Doing a second review under other email I am very happy to say we received our check today via fed ex and am so happy and pleased i wanted to say thank you to Amanda Devaul for being so kind to my daughter and understanding she went above and beyond to make sure we all where in agreement of how we wanted to have it disbursed. I am very pleased with bch law. They have done a great job we are one of the small cases and i just want to say the clients have to do there part and communicate if you are not understanding the process. As i didn t communicate like i should have and jumped to conclusions when it was totally opposite. I was part of the round up settlement and they took on a lot. I m happy to say i am receiving more than i expected and am absolutely thrilled and I just want to give a huge THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE FIRM.

In November of 2020 my husband was diagnosed with Stage III lung cancer. He had worked for a corporation that did not look after the welfare of their employees. After much discussion and weighing options we reached out to Bailey, Cowan, and Heckaman. Everyone we have spoken to there was been wonderful. No question has ever been too insignificant for them to answer. They have been patient with us and very diligent in preparing for and presenting my husband s case. They were able to get him financial compensation from his previous employer. We cannot thank Alina Gregory and David Dixon enough for their time and energy. Our deepest gratitude to Eric Birge, who without him we would not have had a clue as to what to do. Onewheel and the ability to ride it, has saved my life.. as well as many others. Anyone who gets one has to remove a VERY LARGE warning that it can cause serious injuries and possibly death. These are the risks we take on when paying thousands of dollars to get this vehicle. Id consider the many tens of not hundreds of thousands of lives you are attempting to ruin to get a quick buck. Your connection to this lawsuit only solidifies what Ive always heard and known about lawyers and law firms for the most part, do better! Leave peoples lives and choices alone, life is already rough enough for many of us!

I m completely over this waiting process of a settled case. I call to update Myself weekly now because here it is right at the very end and I feel as if they are handling my case as if it s nothing to them now. I ve been going through the clearance of lien holding for a couple months now. I can speak with one person that will very much detail me on my case but it s also one who s basically tired of me calling about my Money!!! Who don t call if your not informed on a settled case your just waiting on money for!! I m gonna call weekly until my money is to me! This process is the worst experience I ve seen so far!!!! I m over it, it s the holidays which they are very much aware I was gave notice back in Late August early September that my case would be closed by end September. Here we are going into a new year. Wish they never emailed me with all the wrongs updates and now is very much aggravated that I m calling weekly and not wanting to update me the truth on my case I m over it! Never again using this firm!!!!

My Mom, Ruth Rickson, passed away last November from Mesothelioma. Eric Birge started the case and Kimberly Kim has been maintaining the process along with the entire BCH legal Team. They have been responsive and have always followed up. While we are still waiting trial, scheduled for January 2021, some settlement claims have come through. So far the BCH legal initiative has been timely and proactive; we are pleased with their overall performance and professionalism.
