We had an amazing and impressive experience with Mr. Motamedi at our trial day. We were the plaintiff in a 5 year long lawsuit and our lead attorney suggested us to involve Mr. Motamedi to represent us in the trial just 3 days before the trial day. We were hesitant but our lead attorney assured us of Mr. Motamedis performance. And he was not wrong at all. Mr. Motamedi represented us at the trial in the court and what an amazing performance that we saw from him. His care, commitment, professional conduct, knowledge, control of the event, respect to the judge and the opposing council and more really impressed us. Mr. Motamedi went above and beyond our expectations. And Mr. Motamedi won the day for us. We have now a judgement against the ones that hurt us. Had a commercial lease issue and Kent was very helpful and informative. There was communication throughout the entire process and every step was outlined in advance. He listened well to my concerns and adjusted his responses to the other party accordingly. He was extremely knowledgeable about this particular issue and filled me in on the topic with both facts and his opinions on the matter. The firms pricing and services are upfront and honest. They let you know exactly what they will do and how much it will cost In the end, the matter was settled without having to litigate. I am very happy with the final result. Two days ago I spoke to Kent about my legal problem and he was very professional,knowledgeable and what I aprechiated the most patient with explaining details in law language and then translating it to common language so I can understand the details. He made sure to check if I understood everything,and when I confirmed,he was kind enough to help me make a plan for steps I should make next. Even though the conversation was somewhat short and he could only help so much as i didnt have the case at the time,I received best advise for my situation and felt accommodated as he did not imply any rush or lack of interest. I hope I resolve this issue,and if I was to have another question or a situation, I would 100% go to Motamedi law firm and ask for Kent. I scheduled an appointment to ask for advice on one thing, and got an extremely abrasive lawyer who was LATE for the appointment trying to tell me facts I ve already gone over in a separate case where I ve been told the facts by a district attorney for the DoJ in Washington DC are incorrect. I didn t call to ask for advice on that, I ask one question, and he essentially demanded to know the facts of my ongoing case. I ve dealt with several lawyers before for several different reasons and I have NEVER spoken to one so abrasive and argumentative. I see why your consults are free. Reply to owner: It absolutely ISN T unfair to form my own opinion based on the consultation I received. If there was a miscommunication, it was because I was repeatedly cut off and not allowed to speak. So not only was your tone abrasive, and you were rude by continuously cutting me off and telling me I was wrong before I even finished speaking, you re going to tell me my opinion s unfair and inaccurate ? That s insane. I definitely won t be scheduling an addition consultation with you.

As soon as Kent heard my voice, he sighed. NO, I do not have a Valley Girl tone nor an international accent. YES, I have a REAL LEGAL issue. During my supposed consultation, Kent insinuated that I do not know how to read a contract and I do not understand the ramifications of my case. He has no patience for HUMANS who do not sound the way he wants them too. I presume his motto those whom you trust only applies to a minute group of people that do not sound like me. Hello everyone, please do not use this lawyer as he does not know what he is doing and will charge you money for a case he never plans to take in the first place. This lawyers is one of those you hear about on t.v and the news that takes all your money on purpose to just get rich and does not care about his clients. After I provided this Kent with all the information he asked for to make my case, he went back on his word and said that he wouldnt take the case after he took my money to start the whole process. I have since then talked to other lawyers that took my case and it has been the easiest case they have had with all the evidence I provided. DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR GIVE HIM ANY MONEY! Edit 1 - I have reached out to his firm to work this out and he pretty much blew me off very nicely. This lawyer did not reach out to me to work on addressing the situation, I reached out to his firm asking for help and he said he would if I provided him my evidence and paid him 500$ upfront so he can start the process. Then made a lot of excuses as to why he would not take the case after I paid him saying the case was too hard....while other lawyers took my case in a heart beat and took care of my situation swiftly.

Hello Readers, I am not one to leave reviews unless a business/page/person provides a service that is either exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. I have now utilized Mr Motamedis services on both a personal and business manner. Every time we met in person or discussed our matters on the phone, I found him to be very professional and patient with me, my questions were always met with answers or let me get back to yours. Following up is not done often enough nowadays and I was pleasantly surprised when this attorney did JUST that. It helped me avoid costly mistakes, and guide me in making proper business decisions with my landlord and vendors.
