Drove all the way from Mississippi to grab a daiquiri and the place is closed on Sunday at 5:45 pm, when it stated they are open on Sundays from 3 to 7:30 pm. Very disappointed

I have visited this location a handful of times and have enjoyed my visit every time until last Friday 7/14/23 around 8pm. The woman who works here is extremely attentive & gives exceptional service and I have recommended this place to many friends. On Friday, myself and 2 friends came through to order some daiquiris. The man who claims to be the woman s husband was rude off that bat and asked to see ID before even greeting us. When I showed him my U.S government issued passport, he immediately said NO. I was confused as I didn t understand what he was saying no to. He said that in the state of Texas, a passport is not a valid ID to buy alcohol. I was taken aback and explained to him I ve always used my passport to buy alcohol and been helped here before when using it. He argued with me a paying customer. It was extremely unprofessional. I have worked in banks and government offices and can confidently say a passport is the most legit ID a U.S citizen can use. I didn t feel like arguing with a grown man so my friend showed his ID for us. Sir, you have a lost a loyal customer who has sent a lot of business your way. I feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward ever coming though again. To the woman who works here, I would suggest going over liquor laws with your husband so you guys don t lose business. I would have driven off if my friend didn t offer to use his ID. Here is a direct quote from the Texas Government Website on accepting ID s. Acceptable types of ID include a drivers license issued by any state, a U.S. passport, a military identification card or any other ID issued by a state or the federal government Daiquiris are great and strong. I wish them the best and hope he learns from this mistake.

Tonight on January 8, 2022 at approximately 9:01 PM CST I was walking to this store to buy a Daiquiri for my girlfriend. And apparently I came at the wrong time. I didn t know the store was closed. An individual who was closing the store, who I now assume to be the store owner, threatened to shoot me. She was carrying a weapon on her hip and she had her daughter in her car. I did nothing to her but ask her if the store was still open. I don t know why she threatened me but I will not be shopping here and I will be filing a police report. EDIT: in response to the response of the owner, I WAS NOT wearing all black. I was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans with grey shoes. Secondly, I had headphones in listening to my phone so I didn t hear what this person said. Also I did not know anyone was closing the store or walking out at the time I was walking. I was walking from the hotel at Staybridge Suites a few feet away. And lastly, I have never owned a weapon in my life. This fear was unfounded.

I was there at 2:20 and they were closed and nothing on the door or drive thru window stating that the business would be closed. So many options!! I ended up getting a captain America and it was amazing. I almost went back later for another one. The owner is extremely friendly and it was fast. I highly recommend people to check it out!

Went just the other day and loved it. The owner is personable and you can tell she really enjoys their business. The drinks tasted great and were really affordable. This is the best daiquiri place nearby for sure!! Definitely going to be going back and recommending to friends and family.
