Germania Insurance company refused to provide a new roof after mine had been hit in at least 5 hail storms. Everyone around me got new roofs but Germania thought mine had miraculously been missed by the storms. A licensed public adjuster recommended Fitts Law Firm and Im glad I did use them in this case. It took over a year but that was because Germania drugg it out as long as possible. I felt comfortable with my attorney and the results were very satisfying and Germania got put in their place and Goliath lost to David this time by Fitts Law Firm. Bryant is the best. He helped me out with a Bad Faith suit that I expected nothing except for satisfaction after the Insurance Compant burnt me out of $40K for hail damage they would not fix on an expensive piece of property. In the end, he got me back three times what I spent to repair my home and did it in a short period of time. Do not let your Insurance company do it to you too ( thats what they do best), he is out there to protect you...

I am in a dispute with my insurance company over a roof damage claim. The Fitts law firm has done an excellent job of representing me so far. I believe I ve been with this Law Firm since 2014 . I ve had to collect all of the information from the hospitals the doctors and send it into this office, as a matter fact I did all of the footwork finally I believe after all talking with different officers there , I won t name them all . I had three different claims check your records you will see that two of them paid off but between bankruptcy court and the law firm and everybody else that spoke with me I guest received their share of the money. I was left with not very much . So as of now there is still one more claim I m waiting for it to be finalized and here it is 2021 been waiting for a long time . I thank all of you for your help sometime I was able to talk to somebody at sometime I was not and sometimes they return my phone call and sometimes they didn t .

Being involved in a car accident that totals my car and is no fault of mine was scary. The responsible drivers insurance company basically laughed at my expectations - which honestly weren t out of line. My car was totaled and my gap ins paid the difference. I reached out to Fitts Law Firm after a friend recommended them. Unfortunately, the driver only carried the basic amount required by the state of Texas, so after my medical bills were paid I had a small amount left of the settlement. Without an attorney I would have gotten even less and would have had to pay my own medical bills. On September 13th 2008, our Condominium Association consisting of 40 individual units was hammered by Hurricane Ike: Roofs were blow off the buildings, trees fell and crushed our carports, there was water damage to units that were left without roofs. Our insurance company estimated the damage just at $94,682,00, coincidentally the deductible on our master policy for named storms was $1000,000.00. This left our cash strapped community facing bankruptcy so we were forced to obtain a small business loan and pay for all the damages ourselves. Since, (For Decades) our Home Owners Association (HOA) was paying a insurance premium of $20,000.00 a year, and we were getting no compensation from our insurance company for our catastrophic loss, I felt something was terribly wrong. I was certain that the insurance company was underestimating our loss, and taking advantage of us and preventing us from obtaining proper compensation to and prevent us from rebuilding our shattered community. Our property was built in the 1960 s, so our community was already operating on a shoestring budget. To prevent from going bankrupt our HOA was forced to get a small business loan for $120,000.00 needed to repair the property and to stay afloat financially. Now our community was not only buried in hurricane debris, but we were also buried in terrible debt and struggling with funds to manage our largest investment, our homes. I felt something was horribly wrong with this situation and I was determined to fight the insurance company. I discovered that Bryant Fitts and his law firm was one of the top rated insurance law specialists. Mr. Fitts and his law firm actually listened. He agreed to take take on the insurance company and help our community get fair compensation for our loss. It has been a long and winding road, but the expert team at the Fitts Law firm patiently and professional persisted in overcoming each obstacle that the insurance company used put in our path. Our total compensation was more than double what the Insurance company originally estimated. Much to our surprise, the vidigellent team of attorneys also discovered misappropriation of insurance funds by our own property management company. (The very managment company that was supposed to be working for our home owner association, appears to have been in league with our insurance company to defraud our HOA of our initial insurance claim). This fight for fair compensation is not over, and if it was not for Bryant Fitts and his vigilance team of legal experts our little community near Bellaire, Texas, would dead in the water. Like driftwood is at the mercy of the ocean, our community would have been at the mercy of the insurance company, but Bryant Fitts and his expert team of legal specialists helped us obtain the resources we needed to rebuild our little community and improve the quality of our lives.
