CRESHA was the best waitress I ve ever experienced from her suggestions to her knowledge of the products and food , she was exceptional. You don t find intelligent ,great people that have a vast knowledge of products coupled with excellent customer service any more but she proved that and more . She was extremely impressive and went above and beyond to insure that we enjoyed our time at this establishment. I salute her and her hard work , she s truly one of a kind . We use to frequent brick House almost every week but we havent been back since Cinco De Mayo weekend when we went for drinks, dinner and to watch UFC. The UFC was advertised on table top to be on all the tvs but it was not on as it usually was. All the tvs were on Mexican Boxing which I also understand was popular for the holiday fighting event they were having. We asked repeated times if UFC would be on when time for the main event and were re-assured. When the time came and went, we requested a manager as our Server said she had no control over the tvs and had given our request to management. The biggest problem is that I am the Patron, UFC was advertised on the table in front of me and we literally had a 50 minute argument with the Manager who would not change at least 1 tv to the fight. Worse was that we told them we would not place our dinner order if we could not watch the fight and we were told - it will be on , We can take your order. Now, I am stuck with the order and sitting there after the 50 minute ARGUMENT, before we finally got UFC on one channel - missing almost an hour and was given no apology. We were just about ignored! When we were about to leave the manager looked at me and then kind of like an after thought- he offered me a free desert for my inconvenience. I used to really like the Previous Manager and the previous Hostess a lot, but they are both gone and we have not been back since. They lost a lot of business over this ridiculous argument.

I visit the Brick House Tavern +Tap in Humble Texas and the staff and experience is always tremendous. The food is great and Bartending staff is awesome. They courteous, extremely knowledgable of Beers and other drinks and make you feel at home. If I am not traveling, this is a home away from come to catch dinner or just be in a great atmosphere with great staff. KUDOS to Heather and Maria who are totally awesome.

First time there was decent. Food was good drinks were good. Service was slow. Second time service was non existent. Sat there for 20 min waiting for someone to show up just to say hi. Got seated then ignored. Was told our waiter was over whelmed. Even though there was only 1 other table. One that came in after us. Avoid it. Not worth the lack of service.

TERRIBLE! The staff looks super disinterested in work and it took forever for them to get my order. I m a dasher and the order was supposed to be ready upon arrival but I got here and had to wait 15 minutes because they didn t even start the order. I eventually left because I had another part of my order to complete 5 minutes away. I went and completed my other order and came back and it still wasn t don t yet! Combining my wait time to 30 minutes for a order that was supposed to be completed at arrival.

Ok. If your looking for a great place to eat, this is it! Tuesday, 4:30ish half price appetizers, full order! We got the fish and chips with fried deviled eggs. All awesome! Did I mention the fries are seasoned? Atmosphere was great, like a sports bar, but not too loud. It was just right. New to Houston, looking forward to coming back here! You won t be disappointed. Nyla was awesome! She was the icing on the cake. I wish my experience in Houston was better at other restaurants. But hey, that s what honest reviews are all about, right? We visited this tavern and were pleasantly surprised. My partner ordered a Guinness that wasn t as cold as he likes and the waiter and bartender corrected it immediately. We didn t wait long for our food or drinks. The food was great, high level of customer service and they are apart of the Landry s Select Club. I have been frequenting this place. I love the food. Its really good. The menu changes every so often, which is great because you can try a variety of options. The service is good. Ive noticed a few changes to the menu. Before, you could get a bacon cheeseburger, an egg cheeseburger, and other options, but with the changes, if you want to add the options with eggs, bacon, cheese (which used to be included), theres no option now. It costs $3 to add on, and the burger costs about $17, so in the end it was a little more expensive. I also noticed that theyve reduced the amount of fries a lot. The side now costs $5 and the amount is half or less than what it used to be. The portion comes in baskets instead of on a plate. Even with the changes and adjustments in prices, its a good place to eat with friends and watch the games on TV. Parking: Good!

Had this been the first Brick Yard Tavern I d been to, I m not sure if that would have been enough to come back to any Brick Yard Tavern again. The good: The food and the beer are great and a relatively good value. The burger I got was top notch. My friend, a little more adventurous, got the special. I don t remember what it was called, but my friend highly was extremely pleased. The bad: I ve had excellent service at other Brick Yard Taverns I ve been to. This was not one of those times. To be fair, my friend and I arrived at 11:30 with a closing time of midnight. The waitress certainly wasn t pleased, and she made it evident.

We have been loyal Brickhouse customers for many years. We were there every Friday night. So, when the one near our house closed down, we were heartbroken. We found out there was another one still open, so we decided to make the drive. It was just as we remembered it, and we were pleased that everything at this location was just as great as the one near our house. Food just wasnt what I expected. My daughter and I ordered the ribs with green beans and loaded mashed potatoes, Fried cheese, white queso and chips and a large Ceasar salad. Quite possibly the tavern is why this place has made it this far. The ribs were decent. I was hoping the Ceasar salad was going to be good because it looked so good but their dressing was obviously homemade, which I was excited about, but it was very vinegary. The white queso was very much yellow. Our waitress was great. Very attentive and knew the menu well. I was really hoping for a better review. The food just wasnt good, especially for the price. Our bill was $82.

First off... the bugs. We sat inside, as far from the Open Bar as possible, but still had multiple flies and gnats crawling all over our food. The half price happy hour apps are actually less than a 1/2 portion (despite nothing on their menu that says 1/2 portion), for more than 1/2 price, and when I brought it to the managers attention, she acknowledged that the ussue was valid and took my complaint but did nothing about it. Waitress was nice, but the food was just passable. So dont fall for their false advertising.

Worst experience I ve ever had at a restaurant. Took 15 mins for me to even order a drink, took another 10 mins for me to receive my drink. (The place was not super busy either) I ordered cheese sticks, they were still cold in the middle. They replaced them with a new order, those were cold in the center as well and I still got charged for them. Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to any kind of shell fish, DO NOT EAT HERE! This place actually surprised me. I didn t know what to expect but it was so cozy! It s couch style seating and they have a huge fireplace in the main dining area. Of course we sat by the fireplace! There s also patio seating and an open area bar which was cool too. The food was okay! Not the best I ve had but definitely not the worst. I would go again to see what other things I could try on the menu. A great place to go for drinks!

My friends and I decided to swing by for HH. We ve been here before but have always sat in the dinning/patio area. One of our friends suggested we sit at the bar and glad we did! Came here to meet up with friends during brunch time, and was definitely disappointed. I ve never had such a bad experience at a restaurant where they take 30 minutes to bring you a glass of water and 1 hour to bring out food that s cold. Restaurant wasn t even busy at this time (11AM) our server was no where to be found and was definitely not the most attentive when it came to her customers.

I had been to several Brick House Tavern locations over the years and this one gets High marks. I sat at the Bar so my server was the Bar tender. She was friendly, courteous and expedient in helping me while helping several other patrons. Even though this was the early Thursday crowd the servers made sure to ask often if I needed another Beer or anything else. I had two Ice Cold Modelos and an order of Fish n Chips. The fish was Fresh n Hot made to order. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. I will be back but, for others I Highly recommend them.

I came here for the lamb chops for my bday based off the reviews. Was heartbroken when we arrived to find out they had been discontinued. So the manager(im assuming.. he was African American with dreads and glasses. VERY POLITE) suggested the glazed pork chops. ALL OF THE FOOD was amazing. Was disappointed with the drinks (we had the grey goose strawberry lemonade ) they seemed very watered down other than that everyone was nice our server was amazing. Oh please try the deviled eggs

This was a very nice place to visit . Its been awhile . The fried devil eggs were a new touch that was unexpected but very enjoyable . The ribs were OK and cooked well . Ive had better but they were good . The fries with my dish were good and the burgers are absolutely huge . A good place with a nice environment to check out . Ill certainly be back .

Getting good service from my waitress Jessica at Brickhouse restaurant was a delight. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and promptly seated me. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure my water glass was filled, promptly bringing me my cocktails, aappetizers and checking in to see if everything was to my liking. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she offered helpful recommendations when I was undecided. She anticipated my needs, bringing extra napkins without me having to ask and ensuring that my food arrived promptly and at the perfect temperature. My duck wings and fish entree was absolutely delicious. Overall, the waitress at Brickhouse provided exceptional service, enhancing my dining experience and leaving me eager to return.

Talk about some wonderful bartenders on a Tuesday evening. From an out-of-towner perspective these two ladies (Heather and Anaya) are incredible and deserve the world and more. Smiles all day long, great service, and they have not skipped a beat from the moment I sat down at the bar. Havent had the food, but talking with them in helping my choice for a to go order, Ive got no doubts it will be great. This place is a must visit; solid beer selection, good servers, and great welcoming atmosphere. Id give it 10 stars if I could. Hope to be back!

Worst service ever tonight. Pregnant waitress gave the worst service I ever experienced here. It took her about 10 to 15 min to take our drink and appetizer order. Once it took a while for everything to come out when items came out some were cold because Im sure she took forever to get them. We ordered desert to go. She brings out the frozen desert and takes my credit card for payment and goes and watches the game and talks to co workers instead of checking me out and letting me go home with my frozen desert. Last thing we needed was to go box she said shed be right back aboutb5 to 10min later a co worker came outbwith a to go box. Worst service ever and she wasnt even busy just stopping and talking to co-workers.

Boyfriend went out to eat with friend here last night and got me the tavern wings as take out. He ordered me the tavern wings which should have been 1lb of wings and was $17. When he brought it home there was 6-7 small wings and 3 pieces of celery. It was not a full pound and definitely should have not cost 17 bucks.

Nice atmosphere and service, but I thought the food was average. I had the bourbon salmon and shrimp. The shrimp tasted obviously frozen and thawed out. It was tough and tasted freezer burnt. The salmon was overcooked. Not sure if it was frozen but I definitely can do better at home. Green beans were overcooked as well. Waitress said the normal chef was not there so I think it could be just a lack of depth in the cooking staff.
