Astounding service. Going through events where people take advantage of you and you have no choice but to seek legal action can be very intimidating. Mark Yablon was kind enough to walk me through the process in addition to giving me the tools I need to ensure my case held power in the court. A lawsuit of almost 1/3 of a tuition at Baylor was won thanks to Mark s guidance and help. When almost 13 other law firms ignored me aside, Yablon Law not only was very responsive, but because of them we came out victorious.

I recommend staying away from this firm due to the paralegal, Angela Till. While the company is in-network for ARAG, Angela is generally unavailable during normal business hours. When you email Angela or Mark, you receive lengthy out-of-office replies about their trips and how you need to accommodate their schedules. Before explaining details, this firm asks you to agree to a lengthy list of pricing and essentially wants you to self-serve as an ARAG customer. I am giving three stars because Mark attended an introductory meeting and seemed nice. However, the actions of his paralegal lost him business. In the end, the firm sent a pricing contract that I had to have reviewed by ARAG. After signing the contract myself, the link from Angela expired for my wife. I had to request a new contract link from Angela several times, but she could not accommodate due to her schedule. Perhaps summer family travel got in the way for Angela, but this type of behavior is not how you treat customers. There are many lawyers in Houston, so we found another lawyer promptly and moved on. I recommend staying away from this law firm to save yourself time and effort.

He explains everything and answers all of our questions. He knows every detail of our case. We went to trial, and Mark was on top of everything. We won our case! I wouldnt want any other lawyer but Mark.

My wife and I attended Mark s presentation on elder law. It was very informative and he was very patient to answer everybody s questions. WE really appreciated for his willingness to help seniors to understand the elder law and the time he spent on. We realized that Mark is a very knowledgeable lawyer. Especially, we want to thank him to help us locate an elder lawyer who speaks Chines. He does not know this lawyer himself, but he spent days on it and finally found a way to get her. We are impressed by his warmth and kindness.

Mr. Yablon was very helpful after my ex-husband passed and I had several questions regarding his estate. He left our 20 yr old daughter as the custodian of everything and I didn t want her to be responsible for his bills or headaches. Mr. Yablon answered all of my questions, gave me excellent advice, and we were able to settle everything. Mr. Yablon was very reasonable, upfront and honest. I highly recommend Mr. Yablon.

I have known Mark professionally and personally for several years and have always been impressed by his good moral character, trustworthiness, and dedication to carry out and fulfill his duties to his clients.
