Javaman is the best coffee in the humble, Atascosita, kingwood,etc area. The customer service is excellent, the coffee is superior and the ambiance is cozy. Parking: The parking situation needs help because of the rather old shopping center location. It is manageable, though. Kid-friendliness: Kids frequently accompany their mothers and are greeted warmly.

Overpriced and the secret is just everything is super sugary. Also advertises in attempt to price gouge. $52 in food and only half of it recieved IN STORE. The owner came over to explain to us we were told incorrectly at the counter the amounts we were to recieve even though we were informed during purchase at the register what everything came with, after delivered to our table and told they would be back with the rest, he came over to tell us pretty much thats what it all comes with.... it wasnt our first time there but definitely our last. 3 days without power for our neighborhood coffee shop to try to get over on us for breakfast.

Approached the counter, ordered a dirty chai and an order of beignets for dine in. Drink came out within 5 minutes. 10 more minutes pass by and still no beignets. Other than me, there was one other customer present. I go to the counter again and no one is there. I call out several times as I hear staff in the back. Someone finally comes out. I ask if they forgot about my beignet order. She looked puzzled, asked my name and check the register receipts for orders. She then heads to the back. Low and behold, they were not preparing my order. They forgot. She said it would be 5 more minutes. Given the fact that there were only 2 customers present, this is terrible customer service. The dirty chai was a 6.5/10. Beignets 5/10, nothing to sing home about.

We love Javaman - and I realized I hadnt reviewed before! The team working is always friendly - prompt- courteous and able to make any adjustments to your order as needed. The sky crepe is a great hefty order if youre looking for something classicaly breakfast. The beignets are as good as Ive had outside of New Orleans. The coffee really shines though. Skip Starbucks and come here instead! (The location inside Kingwood HEB is convenient as well.)

wow, this is the busiest I ve ever seen a local coffee shop, and it s for very good reason! this place has it all; extremely kind owners and staff, nice ambiance, great coffee and breakfast. I hear they do dinner nights too! they really make you feel right at home here. I recommend stopping in early if you want to try their pastries as they re very popular and sometimes run out lol. Beignets are good, similar but better than doughnuts. The vanilla coffee is good. The staff is very very kind and helpful. The manager or boss came out to greet me and my friend, and thanked us for coming, which was nice. I was short on time today and attempted to call to make to go order but was placed on hold. Waited on hold over 5 minutes. Hung up and tried to call back several times but was always busy. Was surprised when I got there and there was only one customer group at the counter that had only just arrived. When I placed my order and mentioned I had tried to call to place Togo order, she gasped, grabbed the phone and appeared to hang it up. The lady making drinks, named Hannah, interjected that they serve the line first and THEN take the call. I believe it to be inconsiderate to leave someone on the phone for over 5 minutes while serving the line. Why answer then? I do not consider this good customer service.

Dropped in for a morning muffin, just so happen to be in the area, so this place had to do. I placed my order, watched the cashier take 2 more orders after, make both those orders, serve them and kind of chat up with another employee. I must have sat waiting for my muffin about 10-15 minutes. Great local spot, the owner mark is super cool and remembers everyone by name. The coffee is super strong like it s supposed to be, and they roast the coffee on site, so whenever you walk in it smells wonderful. The environment is upbeat with rock music playing usually, which is different. Maybe not everyone s cup of tea (coffee haha). They also have homemade fresh bengiets, awesome crepes, and huge muffins.

I love that they have a ton of flavor options. I don t care for their frozen coffees because they use ice cream but that s my own personal preference. I love that they offer just milk because my toddler can get something as well. Majority of the time I get greeted with a friendly face. Their beignets are addicting! Ive passed by this coffee shop several times in my travels, and have seen them in a couple of the local HEBs, but had never tried them. So the other morning I decided to stop in and give them a try. And its probably the best coffee Ive ever had. I ordered a cold brew coffee and an order of beignets. Cold brew itself can be hit or miss, and Ive had some bad ones from other brewers, but Javamans was amazing, bold, and strong. And the beignets are some of the best Ive had outside of New Orleans. Beyond the food, the customer service was also great, which I always appreciate. I was definitely impressed with Javaman and plan to go again soon to get another cup of cold brew and try some of their other items to go with it.

Ummm, the owner is a sweetheart, but the stuff is rude and unwelcoming. The staff should take some customers service training, they look at you as you were the source of all their issues, very awkward situation asking for coffee and dish, I thought I was asking for free stuff. The food? They need an intervention, I had to fish my crepe out a half inch thick layer of powdered sugar. When the dish was brought to my table , I said to my self, I didnt order a dish full of white flour....very shocking. This place should be taken in consideration as an example of food choices as a public health crisis.

So Ive been holding back right this rating for YEARS now because the owners are so darn nice. I dont come here a ton, but out of the few times a year I come here its USUALLY a poor experience. The baristas arent being trained properly on the bar. I ordered a latte and the milk wasnt even steamed, the baristas always touch the mouth opening on the lid, and the wait is always way too long. Having been a barista for many years myself, the list of things goes on,but I dont bore your all with that. Just Expect a 2 star (AT BEST) experience from here if your consider yourself a coffee lover.

I had amazing service In HEB. Im giving it 3 stars because I went to the one in Humble and staff was friendly and drink was ok. I asked to speak to the owner who was there on a weekday because the service and latte I recieved in HEB was more than outstanding. The barista came back out and told me he said he was too busy to talk to me. A paying customer, didnt even ask if I was complaining or whatnot. I could have been an upset customer but he didnt care. I worked gor a woman who owns a drive through coffee shop, 2 cafes and a mobile coffee shop.. she had time for everyone and she was beyond busy in her thriving business. This showed me that my money didnt need to line his pockets.

I love your coffee and your originals location but the service at the HEB location is consistently terrible. Three times Ive been there to get a cup of coffee and no one else was being helped and I wasnt even acknowledged. Today the girl was filling sugar packets and ignored me. Has become my new favorite coffee spot. I miss the cafés in Norfolk. Houston is really lacking in great coffee spots. But you can enjoy great coffee and study/ read the newspaper. Thanks

We are still new in the area and we were driving and saw the billboard of this place with beignets so we decided to check it out. Loved the beignets; just like the ones in New Orleans, and the iced latte was good, too. The service was friendly.
