The manager here does his best to trick what he thinks are single women into the door to offer less than half of original quote for a vehicle that has zero issues to tries and press them into selling for cheap with lies, tried to claim suspension issues, the vehicle has full inspection reports(carfaxed) by certified dealer less than 100 miles before he test drove it. Zero issues but likes to make things up without having a certified tech even set eyes on the vehicle then gets soft when confronted by a male customer asking for proof of said issues. Would absolutely recommend going anywhere else. Specially if you re a woman going in alone. Made promises that the quote online was lower due to their system messing up information, then offered less than half of that when in person even tho the car has zero mechanical issues and every ding and scratch was mentioned prior. I myself am and have been a certified mechanic, ASE certified in automotive steering and suspension for more than 10 years now, and as soon as he was made aware of that he stumbled on his words as he was caught making things up. I d hate to see the type of business this place does selling cars, lying to get more money out of them more so than most dealers surely.

I simultaneously worked 5 separate dealerships on nearly the same model truck and learned a lot. The price spread was vast, the games untenable- ultimately autonation not only gave me the most for my trade by a margin of 5K but they made the deal work, obtained better terms than my credit union, and. Left me with a good experience. Great job you all! Go see Blake - great guy and sales persons, not pushy at all - you won t regret the dealer or this salesman! I am beyond fed up with the way AutoNation Ford and AutoNation Chevy have handled my situation. I purchased a GMC Acadia from AutoNation Ford Fort Worth, and from the moment I drove it off the lot, I ve had nothing but problems. Shortly after my purchase, the vehicle began experiencing mechanical issues. Instead of being helped by the service department as promised, I was redirected to AutoNation Chevy due to the vehicle being a GMC. I took time out of my day to physically drive to AutoNation Chevy, where I waited for hours while they processed paperwork, only to be told that my insurance wouldn t cover the loaner vehicle they had promised. This entire ordeal has been nothing but a massive headache. After months of dealing with personal challenges, I switched insurance companies and reached out again, only to be told I m not even on a list to receive a loaner. I m now expected to wait even longer to get my car serviced! The lack of communication between departments and failure to follow through on commitments is unacceptable. I have been left without reliable transportation for far too long, and frankly, the trust I initially placed in AutoNation has been completely shattered. This experience has caused me endless stress and I would not recommend AutoNation to anyone based on the way they have handled this. If I could dump this car on the side of the road, I would!

I started out at another Ford dealership where they were rude and quickly dismissed me and said they couldn t help me with an issue at that time. I schedule and appointment with Ft Worth Auto Nation and from the very beginning everyone was so helpful. Even the one time I was dealing with the loss of a family member and I was not at MY best (being frustrated and not so nice I m embarrassed to say because I was stressed) , the Service manager looked past that and still tried to help. Add to that, I always have a need to to utilize the shuttle for work and the gentleman that drives is absolutely wonderful and so kind. We usually catch up on football if it s football season or any number of things. This is the place to go if you need anything.

The advertisement for the express oil change list tire rotation as well, but when I asked about it the advisor stated that would be an extra $35 for a rotation. The advisor also informed me that I couldnt use the Express oil special because the shop is not set up for that; why would you let me make the appointment if the dealership is not set up to handle it. Management had to informed the advisor that they would honor it , so the oil change took place only after getting approval from management. I understand taxes and fees but to advertise a $39 oil change and paying $61 dollars upon completion is unacceptable, and that doesnt include tire rotation.

My $7995 deal is now 16000k + and Ive had to take the car back. Warning: Deceptive Business Practices Buyer Beware! A VERY HONEST POST I purchased a vehicle for $7,995 and was talked into adding a warranty. I was initially quoted $2,500 for the warranty, but the finance manager later told me it was $3,000. I refused, so he claimed to give me a coupon to reduce the price back to $2,500, but instead, he processed it at $3,000 with an interest rate of 12.5%. The paperwork was hastily folded and shoved into an envelope, leaving me with no clear view of what I had actually signed. Since then, the car has had multiple issues. There were two failed starts, the key wouldn t work, the shocks were bad, the car was missing, the interior was falling apart, and I even found what looked like dried blood in the seat pocket. No manual was included with the car, and the brakes grind when in reverse. Despite all this, they only offered to replace the shocks. I later noticed that the document mentioned a minor accident, but based on the condition of the car, it looks like the damage was much more severe than they disclosed. To make matters worse, my grandson was interested in a truck. After running his credit, they suddenly claimed it was sold, only to repost it at a higher price the next day. I m 65 and disabled, and I trusted a large dealership to do the right thing. Unfortunately, this business showed no integrity, and I feel completely taken advantage of. Beware if they can deceive me, a disable senior, its possible they will deceive anyone. God have mercy on their actions, because they failed a serious test of honesty. Dont fall into the same trap! I will make it my point to repost my review so it will be noticed

Be careful with your purchase here! You dont get to see the vehicle youre buying for very long or see it just on paper so take your time! Check all the details and have them slow down for you otherwise step away, came from 66 miles away so the drive made me tired enough to get caught up in the quick sale tactics. Im now stuck with a model that was different from what I thought I purchased for my dream car and while their complimentary first payment for the mistake is nice it still leaves me in a situation no one should ever be in. I attempted to fix the issue within hours of catching the issue and before my payment was even taken to no avail. There are other dealerships that have 3-day or 72 -hour (Love it-or-Leave it) returns regardless of if new or used and would have covered my issue. Quick to get you to sign without due diligence to exactly what youre getting. I think the customer service was decent, but that experience has left me sour over the whole thing.

My visit originated over incorrectly performed work from another Ford dealership who held the car for 3 weeks only once called me back despite 46 calls to them. 21 days and they could not diagnose a check engine light. So I bought a car here about 2 weeks ago. I love the car. Its my 8th mustang. The experience buying the car wasnt bad at all. The reason for the 3 stars is because I had something taken out of my car before I could get it. I traded my car in and by the time all was said and done it was pretty late after closing. So it was me and my sales guy left. I was kinda in a hurry getting items out of my trade in, items in the glove box and center console. The one place I completely overlooked is the sunglass holder to the left of the steering wheel. Its where I keep my sunglasses. These were prescription ray bans. So they werent cheap. If they were it wouldnt have bothered me as much as it has. My sales guy knew I was coming back the next day to return a spare key I had at my house and when I called him the next day to tell him I was on my way, I told him that there were a couple of other things I left in the car, including my sunglasses. When I go there, he wasnt there so another sales guy walked me back to where the car was and first thing I opened was the ace for the sunglasses. They were gone. The thing that sucks the most about this is that my sales guy was the last one to drive my car. It was late at night and he drove it to the back lot and thats it. I was there early the next day so the car hadnt moved. I went to the front desk asking if someone had turned them in but like I said nobody had been in the car since the previous night. I waited for 30 minutes for my sales guy to show up just for him to tell me I must have taken them out prior. Basically calling me a liar. So it was either him or me and I know I forgot them in there. If these were cheap $10 sunglasses I wouldnt have even made a big deal about them but they were prescription Ray Bans. So now I am out over $400 because he just wouldnt say hey you forgot these. The thing that bugs me the most is I told him in text that I forgot them in my car. He could have easily just brought them with him into work and say, here they are. But thats that. I could ealily post his name in here but I saw a 10 year plaque in his office. A other thing thats upsetting, hes been there long enough to know that stuff happens all the time. And I guar8i am not the only person this has happened to. So this will be my last time at Autonation Ford in Fort Worth.

I recently bought a used Nissan from here and was appalled by the experience. I trusted a reputable dealership to provide a reliable car, not a lemon. They assured me of a thorough inspection, but the car had major issues within a week, leading to thousands of dollars in repairs costing nearly the price of the car. The so-called inspection clearly missed critical problems, making me think having Ford technicians isnpect anything other than Ford is leading to such a large mistake. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service from autonation Ford. I had to get recall maintenance done so I called the dealership and made a convenient appointment. They were very professional and pleasant. They let me know that it would take some time and asked if I had a way home. Since I live within twelve miles of the dealership they give you a ride home with the shuttle and will deliver your car to you after repairs are finished! Just fantastic! Quality repair work, rides home, you can t get better than that.

My experience with AutoNation was great. When I spoke with Ciara Hernandez and told her was was going with my moms car . She ask me if I wanted a tow truck her insurance took care of it. She kept me updated on what was needed and how long it would be. es she was able to put her in a loaner. I will always use this dealership. Campus Drive I am still waiting on, their tech to call me three weeks later never again.I brought my 1999 Mazda 626 there. Charlie Hillard Ford. Good customer services.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a RAV4 from here and the battery they sold me exploded due to a safety recall with the vehicle. Was ignored by my salesman and told by the manager there was nothing they could do and had to work with Toyota and my insurance. It wasn t their fault my car caught on fire, but man their customer service was so poor.

Well, when I passed by this location Blake Bown was my contact brought me an estimate after he did hard pull to my credit and try to make me buy the car saying that he s going on vacation for a couple of days and the car may not stay longer and asked me if I want to start my application. I said NO, will give you a call if want to. So how you guys run my application without my permission and send me a letter that my application got rejected? It doesn t make any sense you run an application for someone didn t decide to buy yet specially after giving an estimate? Is that legal? Whoever read this, just be careful who you deal with. This place run the application without my permission. I would never do business with untreated people.

Originally you showed that my brakes needed attention but we put it off but the next 2 trips to your shop I asked that my brakes. be checked and all I received was the thumb up OKAY everything looks good. Then a month or so later the car started making noise running down the street as well as braking. We took it to the shop and now I need new rotors and brake pads. If, back 4 to 6 months ago, someone would have check the brakes as requested we would have saved the rotor replacement which was over $350. Im very dissatisfied when asking to have a specific item checked on my vehicle and nothing was done but yet your answer was that everything looks good, your okay.

I have a work schedule and location that doesnt allow me to get to a phone during working hours. I was able to work out a deal via email with Haden on a new truck. When I was able to come in to the dealer, I got the truck for the exact price we had worked out. After completing the paperwork, Haden was very helpful in getting my Ford app linked up with the truck and showing me all the features even though the dealership was already closed. I would recommend Haden Houk as a sales associate if you are looking for a new vehicle.

At this dealership I have bought parts in the past but never a car service. This was my first time in for service and even though I didnt make an appointment my service advisor Ciara took my expedition in for service and was out of there in less than an hour! This lady is very courteous and respectful, I have been to other dealers in the past and can say with honesty Ciara enjoys her job and when you get a person like her it makes a whole lot of difference.

At first, the salesman Bret Dobbs did a pretty good job of keeping me informed and notified of deals I was looking for on a used F150. He even came up with a good deal on a new 2023 that turned out to be the best deal for me. The only thing I was disappointed with concerning the deal was on a quote he gave me and then when I went back the next day to sign the deal, $450 was added back due to an issue he said was with warranty for the bedliner which did not seem ethical or right to me. This was even after he said he had the first offer OKd by the sales manager (Zach Mathews). There was also a delay in being able to get with the financial guy to sign the papers so after sitting around for a couple of hours I said I needed to go and would come back the next day and to please have everything ready for me. The next day they were better but still not as ready as I had expected even though I told them the time I would be there. On a separate note, I was pleased Bret was able to get me a discounted price on a bedliner for my truck. He ordered it and said it would be there the next day or the day after, with which I was pleased. I sent Bret texts and asked for updates but did not get all the response as I requested. On the third day I called Parts myself and they told me the bedcover would be in that day by around noon and they would call me when it arrived which they did. Earlier that morning I had asked Bret to check with Parts and let me know if arrived by 1:30 but I did not hear back from him. Parts did call me me about 1:30 and said the part was in and I could come pick it up. Not sure why Bret never responded to my request text to let me and let me know he received my text and to give me updates. My expectations were and always have been that sales and others need to follow through after a sales just as much as during a sale. Even though there may have been things going on behind the scenes with my requests, I was not not kept in the loop to my satisfaction nor were acknowledgements given to me that my messages were received nor the time lines with which they were being handled. Ill be glad to discuss these matters with anyone from Ford that wishes to call me to discuss in more detail, but please give me a heads up if going to call . Nathan Lindley

I had the vehicle towed and the same day it was towed the tech was able to look at the damage to my vehicle. Not happy with the service, the amount of time I had to wait just to get a tire changed was ridiculous. I informed the clerk of my tire maintenance plan before hand and after waiting 3 hours she informed me that verification took almost an hour so thats why it took so long!! There were customers that came in after me ( not sure for what service) but were also able to get their service completed in a lot shorter amount of time!

Buyer beware of the mandatory Dent protection that is $700 and mandatory appearance protection that is also $700. Ali the sales manager says it is non negotiable! Just what you want to do is spend $1400 on things you dont want on the car YOU want. Communication is non existent once they realize youve done your homework. AutoNation must be hurting for money UPDATE July 10th Plot twist...the car ended up being at the AutoNation South Fort Worth dealership, didnt know there was two AutoNation dealerships because I am not a local. Jeannie the GM of AutoNation Fort Worth calls and says all the right things. She asked me if she can get the car do I still want it? I said yes, and we agreed on the price without all the add ons. Jeannie kept in constant communication throughout the entire process and it was great to finally meet her when I picked up the car Monday. Her leadership and just honest transparency is how car buying should be at every car dealership and if I ever need another Ford I will be calling her first to get one.

This should be a 0 star review. This was the fifth time to this dealership, and it will be the last. Came in for a STATE INSPECTION and it took an hour and 15 minutes. Not only was that unacceptable for having an appointment but you guys then failed my car for the tint that was factory installed. I talked to Mike and he took it back and was all of the sudden fine but then Mike said my right rear tread was supposedly low. I took the car down the street to another dealership and what do ya know it passed with no problem. Im completely done with the terrible service at this dealership. The service department should be the diamond of the dealership to build customer relations to help sell cars. I think you guys should work on that.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!! They are literally the slowest mfs ever. Appointments don t matter for service so be prepared to sit there all damn day. I had an appointment at 7AM on a WEDNESDAY which is right when they open for a simple oil change. I got there at 6:50AM & it took them damn near 2 hours (8:55AM) to take my car to START the oil change & after they started the oil change which took another 45 minutes,I didn t get my vehicle back til 9:41AM. It took them damn near 3 hours for ONE SERVICE !
