I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother to be delivered today to her home as I live a little over 2hrs away and Mr. Ricky called me as they were being delivered and he stated she wasnt home (she was getting her hair done lol) he was so sweet and I was able to get in touch with my mother about where the salon was at and I was able to text Mr. Ricky an updated address; he went above and beyond and delivered a couple minutes away from her house! She was so happy and sent me a picture and they looked exactly like what I ordered for her. 100% recommend this florist!

This was my first order and the costumer service was a 10 out of 10. They were out of some of the flowers that I ordered for a friend. Recently I wanted to send a flower arrangement to a friend for a milestone birthday. Being 1100 miles away, my choice of which florist to use was a guessing game. I definitely chose well with Atascocita Lake Houston Florist. Their online ordering process was so easy to use. My gift was delivered as scheduled and my friend was thrilled. I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone! They are friendly, fair, and caring people. They do whatever is needed..even waited till a day later to deliver the flowers to my daughters home because she had a delayed flight home and wouldnt be around until midnight on the delivery date. I called, and they made the change with no negative comments. SOME florists would have complained! The concern they had about the flowers possibly being on the porch too long in the hot weather was another reaction which made me happy. They really DID care! The customers satisfaction certainly ranks high with this florist!

After being scam so many times, this shop gave me hope! Not only were they able to take my request and work with it, they delivered it. They are true to their words. I requested photos because I had already left and was told due to the high volume they wont be able to. But to my surprise the delivery man texted me photos of my order at my brothers resting place. Truly God sent individuals. Thank you so much for granting my request and for being true to your word. The people on the phone are very nice yet when I order online we received different one. And when I called they were nice too yet they said they couldn t duplicate the online description for the order!! So to make a long story short you will receive something different from what you see on the photos on their website. And she offered a refund and pick up the flower which I sent as a gift! Disappointed. I received a dozen roses for my bday delivered from this florist. The roses were completely opened when received, have absolutely no fragrance and dead within a week. I did keep the vase full of water as instructed. On a positive note, they were pretty and a very nice vase.

From their website I was going to choose the Deal of the Day but was unsure what I was getting for the money. So I went into the shop to pick out an arrangement for our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary which falls on Valentines Day. Staff was very friendly and helpful in showing me the types of flowers they would use based on my color choices. I was also able to review the vase choices as well. For only $70 plus delivery charge, you can tell by the picture it was a stunning arrangement that made everyone at my wifes job jealous. Even though the delivery window was 9am - 12pm, they made sure it was there first thing in the morning for her to enjoy before getting to busy prepping/serving lunch at the elementary school.

They were extremely helpful in helping me decide exactly which plant I wanted to send and very courteous. I spent $10 additional to get the gourmet chocolates, but I got a $2 bag of M & Ms. I called them back and they said it was a comparable substation. I am pretty sure a bag of M & Ms are not gourmet chocolates. I will not be using them again, I recommend you dont either. They also said they would refund me the $10 which never happened.

This florist is a place to call and depend on from the most expensive to the least expensive arrangement you will get your moneys worth. For some reason their flowers last weeks. The customer service is warm and friendly. The manager is very personable and helpful. Price is well worth the service and the quality of flowers of your liking.
