The team at Lane Law are awesome people! My family was in a difficult negotiation with our insurance company on a hail damage claim. The Lane team reviewed our evidence and found it to be a valid case to pursue. Upon informing our insurance agent of our desire for mediation and possible legal action, prior to our signing on with Lane Law, they revised the decision and moved on a 100% roof replacement. Ultimately Lane Law, without compensation, provided us with the means to move forward and resolve our situation. No compensation was ever requested and they were very clear that they were happy to help! We would hire them without question if we ever needed insurance legal support in the future! Investor here. I walked into a complicated, months-long situation where a large investment company was playing games with a senior citizen by trying to invalidate his redemption claim. Imagine that, they were kicking a man while he was already down. The man was simply trying to get his property back after his house went to auction due to an HOA issue. I wanted to help out since he was financially distressed. My realtor referred us over to The Lane Law Firm and they took us under their wing. They made an agreement between the original owner and myself, and dealt with that investment company s attorneys and client who was playing all sorts of mind games and tricks - the other side even tried to offload the property on the MLS/HAR despite the redemption claim, but The Lane Law Firm put a stop to that too. Long story short, The Lane Law Firm was able to get this man s property back and he was finally able to sell it to me with The Lane Law Firm handling everything from start to finish. The original owner was able to walk away scot-free with no headaches attached. Everybody won except the big guy. Special thanks to Joshua and especially Mike Baker, who was pretty much our main contact and who got bombarded with my emails. If they were guard dogs, they would be a rottweiler and german shepherd. They look out for you and have alot of bite. Frances, the intake relationship manager was also a pleasure to work with and she eased us in smoothly. I really liked the fact that I could communicate by email or phone and they were responsive, very convenient. They re upfront and straight-to-the-point too. Fair and honest. The Lane Law Firm is the real deal! Professional, easy to work with, good communication and great results. Contacted them to resolve a months long dispute with mortgage company who wouldnt file a Release of Lien on an out of state property - multiple times we were told it was in the process, would be sent, was sent, was sent weeks ago, would check why it wasnt sent, and over again. After exiting a year long forbearance plan my mortgage company refused to work with me on a repayment plan or loan modification. Even though they had said that I would not have to repay the deferred payments in one lump sum, that is exactly what they demanded or face foreclosure. I was grossly overcharged. They absolutely did not advocate for me and my situation. I could have taken a day off work and accomplished more than they did. Rather than address my complaints, I was quoted bible verses! Then I received an email trolling for flood victims. RUN, dont walk away from this firm. ****Your response makes me laugh. The modification that was received was not negotiated by your firm. It was a offered by my mortgage company without any negotiation by your firm. The MAIN issue I had was never addressed. Your firm took money from my account after I told you not to. Again, I could have done more had I taken a day off work. But you guys just keep spouting New Testament verses. Attorney Lane and his staff have helped me and my husband repair our credit scores over the last 5 months. It began when we were denied a simple line of credit... After contacting the financer and being told that we had outstanding items on our report we did some research and decided upon The Lane Law Firm for assistance.
