Based on the reviews, this place typically has a higher rating, so it may have just been an off day for us. Unfortunately, many of the games were outdated or broken. We also had issues at the photo booth there was no film in the camera, so none of our pictures turned out. The bowling lanes broke down four times, each time taking about 3 to 5 minutes to fix. We spent a total of $381 on games, and the food and drink prices were way too high considering the limited playtime we got. Overall, we won t be returning. There are much better options out there, than Max Bowl. I d recommend thinking twice before coming here. Usually, I leave great reviews 99.999% of the time. Unfortunately, this was a poor choice for a birthday party. However, I do want to give a big shout out to the staff they were all fantastic and very helpful!

Tuesdays has $2.22 which we enjoy. However, now they are accommodating leagues on this night which takes away from families trying to enjoy the facility. Update: Darwin the manager and the facility are really nice. We enjoyed time with our family on Sunday after church. Leagues start playing at 6 so just call before you go.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Had the displeasure of being served by Kennedy last night, and I use the term served very loosely! She forgot to put our order in originally, which made it take ages for us to get our drinks, and then she never checked on us again after we finally got them! Absolutely horrible service! I took a group of children from my childcare center here on Tuesday. After paying for shoe rentals, an employee informed me that children of that age didnt need rental shoes, and I could get a refund. However, when I asked for the refund, the cashier was uncooperative and said it was fine since I had already paid. We were then assigned our lanes and were excited to start, but the bumpers on our lanes were broken, and we had to repeatedly ask for them to be set up. We took the children to use the restroom, and upon returning, we found our lane shut down, and everything was gone. I approached the counter to resolve the issue, and while they were able to restart the lanes, no one helped us get the appropriately sized balls, put the bowling ramp back, or fix the bumpers. The employee who came to fix the bumpers was very rude and loud when I explained that I needed both lanes bumpers put up. The kitchen supervisor came over and said the employee didnt mean it, which wasnt much of an apology. She did, however, refund me for the shoe rentals. We were only scheduled to be there for 2 hours, but due to all the mishaps, our time was pushed back. We ended up leaving early because the experience was ruined. The manager should have refunded me in full. I had planned to take my older group there today, but after that experience, I changed our field trip to a place where we would feel appreciated.

However, I applaud MaxBowl for remaining consistent and stable in location in an area of town that has seen many bowling leagues either relocate or cease operation over the last 25+ years!
