had me on my way quickly after paying a fair price. If you enjoy cigars, whether youre red, yellow, black, or white, this gem deserves your attention. The lounge is very nice too, if that is your thing.
