I signed the engagement letter and promptly sent an email outlining a critical and time-sensitive matter. However, I did not receive a response until five days later, with no apology for the delay or acknowledgment of the urgency. Subsequently, upon informing them that I would seek assistance elsewhere, the response received was simply a brief thank you for the update without an apology or an attempt to make it right. This lack of professionalism raises concerns about being properly represented, especially when important communications are not addressed promptly after committing to representation.

While we would all love to be able to go through life without the need of a lawyer sometimes its just necessary. Victoria with Sovany Law Firm was wonderful to work with! I called Sovany Law firm to help Me with a small claims suit dealing with the DTPA and a jeweler who sold me a product that wasn t as advertised! I spoke with Herrick and he helped me out tremendously! He explained to me that getting a lawyer may not be in my best interest due to the nature of my claim. He provided me with some information that would better serve me! This is extremely important because it shows that Sovany genuinely cares about the client and is not money hungry! They looked out for my best interest and provided me with helpful information and all of this was at no charge to me! I would recommend Sovany law firm to anyone who needs a lawyer that genuinely cares about them in the Houston area!

One of the most professional Law firms Ive ever dealt with. Straight to the point. Had finished operating agreements and contracts, were well communicated with us the entire time. I had the pleasure of retaining the Sovany Law Firm to complete an estate plan. Herrick was kind enough to sit down with us to determine what is necessary to protect my family and the different cost options. They offered several standard flat fee choices, which I found to be extremely helpful. We then all worked together to create a comprehensive plan, which went amazingly well.
