I had an excellent experience at Cullen Pawn. The manager Christopher and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Chris was more than willing to work with me, offering great deals when I purchased multiple items. The selection of tools and jewelry was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I spent money with them and left very satisfied with my purchases. I will definitely be returning as a customer, and I highly recommend this pawn shop to anyone looking for a bargain and fair prices!

Made a deal and everything was explained on the phone I drove all the way there then changed the deal wasting my time. Two AC units that work perfect and blow cold with normal cosmetic scratches. Update: just seen this lying response. Here s some photos of the units to prove you re lying. I was very honest in my description over the phone. The light noise which you seen was just the cover panel was loose. Nobody asked me to leave and no offer was made. Look at the pictures and see if what you said is the truth plus I think I texted them same pictures to you which I can prove. Y all too cheap on offers then greedy selling too high and clearly lie in responses.

Theyll work with you as long as you dont bring them rubbish. Fair and friendly staff. Their gun and rifle collection is cool too. Conveniently located next to a gun range. 9/10 overall.

Went in with some 14.4v Snapon tools and was given a quote of $100. He said my stuff was junk and I would never get the $400 I was asking. You re right, I got $550 one week later, more than I asked you. No worries though. If I am ever in the market for a Hi-point garbage gun I know where the used ones are kept!

Customer Service is Horrible the Manager is very Rude and appears Prejudice . Do not know how to talk to people . I am a 73 year old person not 17 he is very Rude.. He told me I could go somewhere else to shop.. I have shopped there for years under the other managers..

I was recently at the Cullen Pawn I was given a refuse to buy 1 MPK and 1 Professional Speaker. I was not given proper reason to why he believed it would stop working. I was not given proper relief as I deserved. This was the worst experience of a pawn!!!

Great pawn shop with a nice selection of inventory. The shop is well kept and displayed. They gave my a great deal when I bundled a couple of items together, which was not expected. The staff was super friendly and even helped me to my vehicle when it was pouring down rain. I will definitely be back.

This pawn shop was by far the best pawn shop I ever been to. It was very presentable, clean and the staff was so friendly and caring. And they also had a variety off electronics, shoes, lawn equipment, guns, kitchens appliances,jewelry, purses and much more. They didn t just try to haggle me, they helped me with what I needed and they made sure I had the best offer. I 10/10 recommend Cullen Pawn Shop, and will always come back whether I am buying or selling.

Not good for firearms. Two brand new never shot guns bringing in minus 200$ off retail price, the same price another pawn shop offered me for tuem already. Or 1/3rd off. Didnt want to make me an offer cause it would be way too low he said. Sold lots of firearms at other pawn shops in the area for that price.

This pawn shop is nothing less than a scam they tell you to give you half back to anything you buy but when you go back they block it in the system and say some altercation occurred when I have the one they violated you in the first place

The personal here are very personable courteous and polite wonder demeanor and very professional. I have went to location just because and have always found what I needed. The layway options are just to died for if you dont have the ready cash. If you need cash in a hurry look no further than this location always give top price and eager to help. Very bad customer service. Bought a set of brand new Salvatore Ferragamo shoes from this place on layaway terms, By the time I came to pick it up, Julie unapologetically told me the lay away was cancelled and the shoe sold back to the original owner. Talk about breach of contract....... While thinking stuff happens and we all deserve a second chance from our loyal customers, I went back put a couple of electronics on layaway, called a month later to make a payment, this same Julie took the call and put me on hold forever so I called from my other line she picked up again, never apologized for keeping on hold at my other line and to make matters worse she told me My payment was $304 and I have only 2 months to pay out from the date of layaway..... By the time I asked why, I had already lost interest in continuing business with them so I ended up telling her to keep the layaway deposit and and cancel the transaction. THEY USED TO BE GOOD, NOT ANYMORE. I WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN AND I STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST VISIT TO THIS SHOP. THEY DO NOT HAVE MUCH ANYWAYS.

Get paid every two weeks and cut my self short on funds and was a little embarrassed that I had to ask to pawn my stuff again so soon so when to circle pawn on 35 and that was a mistake they tried to cheat me bad so screw them and when to Cullen pawn and like always they where so nice Love this place

My husband bought me a pair of Ray Bans here on his lunch break Thursday. When I tried them on they were so crooked. I brought them back in today to see if they would fix them. They wouldnt do it. So I thought about exchanging them for the other pair my husband had considered except they told him they would sell them to him for $60. Yet when I asked about that same pair it was $80 You would think they would give me a discount considering they just sold my husband a messed up pair of Sun glasses. To top it off they wouldnt even clean off the sticker residue. Also there was water leaking from the ceiling right next to the glass case where the Sun glasses are. They had a bucket under it that had green slim in it and I was being splashed the whole time I was trying to look at the other pair of glasses. Wont bother with this place again.
