Lack of communication! And bad service. I called to request some documents and they told me they would call me. Its been 3 weeks and they havent called me. When I called they told me I had to wait 2 weeks. Thats with some papers, imagine with the cases!

Definitely this lawyer has the worst secretaries, maybe the lawyer is good but the secretaries have nothing to do with it, super bad communication, they tell you that the lawyer is there and the lawyer is not, they keep you waiting for 3 hours, they dont communicate with you, super bad service if I dont come out. When I asked, they didnt tell me anything. They kept telling me that the lawyer was with a client and since I arrived, no one was there, but a boy came in 3 hours later and another secretary told the boy that he had been in court since the morning. If only he had told me that. It was my decision if he said wait or go instead of telling me that he was in the office, not professional, really...

The workers attention to customers is really bad. The documents are lost and supposedly they do not receive the immigration and court notes. Once you realize that they are working poorly and you want to leave, they dont let you and threaten to sue you... well, this place is chaos. ZERO RECOMMENDED.

Poor legal service. Baldo charged $200 to tell me just give in and lose my money instead of trying to help me, he told me to give up everything in a divorce and move on , but when I told him I had already lost a lot to attorneys he said he wanted to charge me $10,000. Who pays that for a simple childless divorce, would NEVER recommend Baldo . Just move on.

The truth is that there are no ways to describe this depending on which immigration lawyer. Please find out carefully, because in this place they change personnel like changing shoes. This place is a complete JOKE. I requested my file back a month ago because their prices went up once again, and they keep giving me the runaround that they re LOOKING FOR IT or that this so called lawyer is the only one that can release the file back to me. I ve called numerous times, during different times of the day and they say he s never in. This is peoples livelihoods they are messing with!! Ridiculous. He is trying to charge me to give ME a copy of MY paperwork because it takes time and money how hard is it to physically hand me my paperwork back, Baldo? He is purposely holding my file hostage because I m going to a more professional and organized lawyer!! Stay away from this leech!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would give it a negative 5. There are two reasons as to why. 1. I submitted my paper work with James, hoping and thinking that everything went well, several months later approximately 7-8 months I am still unemployed. After contacting USCIS to check my progress it turns out that my paper work was never fielded. Which is seriously a waste of money and time, because I would call James twice a week to give me an update and he would tell me that in a short period of time, but how if he never sent them. 2. My younger brother submitted his paper work around February 2016, the same issue I thought about. Now as of this date, 07/07/2017 he is approved but his work card permit is missing. The card permit was sent to their offices, in February a year later 2017. And where is the card? who knows. Certainly not them. Because even 6 months from the date delivered they are still TRYING TO FIND IT. I called them 2 weeks ago to go ahead and process the new one, I called today to check on the new one and it turns out it hasnt been Submitted, once again. These are terrible lawyers, they just go somewhere else where you get the services you paid for. Because sweet talk about doing the job with them, but once you have given them the money they are a bunch of slackers. Including the people at the counter. The phone will ring and ring and no one will answer. There was a case where I was in the office, and a lady had called asking for an update, and from the other room you can hear one of the lawyers yelling at the office that she didnt want to answer because she didnt know what lie to tell now. Overall, this place is no good. They dont call you to keep you updated, they rarely answer your calls and they always tell you lie after lie. As for my brother, Im going somewhere else, paying more money out of pocket for something they lost, but its worth it because at least these people will do their job. Also my criticism continues to be noted.
