My business partner and I had an ownership title problem. This title issue when I bought a housron from an estate. The man passed away and the administrator was facilitating the sale of the property to my business partner and me. There were three siblings, heirs is what they called it but one was in Asia. We had to put the property sales transaction on hold until we could get one of the We tried getting the brother to go to the Ambassy but the wait was very long and he would not travel back to the US. Im sure there was not much of an incentive for him to travel back to the US. Even if we paid him a good amount of money. These attorneys at Texas Real Estate and Business Law somehow knew about Hagues Act or something along that line and did some magic. It literally took a whole team that couldnt figure it out, so we had to hire a law firm to help us. The title company, the escrow officer or agent, the lender, the underwriter, and the title companys attorney wasnt budging. I was so surprised that they couldnt figure out how to get this transaction completed. I thought that everyone would have a motive to close. We closed the deal eventually. Afterwards, we end up renting it but later decided to which the property from my business owning the property to now my residence. This law firm also helped us with drafting the warranty deed and other documents to switch it.

Overall Great Experience, since the moment I called they attended me really good . This Firm was able to listen to what was going on with my case. My Landlord was Over Charging 5 New Tenants (myself Included). Other Attorneys wouldnt take our case or couldn t help talk to my Landlord for us to come to an Agreement. Some would say what we needed was an Auditor & Auditors wouldn t take our case. First step was to make a Demand Letter, Then , we decided to go for a Settlement. I just got off the phone with a representative of the firm, they don t have free consultations even though that s what state it on their website, I am in the middle of an issue, I purchased a townhome with my veterans loan my home is miss listed there s a homeowners association fee and a maintenance fee that comes together to almost $500 extra a month I have the title company admitting on video that she misrepresented, and did not alert me of fees, fines, and HOA s then told me I could not do anything about it other than pay what s required even known I, as a disabled veteran on my fixed income, cannot afford it, and then after telling All the story to the associate on the phone I get sent a message to my cell phone stating a $300 fee for a consultation $75 for 30 minute consultation on the contract is damn near impossible and then to say that you are a contingency lawyer thank you for helping your veterans

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy and Angela from Walter and Truong PLLC. Very grateful to have very caring individuals who took their time in helping me out with my property. They were very professional and knowledgeable with my situation and guided me in the right direction. I am not very familiar with contracts/legal documents but they did a wonderful job explaining every step to me and responded to me quick and efficiently. I cannot express how grateful I am for the work Angela has done for me. I own a restaurant for several years and have a handful of real estates. I also work full time in the technology sector. You can say, I m a very busy man. So much so, that I would not write this review for anyone else. I let the professionals handle what they re good at. I rely on only Angela to deal with is legal issues. I worked with attorneys in the past who did not care about my case and just wanted money. She is different. She truly cares about her clients which separates her from the rest. She s helped me with my restaurant, and my properties. She goes the extra mile. At first, I wasn t sure if she could handle all the legal issues because other attorneys have told me to not seek legal actions and that my cases could be settled outside of court or that they were too messy. However, she not only won my case, but she s helped my family members as well. She made me feel as if I were her only client because of how responsive she was. Very trustworthy. I will rely on her for all my legal problems because of how effective and efficient she is. Other than legal issues, I will sometimes run scenarios through her and she will provide me strategies from a legal perspective. It s good for me business to run ideas to protect me assets. I moved into a rental property only to find out it was completely infested with mold. I made the Landlord and leading company aware immediately but they refused to do anything about it. Instead they claimed it wasnt mold and that it was the paint. I went ahead to Hire a cleaning agency to take care of the problem but before the cleaning was done, took a few swabs and sent it off to a lab. I made them aware of the results that did show it was mold growing in the house and instead of taking responsibility they tried to bully me into moving out within 26days. A realtor recommended Angela Walter to me and I must say was the best thing that could have happened. As soon as I sent Ms Walter an email she responded back and set up a zoom meeting to discuss my case. She quickly sent a message to the landlord letting them know she was representing me and to cease contacting or bullying me anymore. She listened to me very attentively and understood what I was wanting and worked towards that. I wanted to settle the matter outside of the court and be allowed to finish out the term of my lease. Her fee was very reasonable and affordable. She was very professional and was able to get the landlord to accept my terms. The case was over within a week. She worked on the case day and night and always got back with me on time. Ms Walter has excellent interpersonal skills and experience and I would recommend her to everyone I come across with anyone who needs a decent attorney. She is not just out to make money but truly cares about getting you what you want.

Nancy and Angela was able to get the document drafted in less than 2 days, while staying in touch constantly through email. They exceeded the deadline I was expecting. I originally hired Angela to prepare several real estate documents, trust and will. She charged me a flat fee for my will and trust, was transparent and upfront with everything. My prior real estate transaction became too complex so I had to look for a lawyer. Luckily, my real estate agent knew about Angela and gave me her number. She also helped me with a property dispute. She has an aggressive representation that helped win my case. This issue had been going on for years and finally closed after she took over. I highly recommend this firm and the work she provides.
