Marc helped us with a Tenants rights issue involving mold and water damage in our apartment. He reviewed our lease and helped us get into a safer unit where mold would not be an issue. He is professional and picks up contract details quickly.

1st impression is the most lasting. I called this is and got Law office in the most uninviting tone I have ever came across. Customer service means a lot to me. I do not mind riding out or paying a little more for customer service I can count on.

We are first time home buyers and Marc is helping us navigate our home purchase. Let me just say that Marc is painstakingly thorough and catches every single detail in the home buyer contract. We are buying from an established developer who uses the same contract and title agency for their paperwork, and already Marc has found some concerning details in their paperwork which weve been trying to resolve for the past few days with the title company. We know these questions have never been asked before in all the properties theyve sold, because the title company struggles to respond with answers. Our friends and family asked us why we have a lawyer for our home purchase because people typically dont use lawyers for home purchases and I cant imagine conducting any real estate transactions in the future without legal review and representation. Marc is super patient, thorough, and spent hours reviewing contracts with us, even explaining what each aspect of the contract means and the consequences. Marc is the devil in the details.

VERY RUDE... Im quadrip[egic an in jeopardy of losing my house. I contacted him needing a document for $150. The office that was requesting this document couldnt explain the complete meaning of it. I contacted him 3 times. 1 for price, 2 for what was the document full meaning before I bought it. 3 for inquiring on his payment methods. This is over a 7 day period. I sent the check, he received the check an called me on Sunday to tell me he was done dealing with me an was sending the check back, find someone else. Not professtional an when you are, u can never expect anyone to not question what their paying you for. 150. wasnt enough for him to care or be professtional. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
