Beware of turning items in to this store. They will lose your package and tell you that you have to do the ground work to find it. They will refer you to claims who will also depend on you to do everything. At the end they will tell you theres nothing they can without you rembering the date and time to look at video. Its a big waste of time to tell you unfortunately... Get your receipt even if you arrived with a label. They will also let tell you, you dont need that.

Helpful, but inconvenient. I had a free FedEx label. I was told that he would not be able to ship sneakers without some padding inside the larger box it came in. He stated something heavy could be placed on top. He asked if I wanted padding. I agreed, but it was going to be an extra fee. I declined. He still would not ship. I stated that the company shipped it to me the same way without padding. He gave a response about it was maybe a single shipped or something along those lines. I had to go to Office Max for them to ship.

I always give this location a benefit of the doubt with such employees. Travis is one of the untrained. Im doing a direct TV equipment return. Easy as ABC, I advised him to scan the bar code to be able to process it. He cant get it done by choosing the hardest ways to do it by askingfor account numbersand so forth,I have to leave without any argument and go to UPS to get it done without any account numbers needed.

My friend ordered me a package through Walmart and it was shipped by FedEx. I live in a duplex and my friend did not put the specific apartment (1 of 2 apartments). They refused to deliver that day because of it. He called and tried to rectify the issue and they told him it was resolved. The next day, however, they refused to deliver the package for unspecified reasons, and then refused to talk to my friend about the issue. My friend then contacted Walmart and Walmart tried to speak to FedEx. He was placed on hold for about three hours. In the end, FedEx refused to deliver the package at all for unspecified reasons. Walmart is now deciding to ship the same package through a different service. Avoid if you can, these folks are impossible to work with, and potentially thieves.

I went in to scan documents to my email and when I asked the employee what the charge was he said he didnt know and just said go ahead and put your card in. When I was done scanning 58 pages my total was over 30 dollars! A complete rip off for a service that requires nothing but a network connection! Do not go here!

Terrible service. While I was on the phone asking to help track a package, the lady who answered was rude and had an attitude. When I heard her laugh, I got mad, but I became even angrier when she asked something along the lines of Is three days really that bad of an inconvenience for you? I almost screamed at her Why arent you nice? You have one job! because now I wont have a package on time that contains a special gift for my loved one. Packages on time are important for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. How could she not get that?! Lady, get a new job if youre that miserable where you work and you cant do it right. Geez!

Not impressed; no customer service. Asked if I needed an access card to make copies. Was told to just insert debit card to which I proceeded. Only had a few copies to make in black/ white. First time the machine timed out, with no time visible. Second swipe, was able to make four copies, then machine timed out. Now Im questioning why I need to swipe my card and who else has access. Questioned the agents why the machine required three swipes. The teply that machine has problems, use the next one. I was the only one using the copy machine and they didnt think to tell me this before I began. I suggested they put a sign on the machine to which the silence was colder than winter in Siberia. As I left, then there was discussion to put sign on the machine but no one will come and fix it. Better to inconvenience some than to be down a machine that doesnt work. O will find someplace else in town, or neighboring town to do my business.

Jessica was the salesperson helping me. She asked for me ID. When I tried to hand to to her I assumed she was looking at something on the computer. I had my ID handed out to her and she was actually just playing with something on the desk. So I laid my ID down and waited for her to acknowledge me again. She turned and asked me for my ID again. So I slid it to her. Then she couldnt figure out how to spell BEARD. SERIOUSLY BEARD. Whatever. As shes taking a while to process and type the information for my letter more people are coming in. She just tells them to leave their packages. And seemed irritated when one guy behind me wanted a receipt for his drop off. Which brings me to the other package I was sending. It had a preprinted label. After I got my first package finished. She told me to have a nice day. I told her I wanted a return receipt for my other package. She looked dumbfounded. Who doesnt want to see the package their returning scanned and have a receipt. If its not common the saleperson should still ask these questions. This was my first time here. Not impressed.

Ive been to this location multiple times in the span of 3 years, typically its a busy location and service is normally what you expect of a busy site. Its always undermanned, for how busy it can get. Maybe it was an anomaly but my last visit was the absolute worst. I will never use the services offered if I see the man that was helping me. I called the location on April 9, 2018 concerning laminating a large item, I was quoted about $23ish dollars per item, and told the clerk receiving the call I would be at the location in a few hours. When I arrived a few hours later there were two associates working. There were only 3 other customers in the door. One in line for the shipping side, one browsing the shipping items, and one on the services side of the store. An older middle-aged, gentleman with glasses, and curly dark hair gave me a very indifferent look. He asked immediately what we wanted. I responded with with lamination of an oversize item. He responds with a dumbfounded look, You will have to return tomorrow. We dont have the time to get out the lamination. After he says that, I ask him, What time tomorrow can we return to get this laminated? He pauses, looking uncomfortable and replies, 11, 11 oclock is a good time. I dont know who he is, but if he is the face of that FedEx Office, I will never return to the location. I drove towards the Office Max, was serviced after waiting about 5 minutes in line. I ended up paying short of $22 for 2 oversize (24x36) items. Office Max was a much more pleasant experience and I ended up paying half the price of what I was quoted at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

So this review is about Danielle who is one of the staff. She is just very hard to work with and is lazy to do her job. I went in with a package with a barcode that was unreadable. She told me to go back to my office and get a new bar code! I went to another location of fedex and a TRAINEE employee could reprint the bar code in 1 minute and gave me a receipt! I guess Danielle is too lazy to work! She is not doing her job !!!

Called to ask about scanning some documents into email. Was told it would cost .45 per minute to use a computer with a scanner to scan the documents. I went to the store and logged on the computer and begin to create the document file. The scanner was a single page scanner that warms up for about a minute for each page scanned! After a messed up scan and then finally scanning two (of my 30) pages I realized that almost ten minutes had passed and i had already owed nearly $5 for two scanned pages that looked awful! How could you charge someone to wait while the scanner warms up for every page scanned and then expect people to pay for crappy results. I walked out after paying the $5 for nothing and will not return.

Called this location on Sunday, March 20th at 3:23pm and the line rang several minutes. No answer. It doesnt seem to be open as advertised this evening so I hung-up. I called back. Asked a guy the cost of folding 600 fliers on a Letter Folding machine and how long it would take to complete a task. He said, the order process would take about twenty-four hours. Not!!!!!!

My office tried this FedEx Office location for the first time last week. What went well: We could give them our order and our payment information over the phone so that we didnt have to go there in person to drop it off or to pay for it, and FedEx is cheaper than UPS. Plus, once we mentioned our deadline, an associate identified the cheapest shipping option that would still have our documents delivered on time (and they were indeed on time). What went wrong: First, there was a pattern of the associates saying theyd communicate with us and then not following up. I emailed the order (instructions and documents) and got an auto-reply that theyd call to confirm receipt within an hour. An hour and a half later, I called and was told yes theyd gotten it, were working on it now, and would let us know the total. However, 24 hours later they had yet to call us with the total. We had to call them to make sure our order was on track. Second, although the directions we sent them clearly specified the recipients name and address, our receipt said they had shipped it to the senders name at the recipients address (i.e., instead of putting the recipients name they had put our name in its place). We are lucky that the recipient accepted the delivery. So we do not plan to use this FedEx Office location again.

Tech Guru here. Built my resume on Google Docs and rode my motorcycle over to fedex to print it on nice paper. I asked if they had resume paper and they did, but the guy behind the counter recommended a nicer, sleeker paper which I opted to used and was quite satisfied with. When it came to the actual printing of my resume, I had planned on having to email it to them, or hopping on a computer and then saving it to a cd or flash drive. Instead I was able to log directly into Google Drive FROM THE PRINTER. Not only did I print my resumes directly from google docs, but I digitally paid for it and the receipt was sent to my email and printed (for free) from the printer I was using. +1 FedEx. Youve just converted a UPS man

Ive been here about three times... twice during the day - WONDERFUL customer service and cheerful employees. Once I went 10 minutes to close. I just needed binding done. The open sign had been turned off. I knew their hours and checked to see if the door was open. It was, but you could tell the employee had turned it off to prevent people from doing last minute orders. Pretty unprofessional. Overall, we will use them and they were great to get our same day business cards, etc... done fast.
