Nina Cerda did a great job working my file for an uninsured motorist accident. She was available around the clock and was very professional. Nina was very reassuring and so nice in-person. Hopefully, I will never need to use Gibson Hill again (as I dont want to be involved in another accident), however, I would highly recommend using this firm if you are ever involved in a car accident! I contacted Gibson Hill after my first wreck and they made me feel at ease and took care of setting up all my dr appointments. Im glad I was able to get in touch directly with Ty Gibson anytime I needed through phone and email to answer my abundance of questions. This firm is absolutely the truth! They picked up my case from a accident i was in back in 2018 in which I had a previous firm handle but was really unresponsive and unaware of anything into getting things case settled and awarding me for my injuries. Gibson Hill step in and stepped in like they were there from the time of the accident all the way up to the settlement getting paid out. You dont have to call them for updates because they will keep you informed on the littlest of changes that taken place on your case, minute to minute, seconds to seconds. Excellent results from extremely diligent law firm, who kept me posted from day one, regarding litigation with a car insurance company that did not wish to pay my claims. My husband and I had been with said insurance company for 30 years, never missed a payment- however, when it became time to file a claim, after I was involved in a car accident, as a front seat passenger only, the insurance company denied my claims for medical service. Ty Gibson and his firm were very professional and worked diligently to gather all of the paperwork from all aspects of my law suit. They explained everything, sometimes more than once for my non-legal brain. I had never been a part of a personal injury lawsuit (or any other kind of lawsuit). I had come to Gibson and hill after a life changing car accident. They were very professional, attentive and caring. The entire staff through almost a two year ordeal was there for me through every step They approved every procedure the doctors and I asked for. I had four Spinal Injections and two surgeries. When it was time for mitigation, Brett stood beside me and told me what to expect. Ty worked with the medical to lower the cost. They passed my second case off to Gibson Hill and at first I was offended...I thought here we go again another greedy lawyer . They took my case when no one else would because the insurance company denied my claim. They took the time to listen to my side of the story and took up for me when no one else would.
