I needed a digital passport photo that would meet the Nigerian Immigration requirements, after attempting to do it myself with no luck, I found Robert online and reached out to him and he was able to have it all done under an hour and it did meet the requirements. Canadian Passport photo: I needed a passport-size photo to renew my sons Canadian Passport. The size and specs differ for Canadian Passport photos as the photographer has to stamp the shops name and date it behind the photo. I contacted many photographers, and they dont do it. Some photographers gave a vague option, which wont work at all. One of the UPS stores in Eldridge Parkway, Houston, said they would do it (Photo: $20, Stamping by Mr.Habib for $50; he asked for a tip also), and the photo was rejected due to poor photo quality and error in stamping. (My loss was $70 + another shipping charge of $30 for the correct photo). The only option left was to get a good professional photographer who knew about this. I googled and found Mr. Robert Bergers Portraits of Character. I called and talked to him, set up an appointment, and everything worked well. Mr Robert is very professional, has a good studio, knows Canadian passport photo rules and requirements, and has fulfilled them. He is friendly and very accommodating to our needs. He has tons of experience in photography, and thats what matters to become a good photographer. I appreciate his service and knowledge and guarantee that he does the work well without rejection. He also takes photos of different events and occasions. Im happy that I found him. I highly recommend him.

I took Robert a small 1928 photo of my aunt and uncle. I asked hopefully for an 8x10 enlargement. We were both surprised at the clearness and quality from such an old 2x3-inch photo. The sepia tones make the new enlargement look vintage. Great job!

Over the years I ve had to get all sorts of visa and passport photos made for different requirements. My foreign passport was due for renewal and I thought I would try Innovative Images, since the place I often used close to me is still using Polaroid and the quality isn t the greatest. The photos at Innovative Images cost a bit more, but you get a high quality image with professional studio lighting taken by a professional photographer. Robert knew all the requirements for the photo and was willing to accommodate a couple of my preferences. While I was waiting for the prints, I took a look at some of Robert s portrait work and was really impressed. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Innovative Images.

My friend and I were looking for a place where we could take good digital visa photos ( US format ). We went here and there, we tried this and that until we found Innovative Images photography studio. At first we were like ugh! Another place another day. Living as an expat away from your native homeland makes for an interesting time when you need to renew your passport or credentials. Guys like Robert make the experience a little less stressful. He guarantees that the pictures he takes will meet the requirements for your respective country s passport photo requirements. I watched him carefully measure and cut my photos and showed me the measurements, comparing them to the requirements needed. I made my appointment, walked out in less than an hour with pictures, and am confident that I may ahve paid more, but I got a quality product that wont be rejected - what s it worth to you to have peace of mind that the work has been completed well on the first try and you re not at risk of getting your application rejected for something silly like incorrect chin to crown head measurements? I am sure there are lots of inexpensive places one can go to get passport photos done, but most of the cost effective places ($10, $20?) are badly lit, and created based on US passport regulations which may (or likely may not) meet the requirements for your country s passport photo requirements. Getting your pictures done at places like Walgreens is indeed an option, don t let me mislead you, but you get what you pay for; bad, overhead, fluorescent lighting, no finesse, it s just a minimum wage order taker daydreaming about what would have happened if they d made different life choices You get what you pay for - I d rather pay a bit more for accuracy, artistry, peace of mind, not to mention I d really prefer not to look like I m using a mugshot as a passport photo. You can go cheap, and if you need photos on a budget, Robert Berger is not the right guy for you. If you want crisp, clear, attractive, well lit, perfectly measured and cut, guaranteed accurate passport photos...give him a call. Cash & credit cards accepted.

He would not let me pay until my photo was accepted on line. I cannot recommend him too highly. New passport regulations are making it harder to get online acceptance. Robert did an absolutely amazing job photographing my head shots for the new year. When I met him to discuss studio offerings, I knew instantly he was my guy! His energy was awesome and he had so many creative takes on the typical head shots/ studio portraits, which I loved. From the very beginning, he answered all of my questions (there were a lot!) and was so patient with me. He was always super responsive to both emails and voicemails. The days leading up to my studio shoot he made sure to check in and see if there were any last minute things I needed, and to confirm all the necessary details. Because of my last experience with Robert (below) I went to him for photos needed for a stay in Germany. He new exactly the required specifications fro the photos and I was done in less that an hour with photos in hand. I sent my wife a week later and she went in the same day she called and was out in 30 minutes! In 2014 I needed a Brazillian visa application photo ASAP. The standard photos I had gotten from a CVS were fine for a US passport but they were rejected for the Brazillian application. I contacted Robert and he was able to provide me with exactly what I needed the same day. I rushed over the new photos to the Embassy and I was good to go. Will use him again when quality matters.

Robert did a great passport photo for me - but Australia is soo pickie - that the picture showed a fraction of one ear but not the other. We called him from the Consulate and he agreed to reshoot the photo in 20 minutes and I was able to resubmit just an hour or so later. Apparently Australia rejects 90% of photos - and almost every one from CVS and Walgreens. I comment Robert for his professionalism and quick response.

I had a great experience with Robert Berger (innovative Images Photography). I needed my citizenship application photos and did not want the regular grocery store/pharmacy ones. I searched online for passport photos close to my workplace and was happy to find Innovative Images. Robert is very pleasant to work with and accommodated my appointment the same day. It only took half an hour to get the photos ready. I think it makes a big difference to get your (document) photos taken at a studio and by a professional. Robert was responsive via email and knowledgable about the photo I needed for a non-US passport. Based purely on my own anxiety about the process, I showed up with the photo instructions printed in color, but I was immediately put at ease because Robert quoted the specific photo requirements to me off the top of his head. I wasnt trying to quiz him, but if I had done so, then he would have passed with flying colors. There was a mix up about the appointment time, but I blame that on email issues. In any case, I showed up at the office while he was out running an errand and he returned to the office very quickly. I contemplated waiting to review his service until I receive a response on my application, but he guarantees his work, so if there is an issue with the photos and I trust him to follow up accordingly so I have no problem giving him an excellent review at this time. We are moving overseas and were required to provide very specific visa photos on a red background for the Indonesian government. I called several places and no one had a red background or even knew what I was talking about. I found Innovative Images and called Robert on a Friday morning. I explained our situation, and asked if there was any possible way he might do these specific visa photos. He said that would be no problem, as he deals in visa photos for other countries all the time and knew exactly what the requirements were. Not only was he able to provide me with the exact photos and various sizes I needed, but he got me in that very morning. I realized I had let my passport expire about a month prior to departing for an overseas trip, so was in a panic to get something done quickly. With the new electronic security systems being used by various countries in conjunction with passports, they have become more particular about the quality, dimensions, positioning of the head, paper used, etc for photos. I was advised by the passport issuing department not to use photos from Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc as they would not meet the standard. I found Innovative Images on the internet and contacted Robert Berger who assured me his photos would pass scrutiny. Additionally, he said he would fit me that day or the next day because I was in a time crunch. I showed up on time, walked out 30 minutes later with the required photos, attached them to my application and posted it the same day. I received my passport back with 2 weeks to spare prior to my departure. Robert was a life saver in this regard. To top it off, he gave me a couple of extra copies of the photo in case I needed backups. Great service and great photos!!!

This is a fabulous company! I needed passport photos done for a South African Passport with very specific regulations. I reviewed other companies in Houston, and the other places came up with complaints about the photograph quality. This company does excellent photography, the quality of the photograph was exceptional, and there were no problems with my passport at all. The owner actually drew up a new template for my passport photo, and it was perfectly to scale. He went to great lengths to help me, and even stayed late to reprint photos when I lost the original set! His staff are very friendly and I felt right at home. Needing to renew my passport, I first went to Walgreens. Unfortunately, I came out looking like a criminal. My first mug shot! I needed very specific dimensions to renew my passport. I have used the typical passport photo places in the past, and had my photos rejected because they could not get the dimensions right or the pictures were not clear enough, etc. When I called Mr. Berger to inquire about my specific request, he knew exactly what I needed and was able to set up an appointment right away. The process of sitting for a photo was much better than at other places as well: I was the only person in the studio and I received Mr. Bergers full attention along with a few tips for taking a better photo. The selection of the best photo and the sizing and printing process were a breeze, and I was shortly on my way with the best quality passport photographs I have ever taken. The photos were accepted by the consulate without question. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Innovative Images Photography.

Innovative Images should be your first and last stop for ALL passport photos. Robert is incredibly professional and quite familiar with the many specifications that are required for different countries. Passport pictures for Trinidad & Tobago embassy are quite stringent; I know many friends whose photos were rejected. Many studios that offer passport photo services are simply not equipped to adapt for different countrys specifications. I find Roberts office online and notice the good reviews people have given. So I made an appointment and went there by bus. He was so nice to pick me up at the bus station. When it comes to visa photo, he is quite professional. One thing that really impresses me is that he thinks high quality is necessary even for visa photo. As a result, I got the best 45mm*35mm photo in my life. I think my mother will like it very much, though she likes every photo of me. Another interesting story is that when he drived me back to the bus station, we saw the bus in front of us. He managed to catch it in the nest bus stop and I got on that bus. Its really helpful because typically it takes 20min to wait for the next bus. Many thanks!
