This law firm is a total joke. Ez & Angela are what you would call walk through the door attorneys . They basically take any case that comes through their door . Not one attorney at the law firm is board certified in any specialization. But they claim to be experts in family law, estate law, transactional law, & criminal law . They don t even have a receptionist and EZ answers the phone. If you want a low budget incompetent group of U of H attorneys that can hardly do their job this firm is for you. Angela & Ez made the divorce very ugly. But once my spouse and I started comparing notes and emails it all became very clear on what they were doing . There s no money in settling a case out of court but instead they pushed to litigation.

I paid Mr. Illionsky for legal advice and guidance for a matter in small claims court. Mr. Illionsky was very knowledgeable and maintained communication along the way despite only charging for a one time meeting. His style of practicing law is what youd expect from someone that cares about justice and is not only in the job for the money. I respect Mr. Illionsky as a person and professional. I would recommend him for any legal matter. He never requested for me to write him a review like other attorneys either.

I must say, working with EZ has been the best experience Ive had with an attorney. I initially had a different attorney for my complicated case, and the experience started out very frustrating. My friend recommended EZ and on our first meeting I got my confidence back. EZ was very helpful in explaining legal terms and made it easier for me to comprehend the laws that applied to my case. He detailed his fees which had no surprises, and his cost was pretty reasonable. He replied to my calls, texts and emails right away and always made me feel that I had someone on my side helping through the stress of the case. Mr. Ilionsky and his team have been excellent. I ve gone through a legal issue that I needed help with and was recommended to contact Ilionsky Law. Mr. Ilionsky and the team were very accessible the whole legal process and helped me to understand everything that was going on. from my first telephone call, they made sure to meet with me asap via Zoom and discussed the matter in nuanced detail. They acted and filed quickly. In a case, there can be a lot of information and they made sure I was not overwhelmed with constant updates and check ins via email and phone. Everything was calculated and precise and the team worked together as a unit, from the secretary to the paralegal to the attorneys. They use scheduling software to put everything in the calendar and made sure to always tag me and explain what was going on and was to happen. I was prepped prior to every hearing. They understand the law and cited it in court when challenged. They are busy and that s evident, but they work very hard. Im very thankful. Mr. Ilionsky will be my first call if anything were to ever come up again.

Called office, the person who answered the phone did not even introduce the name of business. I originally thought I had the wrong number. My mom is needing help with a civil issue - challenging a POA (dad had known dementia), cleaning out a community property joint bank account, removing property from an address with a TRO in effect during a divorce. The lady on the phone was not polite at all. I will wait now to meet with Probate attorney on Friday to see what necessary steps need to be taken.

E.z. was by far the worst thing that ever couldve happened to me during my divorce. He counted on everyone else to resolve my marriage and custody issues mean while I was paying him. He lied to me and in court about my situation. He failed as my attorney once I received a denovo hearing which he claimed he would represent me for post my firing him due to lack of efforts on his behalf. He promised he would represent me at the hearing and would formally withdraw at the actual custody hearing. However he said the judge requested to see us before the de Novo hearing which was something e.z. stated in all his years he had never seen, he said it was unethical and he was unsure as to why the judge would do this. At the hearing the judge asked e.z. if he would like to represent me through the de Novo hearing the next day. E.Z. then told the judge he did not feel comfortable. Also this man is a crook cost me thousands of dollars, had me hire an attorney in the state o resided while being extremely aware that Texas would uphold jurisdiction. So I guess what I am saying is if you dont have thousands of dollars to be lead astray by Mr. Ilionsky I dont recommend him. In fact he doesnt even recommend him given he is the one who advised me to hire another attorney. Hope this helps.

Good law office. The lawyers and the office staff are friendly, responsive, and genuine. They also litigate like attack dogs. My wife filed for an annulment against me maliciously and without merit. Not only did these guys get that annulment dismissed, but they also ended the case on my terms and got me everything I wanted. Im very happy. Thanks to Mr. Ez and his team!!

This is the lawyer you want! Trust me . Trying to find the right lawyer I call E.Z after 10 different lawyers before him who didn t sounds right for me. At the phone call I already felt the trust. I highly recommend Ilionsky Law. EZ helped me through a lengthy, contentious divorce. My ex husband was very difficult and quite the bully but EZ was more than capable of handling him, which took a lot of the emotional load off of me. EZ was very responsive and got things done right away, while also ensuring that I wasnt an anxious mess and that I understood what was going on. He didnt charge for every minute or every text message like many other attorneys do; he genuinely cares about his clients and puts his heart and soul into his work. E.Z. Is an incredible attorney. I hired him to help me with a civil matter, and he went above and beyond for me. The day I had our first meeting scheduled I had a problem and couldn t leave my house. He then offered to come to ME, which was incredible because I know I live at least 25 minutes away from his office. He sat down with me and gave me a clear high level view and understanding of the process I would need to complete. He was caring, understanding, and most of all, VERY responsive. He updated me by email or phone consistently and took care of me like family. Not only was he super easy to talk to, he took control of my legal matter (after many months of me trying to do it myself) and got me squared away. Honestly, I m not a big fan of working with lawyers and typically avoid them at all costs. But working with EZ has been such a painless and somewhat pleasant experience. Laughing at his jokes (he s sarcastic in a way that I find amusing) helps make light of the situation I m dealing with!! Who wants a lawyer who is serious all the time? EZ was readily available when I needed him, patiently answering my questions in layman s terms and allaying my concerns about the situation.
