Got a call today after sending out the request the night before. The lady who called didnt even introduce herself which I deemed very rude and unprofessional. I made a typo on the request about the accident date but we got it resolved quickly, and I think it irritated her or something, then she ended up talking down to me like I was really stupid about my situation, and she continued to do that the whole conversation on the phone (at the end of all berating statements, she always said I understand your situation completely but the berate continued regardless, very passive aggressive behavior indeed). In the end, she notified me that the firm wouldnt take my case and gave me a phone number for referral services. Id really appreciate it if she took the time to explain the explanation with a different tone of voice and manner, but in this case, thanks but no thanks, the way she talked to me made me feel like Im stupid and unable to comprehend the information she delivered.

This law firm only cares about putting money in their pocket and Emma is the worst she never wants to talk, will never answer your call or call you back, will only respond if emailed...was looking for a check to come, instead of calling to say it was here and I come get it, she mailed it out and sent a email the same day...now I cant say anything about the r4st of the firm, but Ive dealt with Emma twice. So if you get passed to her smh GOOD LUCK! She will definitely show you she doesnt care and she controls the money...dont give your case to these people SERIOUSLY

It was good for others that it was a good experience for my husband and for me it was not good. It took a year to resolve my husbands case only to say that he doesnt have anything to do with it and that everything goes to medical expenses alone. They kept all the money. very disappointed and the lawyers dont even call you or update the case until after closing they call you very bad experience I dont recommend it

My names Betty Bowens-Rodgers and I am a Prayer. My original attorney was Robin Mitchell who passed away from pancreatic cancer. Our cases, as it was 3 of us from a major accident in 6/14/14, were sold to Bronston Legal. I took time to read all the reviews those persons posted for Bronston Legal. I must say those persons must be INIBREATED OR PAID. Bronston LEGAL WAS THE WORST REPRESENTATION as we had no meeting with Mr.Bronston, we were shuffled through 4 attorneys, we were supposed to get RaShaun Phipps and got Kenny Perez who had never pled a case. After 5 years and 1 month, Kenny Perez sent to face an attorney from 1 of the most rebound law firms in Houston, Carl Drews from Cooper-Jackson. We had an original contract from Robin Mitchell which was not honored. Bronston Legal took 40% of the overall settlement from court and that gave them 3 times the amount we received. Since the contract stated 40% of the original settlement, Bronston Legal was not due any of the interest mionies due us as the time of disbursement was EXTREME LATE DELAY in our checks. Bronston took 40% of that as well even though we had already settled with Bronston Legal and was told by them that all interest was due to us. BRONSTON LEGAL ROBBED THE DEAD MAN, THE WIDOW, AND US, ROBIN MITCHELLS CLIENTS. If I could give Bronston Legal an infinite 0, I would. I DID NOT CHOOSE BRONSTON, THEY BOUGHT OUR CASE FROM THE ESTATE OF THE ATTORNEY THAT PASSED AWAY! AND THEY RECEIVED SUBSTANTIALLY MORE IN THE SETTLEMENT THEN WE AS THE INJURED CLAIMANTS DID.

My wife recently had a case with this firm. I was really upset that she came home crying because she said she felt used and that the firm took all her money. She was promised a specific amount when she signed the paper release but was given hardly nothing when she went to get her check. She asked to speak with the attorney Bronston many time during her case and afterwards and he was always unavailable. It s like he don t exist. Will never use or recommend them to nobody.

Roshun Phipps is a scam artist, dont trust him! My family was taken advantage of! We had an open and shut case involving a commercial vehicle. Roshun took 3 years to settle out of court. I was charged 40% instead of 33% and there was no law suit. Roshun told me this was due to having to draw up paperwork, but they ended up settling. Roshun made WAY MORE more money than I did ($20,000 more and I have documentation to prove it), yet Im the one in pain every day. Of course, someone may reply to this and try to explain or discredit this review, but this is how I was treated.

These guys are awesome! I worked with Cole and Emma and both were outstanding! Because of the situation where the other party who hit me in the car accident didnt have coverage to cover the loss and I had no uninsured motorist so I was not able to make a huge claim. However these guys worked with my insurance to give me the maximum pip amount possible they also reached out to the other non Cooperative Insurance Company multiple times until finally they were able to give me a settlement. Because the quantity of money I received was a small amount bronston legal did not take anything. They made absolutely no profit and even after knowing that they continue to follow up on my case for over 3 months! These guys bend over backwards to help in any situation even when it does not benefit them financially. I hope that I never get into an accident again but if I do they will be the first ones to turn too! I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering them!

I was involved in 2 car accidents within a 3 month span. I was recommended to Ben Bronston & Associates by a friend after my first accident and Im glad I went them. They handled both of my cases quickly and professionally. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable as they answered my every question. There would be absolutely no reason to go elsewhere if I am ever in need of their services again. Youd be leaving money on the table if you went anywhere else. Thank you Ben!

I was referred to the Bronston Legal office back in December of 2015 during my first car accident. I had no idea what to expect, where to start, or who to even talk to. They made everything very easy and took the time to always make sure my passenger and myself were well taken care of. I would highly recommend them as not many people are willing to fight so hard for you. Ben Bronston & associates made me feel very taken care of. Lawyers often get a bad rap because most people think they are thriving people who only care about the money. Ben Bronston destroys that stereotype ten fold. They fought for me and won as much as they could and not a penny less. Even when one hospital didnt want to reduce their bill, the lawyers took away from their cut to give to me so that I may walk away with more. Ben Bronston truly cares about his clients.

Patient, and caring. My elderly mother in law was involved in an accident and I could not have asked for a kinder and more gentle approach with her. They took their time, answered the same questions multiple times and were extremely thorough with all of the details. With an elderly person, there are special medicare rules and each and every one was explained and followed correctly. I would not hesitate to use Bronston & Associates again if necessary.

This was my first time getting into a car wreck, and Bronston Legal & Associates made it a much easier experience! The staff was both kind and professional. They set me up with the best doctors in my area. And when my case was settled, I got a whole lot more money than I expected! If I ever get into another accident, they will be the first ones I call without a doubt. I definitely recommend them to everybody.

Hated Everything about this Firm. They solicit my phone to sign a contract. After a month they saw I had a serious case, they brought in a 2nd attorney from a different firm and to sign his contract. I asked them to give me 10min to go outside to think about. They Assume I lf the building and went hm. Rushing Me... so I decided to go to another firm on my own. Ben Bronston Asked me WHY AM I IN THE MIDDLE OF HOUSTON WITH AN PITTSBURGH STEELERS HAT ON along with a Steelers Keychain. Vs. Concentrating on Lawyer Business

The staff at Bronston Legal are an outstanding crew. I know for a fact they work very hard and diligent on their clients cases. Bronston Legal was not at all a good law firm. They referred my case out to another law firm and could not give me any information on it. Eva was very rude, unprofessional, and racially biased. I do not recommend this company at all in terms of fighting against any cases. DO NOT GO WITH BRONSTON LEGAL!!!
