After my accident I contacted Ak Law Firm. At the beginning of the process I was given all the proper directions to follow for my medical exams. After which I was told they had to get all the medical records to present to the insurance company. Unfortunately it did not work out so smoothly because of different policies which were put into place at the beginning of last year. Mind you my accident happened on the Feb 7, 2023. I am still waiting for a result in the case because they are now litigating between the insurance company. I have not been up dated regularly; Ive had to be the one to take the anniciative to get information in regards to my case. I would like to say if you are looking for a good law firm for a personal injury case this is the firm you need. They really care about their clients. Theyve been handling a case for me over the last four years and they have been there for my every need. Pulkit Moudgil and his assistant Lex Reyes have been working my case for 3 years and are not only my lawyers but my friends and they certainly have my respect. Lex worked her whole 9 month pregnancy on my case and there wasnt a time I called that she didnt answer or return my call promptly. And there was alot of times she would drop what she was doing to answer my call. It didnt matter if she was at home, sick, vacation or holidays. Even when Pulkit was on vacation with his family he was answering my texts. I never knew because he never said anything but Lex had told me later. It didnt matter he was still there for me.
