Amazing and friendly staff. Amazing selection of cigars. the nicest lounge I ve ever had the pleasure of smoking a stogie in Visiting from Chicago and decided to stop in for a smoke. Ended up going twice in two days. Would come back to the Houston area just to visit again If ur a cigar head you need to visit this place

First time customer visiting this location. First impression, a smile and friendly attitude goes a long way (Santos) My visit was unwelcoming. Although, my partner wanted to stay and smoke in the lounge we decided to leave after purchasing our cigars. We are new to the area, frequent cigar lounges often, but never felt the unfriendly vibe from staff.

Very unwelcoming staff Was is in the area wanted to check it out after a bout five minutes in the humidor that smells really bad the employee what s to see me And my brothers ID. I don t think it was about the age thing but just not wanted us there very unprofessional and rude The other people in the humidor was not ID they walked in at same time has us take your business somewhere else where it s welcome

My husband and I were passing by.. saw a new cigar spot.... had to stop by. We met Royce, who was managing on this day and was very helpful and attentive. Nice set up...ambiance was what a cigar lounge should be. We will definitely visit again!

First time I stopped in. Just started the hobby. Enjoyed the help and all the novice questions being answered. Took a few minutes to walk around the place, nice non smoking hang out area, as well as a smoking lounge area both inside and out. I can see me coming back to chill.

Not the widest selection, but this is their second or third store. Their main store is by the BWY and Will Clayton but this is a great place too. The humidor keeps acceptable conditions, the cigars are clean and dont show signs of abuse, and the lounge is fantastic. This is the closest real cigar lounge to Crosby so I try to make it in when Im in the area.
