They did their thing for our wedding ceremony, thank you to the owner, the planner Andria & the bartender Serenity(sorry if I misspelled your names) but they did awesome! It was beautiful! We had family and friends come from all over the US and they enjoyed it! It was all tears of joy, laughs, it was so lit we didn t get any cake to take home for ourselves, it was a great turn out! We had a great time, the southern hospitality was on point. We will most definitely work with them again! Thank you guys!

I would like to take a moment and just really show love and appreciation to this event center and the staff I was so worried but they went beyond my expectations and delivered what i asked for. Andria the event coordinator definitely did not disappoint she said she had it under control and she did. The bartender serenity omg everyone at my event can t stop talking about her she was a vibe the drinks was so good. She was very respectful and also her customer service was great. My family loved her I will be doing another event soon with Etage and I am definitely requesting serenity.

Initially this place seemed to be an ideal place for a reception. We were sold from the misleading information from the venue tour, and paid our deposit to hold the date. After paying the deposit, we received about 3 pages of add on fees. The things that were told that would come with the venue rental during the walkthrough were all itemized out as an add on charge sheet. So joke was on us for believing what was said. Even lights were add ons, so people be ware. To add to all of this, we attempted to communicate with someone about solidifying our price so that we could pay it out. For some reason, our business was not important enough because we were told by text that they are working on a bigger clients function. Needless to say, we were not happy and at that point wanted a refund for the lack of communication and professionalism. My wife asked for a refund of our deposit, at least the portion that Naveen s contract said was refundable damage control deposit . I m turn , Naveen responded and said that they take that damage control deposit as the last payment. Nowhere on the contract says that and one would assume by the way that it was written on the contract, that it was included in the initial deposit. I responded to Naveen s email letting him know of all of our concerns and asked him to direct me to the part of the contract that shows that. Also show me in the contract that because they were going through a coordinator change that we were supposed to expect unprofessional no communicative service. Please be ware of this company. Although I m sure that it has potential to be a good venue, make sure that you have all the information that you can think of because it s not likely that it would be share freely due to the lack integrity that was shown to us.

Ruined Our Wedding Reception 12/02/2022 The male owner contacted us 3 days before our wedding asking for $1000 which was already paid to him, we had the reciept and showed him, so then he apologized for the confusion. Then, the female assistant I the Bride spoke with 2 days before our wedding to make sure we were still good to decorate the day before the wedding didnt know anything about it because the male owner didnt communicate with her. So now the day before our wedding we were on time to set-up and decorate but the female assistant claim she forgot about the conversation on coming to decorate that day and time, so she never came and had the set-up guy let us in. But when we get inside the venue there was nothing set-up for us to decorate no tables, chairs or linen. So our time ended up wasted and from that we knew it was gone be a disaster. Later, that night the male owner which mind you this is the day before our wedding had the female assistant contact us again wanting money they assumed we owed but the amount was incorrect. So the day of our wedding all of our services that we hired to drop off and set up things were on time but the male owner, female assistant or set- up guy were not there to open the doors. So they had everyone just waiting there for hours. Then, the male owner came to get something and did not open the door for them and stated the female assistant should be there to let them in. Which she told me the Bride she would come early since we still had so much to do because of them not having anything set-up. But again she showed up late and said something came up. Mind you they still needed to decorate because of what happened yesterday, set-up photo booth, dj equipment, cake and warm food. It was a complete diaster and most of our food wasnt prepared, set out and served right for our guest. Our guests didnt know how the reception should of been accommodated for them because our hostess had to do so many other things that she didnt have time to even worry about everthing else. But what bothered me the Bride the most is that the female assistant acted like just because all the chaos calmed down and when the guest were finally seated that it went great after that but no at the end of the day none of this should have never happened in the first place. If your staff would have first communicated with each other, been on time and remembered what you tell your clients, keep up with your payments or get an accountant, be very considerate to your clients because this is a once in a lifetime moment for them that they will never get back. Then, maybe your services would have greatly been appreciated from us. The only reason you get 2 is for the venue it looks nice but need some upgrades especially the bathroom and the fact we received our deposit back.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this business. The owner Naveen is a crook! A friend had his mothers party there and they paid in full. Then the day of the party he adds on $450.00 extra for a bartender that they didnt want or paid for. Knowing they wouldnt cancel he tried to shake them down for more money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Karma will definitely pay that crook Naveen a visit!!

Had a wonderful time. Everything turned out great and came out just as I had hoped. Venue looked beautiful and both my family from here and out of town really enjoyed themselves. Was a pleasure to work with Shauna and the extra help from her couldn t of came at a better time. Thank you.

My second event at this venue was set however the owner double booked for that day. He made us go to a different venue, 1 day prior to the event. He was not concerned, not professional and will not see anyone in my circle ever again. Bad business. I am grateful for the event manager Shauna who assisted in locating the alternate venue.

Etage event is one of the most professionally run event spaces in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We had our cousin s quinceanera party here, and it was a very pleasant experience. The event owner and mangers are highly reliable, helpful and friendly - making it very easy and convenient in planning the event. The decor is beautiful, and their various theme options are gorgeous- truly uplifting the event space. Highly recommended for anyone interested in hiring for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and numerous other fun occasions

We held our outdoor wedding ceremony at a different location, but held our reception at Etage. What can I say other than, weddings what can go wrong did go wrong (nobody noticed) what did go right though was our venue and our reception. Even leading up to the reception the planning process was not stressful, the owners were very responsive, the venue looked absolutely beautiful and I didn t worry about anything as far as the reception. So glad we used this venue.

Our Daughters Sweet 16 was more than she expected. The venue is already beautifully draped and ready to add your touch to your occasion. Loved the chapel area as we used it for her Blessing. Naveen & staff had our floor plan ready as we arrived to complete her night. Drawbacks; had an hour to decorate & the linen on the stage had a stain which I covered with my decorative eye. Would recommend this venue!!

My Husband and I just recently got married at Etage and It was beautiful. The days leading up to our wedding was hectic and tiring with family coming in-town, to last minute necessities. The Moment I walked in to Etage the day of the wedding I knew everything was going to be absolutely beautiful. Naveen and staff did such a great job with the lighting and our setup was so pretty on the chapel side. We had a great time and we are so happy we chose Etage for our wedding. This is definitely a perfect place for weddings or parties. They can do all the set up for you which is a great option to have. Definitely recommend Etage Event hall.

Held my daughters sweet 16 here, the venue is beautiful, it s pretty much already fully decorated which made it really easy. The owners/managers are responsive and easy to work with. I recommend this venue for any formal events.

We booked this event space for a celebration of life. The event center was supposed to take care of setting up the facility for our party. (Putting up tables and linens etc) we had to hire their bartenders who were supposed to be there early to set up the bar. The owner would not let us in any earlier than 6 pm. Our event was at 7. So he only gave us an hour to set up our centerpieces, sign in table, food we had catered etc. we tried to call the owner several times the day of the event to see if there was any way we could come in earlier to set up as we had a lot to do and he never answered the phone. So we showed up at our 6 pm call time only to find a gentleman setting up for a wedding or another event for the next day. He had no idea our event was taking place. He even said if we had showed up 10 minutes later the space would have been locked and we wouldn t have been able to get in. We had to quickly take down all the things for this other event ourselves as well as set up our own tables and linens and prepare our bar ourselves. The bartender that was hired thru the event space also did not show up. The owner answered the gentleman s phone call but none of ours. We had to scramble to set up the space the way it should have been done prior being that we payed for this service, and we had to set up and tend our own bar at the event we had paid for to celebrate our lost loved one. Imagine that, asking your guests to work an event they were supposed to be there to enjoy. The owner still demanded we pay what left was owed and did not apologize or feel bad for the situation. Don t let this be your event. Do yourself the favor and find another event center for your event as you do not want to deal with what we dealt with. Thank you to the gentleman who did help us turn the tables over quickly and stayed thru the event to act as security as the one we hired thru the event center also didn t show up. This is not how you do business or treat people who are paying you for a service.

I have to say I was pretty disappointed in the service we received when it was time to host our event! Not only did we show up to prepare our personal touches, they were setting up for someone else s event. No one would speak with us to help rectify the situation, thank god their was a large group that showed up with us to prepare for our pre planned and paid event! Let me also add we had no bartender! It was disappointing because we were celebrating a very important event the celebration of family member that was lost, adding to an already emotional day! We were literally given totes to spread linen and table sash, setting up tables and chairs, so many unexpected things and to get someone on the phone was a joke! Luckily we had the receipt in hand. Or it would have their words against ours. I will say their were two gentleman that tried so hard to help and provide the best service as they could! I wish this review could had been different unfortunately customer service goes a long way! But not far enough in this situation!

We celebrated my daughters 15th birthday at Etage Event Last Saturday At first we were a little frustrated because the services we hired to serve us the food were not there but we soon resolved it and did it ourselves It was the only drawback, everything else was fine. We had a very nice night and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Mr. Naveen apologized for the mistake AND regarding the deposit and what we had paid for the people who would serve the food. was refunded in full I do recommend Etage Event and I would rent it again

Update to Owners Reply 6/9/2021- I have only booked one appointment with the venue for a showing, I believe you clearly have me mistaken. The problem I had with the the business is the last minute reschedule without proper notice. Original response Booked a tour of the venue month in advance. Naveen asked me to confirm my appointment the day before. I sent two confirmations informing her we will still looking forward to the tour. Recieved an email (after I contacted her) advising the appointment time will need to be change to a later time. Very inconvenient as we already had multiple appointments scheduled. This is not a place I would consider having my wedding as it seems reliability and dependability is not important.

Was told 2 chandeliers with the additional purchase of the vip section, arrived and they didn t have the bride and groom table which was most important. Owner was over an hour late on meeting us. Owner didn t want to refund the deposit, and lied and falsely said I threatened him. I will be filing a complaint and going to court. He was very unprofessional.

I had my wedding here a week ago. At first I was a little nervous because I signed my contract with Annabelle she was nice and gave me direct prices. But then she left and they hired the new girl Marriane she gave me different prices from what Annabelle gave me which was frustrating. The vibe me and my husband got from Marriane was maybe she got extra money if she charged extra money. One time I called to see how much it would cost for extra guest and the guy told me I only had to pay for extra tables to seat my extra guest which were $10 a table. Then Marriane called me an hour later and told me extra guest cost $300. So I was confused. Also Marriane told me the chandeliers they have cost extra money so I didnt purchase them and yet they were hung up during my wedding. So I felt like I was lied to about some things. I think to make their customers happier they need a price sheet that is emailed to the customer. Because after awhile it just seemed like a money game. However the place is beautiful! They do have a brides room and a kitchen with a fridge. Plenty of parking space! They did however give me my deposit back which I didnt expect! Overall the only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because of all the confusion with prices.
