Came to this pockets to enjoy my lunch and have a beer was playing music on touch tunes as I have already paid for the music some one turned off the music I payed for and turns on some soccer game!! Terrible customer service terrible environment! Very upset because I come 1-2 times a week . Will not be returning. The bartender was amazing though!! Only person that showed great customer service!!

Its a great place to hang out with friends. Place very clean and friendly. But on Wednesday the bartender Mayra took her almost 45 minutes to an hour to attend us was always on phone and dissappear and came back. Even though there were customers waiting to be attended and it was not that busy yet. For the first time we left cause it was to long we always eat but this time it was to long wait since waiting for our drinks was too long.

First time at pockets and atmosphere wasnt pleasant. The music is excessively too loud playing narco corridors and cannot enjoy your food watching the basketball game. It seems like a nightclub rather than a billiards/restaurant. The food was decent. Last time I will visit pockets.

Careful where you park had my trucked towed where one of business was closed but in the same parking center with Pockets. When i told seurity about it they didnt care. No parking signs nothing I believe Pockets and the tow company made an agreement to illegally tow vehicles and split the profits.

I took my grandchildren to the Zaragoza location to watch the cowboys lose and shoot pool hoping to have a good family time but the volume on the tvs was extremely loud that we got tired of having to practically yell at each other to hear what we wanted to say so we decided to leave and go back home. The place is nice and so was the service and the food. We are going to try again another time hoping the volume wont be ridiculously and unnecessarily loud

I recently moved from Colorado to Horizon and the location on Eastlake is AMAZING!! But sad to say the other location on Zaragoza is horrible. I ve been here multiple times and problems every time. I ve tried keeping cool but I wasn t going to put up with no service for AN HOUR.

Went on a Thur 9/14/23 at 12 pm when they opened for lunch. Lunch wings special during the week are boneless wings and fries for $6.50 and a good portion. Wings had good flavor, and fries were crispy. Fireball or tequila (well) shots for $3 all day. $2.50 Tecate or Tecate light. Play pool drink at the bar. Hang out.

We got there around 1040 pm last night We ordered a bucket of six beers and had a extra 2 a total of eight beers and we were charged $40 for eight beers, after the fact I noticed the server kept my $20 cash and only charged my buddy $20 on the receipt she cut out the transaction details on the cost, would not recommend going unless you want a server that is a thief Horrible service 0/5 stars
