The person I spoke to was extremely rude and cut me off before I can fully explain my case and was told they ll reach out to me for further information. The same day I was sent an email stating that with the provided details and because their docket was full, they are unable to take my case. At least hear my entire case before you deny me, but it makes me glad I was turned down. I don t think I d want a company like this to represent me.

I would like to express profound gratitude for the support provided by attorney Robert Painter. In the state of Texas, the legal framework regarding blatant misdiagnoses in the emergency room (ER) proved to be a significant challenge when my wife faced a critical situation with a burst appendix, leading to a near-death experience and 20 days of dual hospitalizations. Unfortunately, Texas law offers considerable protection to the ER, allowing a certain degree of permissiveness in misdiagnoses without legal consequences. This harsh reality was carefully explained by Mr. Painter, who took the time to review my detailed notes and confirm the unfortunate situation. Had the misdiagnoses occurred after my wifes admission to a regular hospital room, legal recourse would have been possible. Inspired by Mr. Painters guidance, I plan to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board. The aim is to have the case reviewed, potentially leading to reprimands for the ER doctors involved and, hopefully, contributing to prevention of similar incidents that could jeopardize lives. The gravity of the situation is underscored by the fact that my wifes life was nearly lost, and it was only through divine grace, coupled with my continuous advocacy during almost 24x7 hospital sleepovers during those 20 days, that she is alive and well today. The challenges highlighted reveal a concerning aspect of medical practices in Texas, particularly in the ER, where interpretations of diagnostic scans may be inaccurately labeled as normal without facing liability if conducted within the ER. On a personal note, the shared faith in Christianity between Mr. Painter, his wife, and my wife and me, provided a comforting foundation for our interactions. Commencing our conversations with a heartfelt Praise The Lord! created a connection beyond the legal matters discussed. I assured Robert of my prayers and expressed a willingness to serve as a witness if Mr. Painter ever considered advocating for legislative changes in response to such challenging situations. Upon discovery of my recent medical injury early October 2023 I was lost for hope and did not have the best knowledge on how to handle such a serious situation. I did some research and found Painter Law Firm and had a good conversation with the assistant that intake my information. After the conversation I wasnt sure if I would receive a callback in regards to my medical injury. One day I received a follow up phone call from the caring receptionist I immediately felt a bit of hope. When I was able to meet with Mr. Painter himself I immediately felt like I was at home from the moment I walked into the firm. The firm and the way I was greeted was outstanding! Mr. Painter and I had a sit down and that session was super informative and well documented. I was given great advice! I have stayed on top of things since that session. For those reading these reviews, please note that a few of the poor reviews are actually CRNAs unhappy with Mr. Painter performing effectively in his job as a malpractice attorney. As is evident by the myriad of 5-star reviews from his actual clients, he is doing a masterful job of ensuring that those harmed by malpractice and/or negligence have recourse. That is his job and what he is paid to do. Where he may differ from other malpractice attorneys is in his tendency to use his website to educate about the differences in education/practice between physicians, nurse practitioners(NPs)/certified registered nurse anesthetists(CRNAS), physician assistants(PAs) and other non-physician practitioners. He does this as a benefit for the public because an informed public is an empowered public. It is this aspect with which the CRNAs take issue. Their intent is that the public remain ignorant. I am an acquaintance of Mr. Painters and I assure you, he makes it clear as to where he stands when it comes to clients harmed by individuals in the medical or nursing profession. It is always on the side of his clients. The fact that he is being harassed for not only doing his job, but informing about educational/professional distinctions, is a testament to his veracity. He is being harassed/bullied not because the information he shares is incorrect, but because it is.

Called to inquire about a potential medical negligence/misdiagnosis situation that resulted in death at a hospital. Initial call was made after two other calls to larger firms left my family feeling worse than we started off. I hoped a smaller firm would be a better choice. Would not or could not take the case, as I was told that No doctor can be sued for medical malpractice in texas if the injured has no legal beneficiary! They very professionally told me that no matter how your loved one is treated, unless you have a beneficiary, the doctors and all health staff can do what they want. Given the success this Law Firm has had in defending and prosecuting, Painter Law Firm had a profound life changing effect on me. For my situation in particular, I was in a life threatening position after a head-on-collision. The effects of my broken bones from the collision was not my most critical situation while in the trauma unit. It was actually the effects of my trauma care done by the hospital staff that placed my life in such a life-threatening situation. And it was that exact mal-practice that the Painter Law Firm had previously prosecuted and won a case against this institution. After listening to my husbands possible medical malpractice case, he denied my husband due to having too many cases. The very next day he posted an article online containing all of the details from my husbands story (without my husbands permission) as a marketing tool to get more clients who experienced issues similar to his. When discovered, I contacted Robert and asked for a call back. He removed my husbands information from the article but never called to inform me or apologize. I called again, but it has been a week and he has been too chicken to return my phone calls. I am sickened by the lack of ethics. I tried to reach out to him personally as to avoid leaving a public review, but after his lack of follow through and unethical behavior I feel like I only need to inform others. Beware when telling him details about your case he just might share then without your consent. **Added- Response to Robert: Although I have not spoken to you personally, both my husband and I have spoken to staff at your office. Two years ago, I had a hernia surgery that went horribly wrong. The doctor tore my intestines. I was leaking bile as a result for six days that went unnoticed. I ended up in ICU for a week. Additionally, I suffered permanent disfiguration of my body. I was an absolute mess. Robert Painter of the Painter Law Firm was absolutely brilliant! My case became very complex but Mr. Painter strategized and executed the plan with precision and perfection to the point he was able to head off potential downfalls and we were prepared. He fought for me and the injustice of the situation with extreme passion. It was impressive to watch him quickly use case law to combat the defendants arguments and objections with his knowledge of the law. The entire office is professional and courteous.
