This place has really gone downhill. When visiting last Sunday we had to remove a bug from the back of the booth ourselves, even though we advised the hostess it was there. Service was slow, our glasses were empty too many times, we had to request things multiple times before receiving, the salmon was overcooked and dry, the wings were flavorless and do not even include fries, you will pay another $6 for a small side order. The house salad was ok but can t be used as a side, so you will pay another $6 to get that. It all adds up to way too much for the quality of the food.

Im very disappointed. The food was very cold. Ordered medium steak. It was so overcooked that it couldnt be eaten. Not a one off, two members ordered the same thing. We kept needing refills and had to wait entirely too long. They werent busy. They fortunately did comp the people who couldnt eat. Wont be back.

Friendly staff, mostly clean facility, plenty of parking. The place is nice and lively but not overly noisy. The menu is pretty basic as nothing pops out as something youre going to be dying to try. The actual food is just ok. The environment is great for group dynamics for sure. Portion sizes are big. Prices are similar to other chains. Service is a bit slow though. Parking: Shares a large back parking area with neighboring establishment.

Been a few times to pick up food to go using the app. 2/4 times it failed but they immediately fixed the situation on both occasions with separate managers. One at 8:15pm on a Saturday and the other near closing on a Tuesday. Both inopportune times to have to come to the take-out counter for a lengthy override. And both times handled expertly while juggling either a packed house or being needed for various closing procedures. The food is also good. My girlfriend loved their deep dish. Update: despite being able to determine whether or not they are a location that accepts coupons from the official BJs website and my existing record of using this coupon which expires December 31st 2024, one particular manager has been hostile towards me attempting to order food at a restaurant which accepts money for food. Im not going to stand around and argue to pay her. But she cant figure out where the issue is so she behaves as though Im creating this whole scenario and not trying to pay you money for food at a restaurant that is open. I can totally understand her value as an agent of security but when you attack a customer attempting to use a coupon from your official website and can not even be bothered to determine (they still havent) its validity. I walked out three times in a row. That doesnt mean anything was wrong or out of order with my request or coupon. Im just not going to fight to give you money. What a disgusting excuse for management. Dietary restrictions: Will work with you as much as possible.

This location and management is incredibly unprofessional. Do not eat here, especially if you have allergies or do not eat meat. They will give you the wrong order and be disrespectful about it. There is absolutely no customer service. To ensure that my order was correct, I contacted the restaurant before placing an order on DoorDash. There was no way to choose sides for only half of the pizza through the app. Additionally, toppings that are normally included in the pizza were not on the app. I contacted them via phone. The first representative was rude and he transferred the phone in the middle of the conversation. It was transferred to Sarah, the GM. I asked her 4 times to add pepperoni and peppers to one side and add pineapples, green peppers, and onions to the other side. She confirmed before I got off the phone. $30 and an hour and a half later my food arrived wrong and cold. DoorDash has not refunded my order. I called back and spoke with the dining manager Josh. He told me that I was being ridiculous because I expected my order to be made correctly, especially after spending over 40 mins discussing something so simple as a pizza order. When I begin to tell him what me and Sarah discussed, he called me a liar and said that I never told her to fix my order and that I hung up the phone with her without confirming my order which was an absolute lie. Why would I call a restaurant to ensure my order is right, speak with two people before it arrives, only to hang up and not communicate the correct order, especially considering the fact that I do not and have not ate meat in 5 years! When I told him that he was being unprofessional for calling me ridiculous and telling me a liar, I told him that that was unnecessary and he does not have to bully me. Were all human I told him and that was not necessary. He responded by telling me that he cares more about working than being a good human so he didnt care! Wow. THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING YOUR FOOD and theyre incompetent, unhealed, unprofessional people. They are horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to a dog.

This was my first time visiting this location and it was for a business meeting. I can t express how pleased I was from the customer service we received. Just absolutely phenomenal! Landyn & Monica greeted us at the door with a warm welcome. I asked them what we should eat and they both gave really good suggestions. Khadijah was our waitress and I don t think we could ve asked for a better one. She had a few other tables, but I observed how well she made sure each table was taken care of. The food was delicious! I will definitely be asking for her next time I return. Because of this amazing experience, I don t mind driving across town to visit these wonderful ladies and BJs.

Truck broken into. BEWARE!!! Apparently happens often because i noticed more glass on the ground. Chris from California with BJs called me and told me I wasnt parked in front of there restaurant so BJs is not responsible. However BJs employee was sent out to clean the glass??? I bet you have that on your video Chris. People take a look at the pictures and you be the judge.

we were looking for a lunch place near Willowbrook Mall and online reviews said BJs was a good place. Online the menu looked good and they had a lunch deal so decided to check it out. we ordered the lunch hamburger as well as the lunch strawberry fields salad. the hamburger came with fries, was a good portion and tasted good. the salad came with a huge piece of chicken and a sprinkle of pecans, blue cheese and strawberries. it was also a good portion and tasted good it was our first time at BJs and overall it was quick and good service in a nice ambiance with good food.

8/25/2024 had lunch and my truck and multiple other vehicles were broke into. A guy name Chad from California calls me after I posted to say I was parked next door at another restaurant so there camera view won t have my vehicle in sight. Have a look for yourself. I took a picture sitting in the drivers seat. Also you ll see a picture of the cameras. BEWARE!! The broken window in the bush wasn t done at the same time so this has to be a BAD SPOT! Chad went to say that I was parked at a different restaurant so he can t help me. I asked to review footage between 11:38-12:45 for suspicious activity and his response was that won t identify who did it?? Chad please help me and allow the investigators to investigate. Please provide any and all info to the Police please.

disappointing experience while celebrating with my toddlers. Despite making reservations for 3:00 and ordering ahead through the app for 2:55 , we encountered numerous issues. We arrived five minutes prior to our reservation time, but our presence went unacknowledged until 3:17, when I had to request for a lemonade for my toddler due to him becoming irritated. Furthermore, our complete food order was not delivered until 3:50. Due to the order not being sent to the back but our waitress avoided us rather than advising hey I don t see your order do you mind confirming your order and I will get that right in no accountability. Toddler fail asleep was not able to celebrate it was just an overall waste of money and time.

Sat at the bar by myself around 1pm on a friday. Bar seats were full and just a few tables. Bartender was friendly but I could tell she was a little busy being that a few of the guests sat at the same time as me. I ordered a beer and the prime rib dip. The check was put in front of me but I waited almost 15 minutes and never received my beer although other guests were being served. Finally the bartender came over and asked me to remind her of what I ordered...I was on a time restraint and didnt want to chug a beer so I asked her to remove the beer from the bill and just make my food order to go....The sandwich and the fries were good but I did not get to try the coleslaw since they did not give me any plasticware and I had to eat on the go. Overall, definitely disappointed in the quality of service. I do not expect much, but I do expect that I receive what I ordered and not be asked 15 minutes later to remind you of what I ordered... Overall, food was good but quality service was lacking. With all of the establishments in Houston, I think I will pass on BJs Brewhouse next time around. Do better BJs...

We got to the restaurant at about 3 pm. It was almost empty ( there were about 3 or 4 tables occupied). We were standing there in front of the hostess for at least 5 mins and the she totally ignored us. Finally, without welcoming us or at least saying hi, she said, still looking at the screen, that the wait time was going to be 15 mins. We just left the place. They have no idea of customer service! We go often to the woodlands location and it is totally different.

Diana was our waitress and was WONDERFUL. Sweet and soft spoken. But she made sure we were well cared for. We ordered the parm encrusted chicken and the peanut soba noodle chicken dish, house IPA and the house spiked lemonade. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted with a mostly empty restaurant and no one at the host/ess counter. We stood there almost 10 minutes before Jelissa came up and told us it would be another 10 minute wait. That s fine. We weren t in a hurry and were enjoying the AC. Almost 20 minutes went by from check in to acknowledgment and seating. When Jelissa sat us she made no convo, gave no info on specials and left right away after saying our waitress would be along shortly. Immediately after, an older couple was seated next to us, given specials, given drinks and menus and even something as simple as small talk (albeit unprofessional for an elderly couple I been tellin all my coworkers don t piss me off because I been tired and hot and cranky told my boss this will be the only time all his people come in early instead of late ) which, as someone who s worked service, restaurant and retail most of my working career was appalling. When we got our food it was AFTER 3 other tables that were seated well after us. Jelissa personally delivered our food without comment or anything. My chicken dish was about as it usually is and no complaints. My dining guest s dish she said was okay, but upon tasting was awful. It tasted like something turned. Her stomach was quite upset afterwards and due to the time it took for all our endeavor, we didn t have time to complain to management about the potential spoiled food or possible discrimination (we interpreted this as overt discrimination on the LGBT community) by the hostess. I do enjoy BJ s as a whole and hope this is just a local issue. I understand it s a tough time for everyone right now after the storm, but you leave that at home your customers pay your bills in the end and if they re not mistreating you, you shouldn t be mistreating them or slacking on the job.

Came here with my family. The appetizers were good. The wings and mozzarella sticks we got came out fast and was good. The biggest issue I had is when I order my Filet Mignon and ask for it medium. The steak came out extremely rare. I showed the waitress and she was like ok you want it Medium. I said yes. She goes back to the kitchen and 5 minutes she comes backout with the same Filet I just cut and now it is over cooked and I did not even eat it. The bad part is the waitress saw me not eat the steak and instead of come over and asking was it ok she tries not to talk to me. Lack of awareness plus lack of good service will be the reason I won t be back.

BJ s Brewhouse in Houston is a fantastic spot, especially if you re a fan of their pizookies small, deep-dish cookies that are absolutely delicious. My personal favorite was the Monkey Bread, and I was highly disappointed to find out they no longer offer it. This is a petition to bring back the Monkey Bread. It was one of the best desserts you had. Bring it back! Despite that, I enjoyed several other items on the menu. The sweet tea was perfect authentically sweet, unlike some other restaurants. The beef sliders with a touch of barbecue sauce were amazing, and the pickles added a nice touch. The queso was also a standout: cheesy with a hint of spiciness, making it very enjoyable. The seating at BJ s Brewhouse creates a great atmosphere for conversation and catching up with friends. During a sister s day outing, we loved the well-lit space, which felt safe thanks to the well-lit parking lot. For appetizers and quick bites, especially during happy hour, I highly recommend the queso and the barbecue beef sliders. They are delicious and perfect for a satisfying snack. Overall, BJ s Brewhouse is a great place for tasty food and a welcoming atmosphere. My family an I went to BJs on 1960 on June 7th to celebrate the family birthdays for the month . We were a party of 22 family members. When we arrived at 6PM we were informed that it would be approximately an hours wait ,which we were fine with. We were seated around 7PM only to be informed by the waitress that we could not have the tables because there was another party coming. We informed her that we would take booths as long as the family was seated together. We spoke with the manager to try to get some assistance, which he was ok with the booth arrangement. The waitress refused to accommodate us and acted as if they really didnt care or want our business. The manager did not try to rectify the situation ,so we left and went to another restaurant where the service was great, accommodations were met , food was good. We spent over $450 there. This was our first time at BJs and it will be our last time, We felt our business was not wanted at all there.
