Im only looking at the BIG insurance payout. Never willing to HELP nor listen to a simple person who needs help and REAL advice, and not getting referred to the TSB. I thought these people attended college for these reasons. These lawyers believe that we are looking for them to pick up a case for free? NO, I am a paying customer. Whom is seeking to HIRE an attorney. Your firm should be grateful to be receiving calls. We need to SPEAK to a lawyer and not some law clerk answering calls trying to get hours in for the degree. Speak to the person, and please STOP using some generic form to rule out POTENTIAL clients?

I am so disappointed with this firm. I put time and effort presenting my case. They accepted my case I sent them all the documents they needed. They said it was going to take some time to get my medical records and expert witness on my case. Couple weeks went by i sent them an email regarding updates on my case NO ANSWER.. So I figured they probably busy with my case. So couple days go by still did not receive an email so I decided to call and I left a voicemail still NO REPLY. Couple days later I get a letter in the mail my case was denied. AM LIKE WHAT??? Did yall accept my case already. We sign agreement forms etc I feel this was very unprofessional and I feel played. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

Even though they were unable to move forward with my case, I felt like Brianna was a great listener to my story and problems and was SUPER patient with me. She explained all the details and reasons in a clear way that was fairly easy to understand and I felt like my experience was a great one.

The lady who answered my phone call had a lack of symphaty about my medical issue. The lack of professional. Not to mention the white privilege they are. Horrible experience. Im highly disappointed. And the fact that they exposed my situation with a reply. Smh.
