I was very interested in the company and was contacted by Kamen to schedule an interview, which we set for the 25th at 11:30 am. Due to some technical issues with the interview link, she was late, which I completely understand as technology can be unpredictable. However, once we began, we experienced further connection issues. I waited for 15 minutes without any problems on my end. Kamen then texted me to reschedule, but after that, I received no further communication no response to my texts, calls, or emails. I find this lack of communication quite unprofessional, as I would have preferred a clear response if the decision was made not to proceed, rather than being left without any follow-up.

Johnny and Attiya were absolutely amazing. They helped me secure my dream job. My favorite thing was Johnny s communication between the employers and I. Even if the company didn t have an update for him, he still called to let me know where we stand instead of just going ghost. He also gave me some great interview tips that was well needed. I was hopeful about working with this agency. I gave it a try and was set up three times for an interview. All three times the interviews were cancelled last minute. I was extremely interested in the position and still reached out on July 2nd and never heard back. As a candidate, I value transparency and timely communication during the recruitment process. I am disappointed in lack of communication from this agency regarding my recent job application. Respectfully, I believe its crucial for candidates to receive closure and feedback, regardless of the outcome.

I was presented an opportunity through Primary Service. Unfortunately, the position was put on hold. The recruiter I had been working with initially left the agency, and I was assigned to a new recruiter. Despite assurances that I would be contacted, I received no follow-up. It has been several months close to a year now. I left messages and made several calls, but to no avail. The lack of communication was exceedingly stressful. Their pattern of inconsistent communication and lack of follow-through was disheartening. I urge anyone considering Primary Service for employment opportunities to reconsider. The inconsistencies in their communication and the lack of professional courtesy in handling applicants concerns because it can lead to significant disappointment and wasted time.

I recently was invited to an interview at a couple about 3 weeks ago and after i conducted my interview I made sure to reach out to the recruiter and advise that I completed the interview and that it went great and thank them for setting it up. I followed up about a week later to see if there was any feedback and I have not heard anything as of today. My interview took place April 23rd and it is now May 12th. I know some times the process can be a bit long but from what I was told the company was looking to fill the position immediately and I was very interested in it. In the past I have worked with agencies and they have been great with communicating any feedback whether good or bad. Honestly that is all I was looking for, honest feedback even if I didn t get the position to potential help me in my next one. Situations like this is what makes me weary on working with agencies like this. However thanks again for the opportunity would have been great to receive some feedback.

I write this review with great dispair as I enjoyed working with Primary Services up until recently. I worked with this company since 6/14/2021 through Valentine s Day of this year when I was terminated. I was welcomed with opened arms by Mariela T., Casimira C., and the NRG family. I voiced my wants and needs and everyone did their due diligence as long as I kept lines of communication open. I moved up in my position fairly quickly as I became a VLC, floor support/mentor, and assisted with several special projects from month two of being there. The name Vixama always rang bells in a positive light. Being hired on permanently with NRG had always been a topic of discussion for me and I ve declined or shown no interest as I truly loved working with Primary and having Mariela as my supporter. The reason I give this company a 2 stars is because I was let go and I know this could have been avoided if I was working with the same individuals I started off with. I do not mind change at all, however I will not tolerate being lied to, manipulated, and not supported by who is supposed to be considered an onsite supporter. Bertha Renovato has never had my best interest at heart. Although I use words like manipulation, I do not write this review with emotion. I write it with logic as I have proof of the lies and deceit Bertha has done which has now costed my job. I do not blame Bertha solely for my release. I am very aware of my performance not matching what it used to be when I first started off with this company. I blame Bertha for not advocating for me as she should have when I voiced my concerns time and time again. Months ago we could have worked together to find other solutions instead she would try her hardest to cut meetings short only to have me sign a written and verbal warning. My cries is what made the meetings longer than she intended bc I wanted her to know how much I need my job and I m trying. I thought my seniority and hard work I ve put into this company would have made a difference and it did not. Here are a timeline of events 11/10/2022: I contacted Bertha requesting VRH as I had a family emergency. She advised me to contact the sick line although there was VRH available. She stated she was not at her desk, but will request it when she returns. 11/11/2022: I sent Bertha a text to follow up on the VRH. No response. 11/15/2022: I sent Bertha a Teams message following up again on the VRH request. Bertha apologized and stated she did not get around to doing it as she had to facilitate a new hire orientation and attend a funeral afterwards. I sent my condolences, but later was informed there was in fact NOT a new hire class going on at this time. Casi was informed of this to see if they could backdate on the request, but nothing could be done. Fast forward to when I moved over to Webchat and eventually had to work with Bertha directly for any and all of my supporting needs as my previous recruiter, Mariela, had changed job roles. Got hired on with Webchat around March of 2023. Throughout training, I quickly realized that I mistakenly made the wrong decision and should have stayed in my previous position. I voiced these concerns to previous coaches, but they would not allow me back as they stated my new role was secured. Not sure of timeframe as I am now locked out of Teams: There was another young lady to replace Mariela and Mariela ensured to meet with me to introduce me to her, so I can become comfortable working with her. In this meeting, I voiced the same concerns I did with the coaches about wanting to transition because I felt as though Webchat was not for me. Let it be for the record that I ve always stated I will put my best forward any time I made statements as such. Throughout this meeting, I was praised for my dedication. Shortly after I get an interview for CSMR. (Didn t get the role, but rightfully it went to another woman who had been with NRG longer than I have been with Primary) Character limit won t allow me to proceed or write another review, but there is more

I was sitting at home a couple of Friday evenings ago when Tony with Primary called me. He presented me with an opportunity which sounded like something Id want to explore. By the following Monday, Tony contacted me before 10 am to advise his client wanted to speak with me. Two days and two interviews later, Im now a part of his clients team! Not only did Tony move quickly, he was also extremely supportive to me with his coaching snd advice regarding the client. Hes professional, kind, does what he says he is going to do. I called and asked the receptionist if I could ask a few questions before applying because I didn t want to waste their time or my time. I was told I needed to apply first. I ended up applying and a recruiter called and told me the position I applied for is remote however you need to be a resident of Indiana. I expressed to the recruiter, that was the reasoning of my original call, the post does not state if you need to be stationed in Indiana. My time was wasted and we all know time is valuable.

They will ignore you and make no effort to call you back despite their word that you will be contacted by someone at the agency. Not one call back after several attempts to speak with someone. Griselda and Colin don t have the decency to keep their word and convey the poor values and integrity that they live by through their actions. How you do one thing is how you do everything.

Within a few days, yes, I mean a few days Elissa has an interview for me at a great company. I didnt get that one, simply because my interview skills were not good. I have not been on an interview in some years. But Primary Services will help you with that. On my next interview I felt confidant and got the job. Was reached out to from indeed saying there was an opening for a different position than what I applied for. I had a virtual interview with the agency and completed all assessment tests (which I was told I scored well on) and the application. I was told I was guaranteed an interview with this specific company and that I would be emailed a new resume and interview tips for the interview. A couple days later I had to reach out to the agency because I didn t hear anything back. When I called the agent made it seem strange that I was calling her and told me they re waiting to hear back from the company. She then calls me a couple of days later saying they decided to hire internally which didn t seem true. If I m not guaranteed an interview don t say I am and don t waste people s time when people are relentlessly looking to land a better opportunity AND took the time to meet with you. She offered to represent me for another position but it was not what I was wanting. Total waste of time and very unprofessional.
