Legal situations are never easy and are typically emotionally charged. I highly recommend Partney Law PLLC, when you need to hire an attorney or just need good advice on legal issues. Jason is very knowledgeable, listens well, and works diligently to provide level-headed counsel to help guide you through your specific legal situation. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and diligence shown by the entire Partney team. I feel I was extremely fortunate to find Jason and hire him to represent me when I needed legal assistance.

If I could give zero stars I would, this guy is a not a person you want to represent you he basically told me Im out of luck and hung up the phone. He was not personable and not even willing to help.

He is the best in town, I fired my previous lawyer, hired Jason for my contest divorce case. He was very professional and great communicator , he listened to me very well and addressed everything very clear. respond my phone calls and emails very quick even after hours. his charge was very reasonable. He helped me again on custody case this year, got me very happy results. Definitely recommend 5 stars.

Jason and Katie were both a pleasure to work with. They helped to make a painful situation much more tolerable with their calm demeanor and quick responses. Jason is very knowledgeable in family law and was able to help navigate the process from beginning to end and do so in a way that made things easy to understand. My divorce was fairly cut and dry since there were no kids involved and not much in the way of assets. Regardless, he still helped to get the best results from the situation. I walked away from it all not having any second thoughts as to whether the outcome could have been different and/or more favorable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great family law attorney.

I was only married for 10 months and after hiring the first attorney and not getting anywhere, I decided to hire Jason Partney. Boy was I glad I did. Long story short, I was finally able to get my divorce and move on with my life. Mr. Partney is a fantastic lawyer. I went to him as a father with very little objective leverage in a divorce case, but I knew the kids would be safer full time with me. He helped me work through my arguments and collect evidence supporting my position, and the end result was that I obtained primary right to designate our childrens residence. The kids are much happier and safer as a result of this and were very grateful to Mr. Partney. His shrewd & relentless intelligence was evident throughout the proceedings and, even though I wasnt paying him by the hour, he put a lot of effort into the case & his courtroom preparation resulted in a landslide during the temporary order hearing. As a father in a divorce case, if you truly feel that your kids are going to be healthier and safer with you, seek out Jason. He can help.

Katie is an absolute pleasure to work with. Always willing to explain in detail as many times as needed when things are confusing. Jason is incredible. I was going through a rough divorce and there was a lot of drama all around. We were together for 16 years, two young kids and I was worried about paying a bunch of spousal support on top of child support. Each time after talking to Jason, I felt less worried and even a little more normal. He has a no-nonsense, logical attitude that I really needed. Im glad he took my case because I believe he saved me a lot of money. I would certainly recommend Partney Law.

Ive known Jason for quite a while and weve worked together on several cases. He is a dedicated attorney who keeps his clients in the loop really well. His prices are reasonable and hes up front and honest about them. Definitely spend some time with his office to see if he can be of help.

Jason is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with, no holds barred!!! He helped me through my divorce, which was the most troubled time of my life, and guided me and my family through every step, not only with his knowledge and expertise of family law, but with the heart to know that me and my kids depended on him more than anything in our troubled time. Jason has helped me with a ticket issue before and was great to work with, but what makes me come here to now leave a raving five star review, is how he recently helped one of my very good friends through her divorce. I had a front row seat to the incredibly heart breaking and difficult time this was for her, and I was so impressed with the bright guiding light Jason was through all the twists and turns brought forth by this process. He is very knowledgeable, quick on his feet, fair, firm and showed great sensitivity to the situation. He really cares. If you or anyone you know has to go through a divorce I can not recommend Jason enough. I was so impressed as a bystander, that I can imagine those he represents feel completely confident in his abilities and well taken care of.
