I know before Ive had made a recent review some month ago, I can say that I was frustrated with the situation that was going on with my case and didnt have any understanding about it but when I got an phone call from Mr Roshun he helped me with my case and took his time even when the situation got frustrated for the both of us. he showed symptom and understood my frustration . He also gave me a check advance for the long process wait before the settlement came I can say that Phipps Garza is a great law firm place to come and get any accident settle !! Mr. Phipps step in on my case and got the job done. Great lawyer has a lot patience and we create a friendship bond. Any questions I had he was there to ask, when my case got settled it felt as I was losing a good friend. The staff his assistant kept me updated very nice very helpful these people treated me great. I walk away happy thankful and grateful. I had been dealing with my case for 6 years and it took a while but I learn alot of knowledge and Mr. Phipps fault for me and fault for me and I know I was probably getting in his nerves lol but in it all he walk me through this all and calm me down and help me understand about my case and I m so happy I m done. Everyone I worked with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I understand that legal proceedings are often slow processes, but it did take over a year to settle the case. It became a monthly habit of mine to reach out for updates on the case, but I was promptly provided status updates when I asked. Although it took quite some time (years) due to COVID and some other unforeseen events which were no fault of the law firm.
