I would gladly recommend Mr. Moore to anyone looking for a hardworking, diligent, honest, patient, and all-around excellent and experienced lawyer. As a former prosecutor, criminal lawyer, and now civil lawyer, Mr. Moore has an outstanding understanding of the law, and his experiences and insight are commendable. Hard work and diligence are important in any case. Mr. Moore took his time to go over the details of my case, including several documents from several parties. He pointed out things to me, suggested strategies, and fervently went head-to-head against the plaintiff s lawyer. He was committed and did not hesitate to do anything that would win the case. He issued subpoenas and depositions, and periodically held or attended meetings with me and other parties of my legal counsel to discuss the case. He was very patient with me. Sometimes, when I got anxious and/or frustrated, I would call him to vent my frustration, and he took his time to explain things to me and offer some advice/suggestions. Communication is essential to maintain trust and keep abreast of new developments in a case. He was very responsive via email and phone. I never had any issues getting through to him or receiving a reply from him. He was prompt, clear, and very helpful with his responses. Moreover, I believe he is an honest man. If you sign a contract with him, he upholds the terms of the contract without trying to screw you over or charge you more for doing something covered in the contract. For extra or miscellaneous expenses that came up, as usual during most cases, he was very transparent with me. He even paid for some things out of his pocket, and I was glad to reimburse him. That said, if you retain him, make sure you pay him every penny. You won t regret it. If your case is winnable, I would bet he would do everything he can to win it or get it dismissed. He would do everything he can to get you the best outcome for your case. My case was dismissed! I would like to publicly thank you, Mr. Moore, for everything. I appreciate it.

I could not have asked for a more supportive, thorough and professional experience during a very difficult time in my life. From the initial phone call to the collection of the divorce settlement, I felt well taken care of and was confident the best interest of my children was always at the forefront of my case. Tyler took care of my International divorce, which was a bit complicated with assets worldwide, overseas marriage and different citizenship. The process was concluded in 5 months which I think was fairly fast (I am French and in France it would have taken a few years). Tyler was very reassuring and communicative. At the end of the day, a divorce is what it is and the law is the law, but Tyler did a great job to push the other party for a quick settlement. Thank you

I have gladly hired Tyler Moore on two separate occasions when dealing with my ex wife the later being a very complex custody battle when our son turned 13 years of age. We set goals, determined the smartest path and overcame many legal tricks and road blocks placed in our way by the opposing council and Texas Family Law codes. While the entire process was a seemingly uphill battle, we came out of the storm victorious with almost a 50/50 custody agreement which was the goal as neither parent is unfit, unloving, or abusive. My only regret is not knowing Tyler 11 years ago during my initial divorce. It has always been a pleasure and boost of assurance watching Tyler work.

Tyler has done a great job representing me over the last 3 years. My divorce was less than cordial and I made more than my fair share of mistakes in dealing with my ex. Tyler was able to mitigate my stupidity and deal with my anger over how screwed up the system is. After multiple child support battles he represented me in court and was able to stop most of the self-inflicted bleeding. I still have 5 and half years and my case still has not been completely straightened out. I will have Tyler representing me until the decree is complete and my youngest has graduated.

Even though that I had to use Mr. Moore for a stressful and sad matter as my divorce I have to say that because of him it was fast and successful!!! If youre looking for a family lawyer that knows what theyre doing, affordable and professional, Tyler Moore is the one. Tyler and his staff kept in constant communication throughout my process leading up to our court date (which we won btw) and afterwards to make sure proper paper work that needed to be filed was done. I hope that no one ever has to go through what I had to, but if something should arise and youre looking for a good family lawyer, this is the place to go!

Mr. Moore has remained passionate, determined and exemplary in his professional enthusiasm and devotion to my very challenging child support case. He has brought finality to a 20-year child support case that was only going in circles until I hired him for the job. Im so glad I did. I researched all the Houston attorneys for weeks before choosing him. Do yourself a favor and make it easy on yourself and just choose him. My case involved two states and a U.S. Territory in which Mr. Moore was faced with many complications, debatable rulings, dated bookkeeping, evasive government employees with needed information in which to expedite the case, unnecessary delays because of the two states and U.S. Territory not communicating the same information, the list goes on. He took it all in stride and just kept hammering away at the issues as they arose and never lost sight of a WIN. THIS MAN is someone you want on your side and to represent you. I hired him without ever meeting him in person and have no regrets at all. He has represented me in a most professional way and I could not be happier with the results he was able to obtain. I have no hesitation in recommending Tyler Moore as your attorney, particularly in the areas of civil trial law and family law, both areas in which he is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I, too, am an attorney and when I pursued a major litigation case on a personal matter, I choose Mr. Moore to represent me.
