Its only 3 stars because I did not sample the breakfast and the pool was not available. We had to call maintenance to reprogram our TV as soon as we got there maintenance is quick fixed our TV We had a good night sleep. Will definitely come here again.

Came down for an event. Stayed 3 nights. The pool was closed but not a huge deal as we wouldnt have had time to use it. First room my husband and I checked in to smelled like an ashtray. We moved to another room that smelled of mildew but stayed since we were only sleeping there and would be gone the majority of our stay. We did a check for bed bugs and discovered the mattress was absolutely disgusting. It did have a mattress protector on it but it seems that was an afterthought or they just didnt want to replace the mattress. We didnt see any bed bugs but should have looked more thoroughly. We are both covered in bites from head to toe. The carpet felt damp and gritty. Being barefoot was not an option. We are now back home trying to sterilize all of our belongings. Will never stay here again.

Great stay. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. The only thing I was not happy with was the ice machine was empty. I still would not have used it because if it was full the ice is in a chest bin and anyone or anything could contaminate it. Unsafe and unsanitary. Rooms: Nice comfy worth the price. Needs some usb plug ins. Behind in times. Food and drinks: Breakfast was great. Unsat ice machine. Empty even if it is full anyone can put anything in it and contaminate the ice.

I ve enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, and fresh smelling. All amenities worked in the room. The outdoor pool was not open (but I reckon it s because of the time of year?). There was one trash can that didn t have a trash bag, but that s nothing, I asked for one the following day after check-in. The room has a microwave and a mini fridge (the tall ones). The microwave and fridge worked very well. The decor of the room was very cozy, decorated in my favorite colors (maroon (or dark red) and black). It was conveniently located near McDonald s , subway, a few gas stations/convenient store, a grocery store, and more. So if you did not bring a vehicle to stay, you could easily walk to a place of choice. The hotel is located on a busy street, but trucks are very constant & you might hear loud engine revs and things, but I didn t pay it no mind (but I am on the 3rd floor rm 312). The staff was nice and I even got signed up for Wyndham rewards and received a free item out of the fridge downstairs. Super cool! This area was very pleasant to me and I am really glad I stayed here. Oh and they have feather pillows! Yeah I slept like a baby each night! Thank you guys for providing me a great stay (booked under Knight Transportation). If I ever return back to Dallas terminal, I ll be sure to stay here.

Great place, I always like my stays at La Quinta, bed in room 105 is in desperate need of replacement. Theres a dip in the middle from old age and use of course. Did not get a good night sleep and was too tire to ask for a different room. I spent the night there on Sunday August 11th, was a bit dissapointed with the bed.

The elevator is inordinately slow, you can hear every hallway noise in your room, the pool was closed, and the breakfast bar was disappointing. No orange juice, chafing dish for hot items was very flimsy and difficult to open and close, bagels were little teensie things. (I have never seen such a small bagel in my life), and only one fruit selection. Otherwise a great stay Rooms: Doors for rooms do not block sound and every noise in the hallway is audible.

Changing my initial review, there was one incident however I didnt report it so I am taking it down. Check in and out are easy. Hotel is clean and I barely encounter staff. The location in Durant Ok cost 140$ with points and the TV in our room had no sound It was late when we returned to our room so we remained in the room other than that everything was good We also had a room in Grand Prairie Tx with an upgrade That room had a broken bed that bowed on on side, causing me to almost fall out of the bed. The worst Customer service I have experienced to this date. No amenities that were paid for were provided Such as cable And I send the ice machines, things that would be expected. Promises were made by staff to fix and correct the problems they were never fixed. To get clean towels, you must go to the front desk and request them. Housekeeping is nonexistent I had to change my own sheets. You re better off staying at the Royal Inn across the street.

If you are going to be out and about in Dallas this is a Great Hotel to be at. It is only 15 minutes from Downtown and it is clean and well keep up. Pool is accessible and the FREE Perks like Breakfast and Wi-Fi are a Plus. Staff are attentive and polite. Check In and Check Out are very fast and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Definitely a mixed review. Rooms: the room was clean and nice but we lost power in the middle of the night and it got pretty stuffy. Only a few rooms were affected by a breaker being tripped. Service: the front desk staff was super helpful and friendly! However, the staff who managed the breakfast were unhelpful and bordering on rude. On our second morning, the breakfast was over 35 minutes late being set up. I felt really bad for a large group of construction workers who eventually left for work without eating. Location: nothing special. Convenient to the interstate, but nothing close to eat or do unless you count a gas station subway and a McDonalds. There was a lot of litter all around the property. Other: the pool was locked half the time we were there. Our kids werent impressed. They do allow well behaved dogs, which is a plus for us since ours love to travel with us. Nearby activities: There are no nearby activities Noteworthy details: Well behaved dogs are welcome

My family members got their truck stolen at this location, staff refused to show the camera footage of the incident. The staff is probably on it since they were sketchy about the whole situation, report was made but still refused to show footage, claiming the security cameras don t work! DO NOT COME HERE! Stayed two nights. No restaurants nearby. Now let s talk about the rooms: The first night, the a/c sounded like a freight train, toilet seat broken, sticky floor, very low water pressure in the sink. Took a shower in the morning, NO hot water. Next night changed rooms. 1st one; shower wouldn t work. Changed rooms again, finally getting one that was relatively good. The desk clerk very accommodating. I question the safety of that general area. I don t recommend staying here.

First night the key maker didnt work, tv was hanging by a screw and stuck on a different output, refrigerator was stuck on high and froze all of our food. Second night still had management to have to get us into our room key marker still wouldnt work. The water that night was ice cold and never got hot and refrigerator still stuck on frozen. The third night got a card finally but took 10 to 15 trys to finally get into room, and still no hot water and finally turned off refrigerator to try to fix it. Didnt work. Fourth night card still didnt work, no water that evening and refrigerator still frozen everything at level 1. Fifth night finally got a good card to get into my room, water was hot but refrigerator still was freezing everything. Also found out two vehicles were broken into the night before near the front door street side.

Room was great, visibly clean and tidy. Comfortable bed with enough variety of pillows to sleep well. A/C and heat worked perfectly. I was in a good mood and thinking about what I was going to put in my good review. But then... As I was walking out the west side of the building, where I intentionally parked my truck because of the camera pointing right at the spot, I find my window broken out on the concrete. My backpack that was laying on the floor board was stolen. My truck sits high and I had the darkest legal tint on the front windows. Informed the lady at the front desk what happened and she was surprisingly unsurprised about it. I remarked that I *was* surprised, especially due to the fact there was a camera right there. Oh, those cameras dont record anything. Great! Filed a police report and told the responding officer about the reportedly non-functional cameras and he indicated that theyve been working the past six years Ive been coming here. While the officer was doing the paperwork, two guys who looked like construction contractors rolled up to me in their Sierra 2500 and told me his truck had been broken into before on that same side of the building. I only park in the front now by the main door. I guess my biggest complaint is that this is a known issue by the hotel staff and there is no attempt at letting the guests know there is a chronic problem with vehicle break-ins at this location. But they make a point of putting multiple signs up around the grass saying, NO PETS & NO TRASH. Safety: Unsafe parking lot resulted in loss of property and vehicle damage.

HOT ROOM! I booked this room Monday-Friday. The room was warm on Monday and continued getting hotter throughout the week. I called the front office at 12:00AM to complain. Minutes later a person was at my door. They removed the panel my thermostat which was unresponsive. Magically the AC finally started cooling. I recommend that if your room is not cooling too immediately call the front desk and report it.

Everything for me and my significant other was a 10/10 from check in to check out! The only thing I would complain about is the elevators but no big deal the hotel isn t huge ! If you are planning on staying here just a day or two, you ll be okay but any longer than that would be worrisome. Upon entering the first room I was put in, I immediately smelled something weird like someone in a neighboring room had smoked cigarettes despite the no smoking policy but it wasn t a problem until I noticed more things. There was stains of who knows what on the toilet lid as if it wasn t cleaned well enough, there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, a hole drilled in the ceiling above one of the beds, and the worst of them all, the walls were filthy and there was mold growing on side of the desk. As someone who already struggles with breathing and has health concerns, I was disappointed but I didn t throw a fit or cause a scene. There was an extremely friendly and kind young brunette man at the front desk on the night of 9/17 that allowed me to show him the photos of the mold, he called his boss, and allowed me to move a cleaner room. The young man s customer service skills was the only highlight of my stay here. The cleaner room wasn t absolutely perfect but it was okay for the one night I was staying, the walls are also PAPER THIN, so throughout the night I heard a lot different things ranging from inappropriate acts and someone nonstop vomiting. Thankfully i m a heavy sleeper but beware if you aren t. Rooms: Not hygienic at all but I guess you pay for what you get and the price was extremely affordable

This hotel is very well kept. The cleaning staff keeps the entire hotel smelling like it was just sprayed down with Lysol. The breakfast is okay, it is served everyday between 6:00 AM through 9:00 AM. Rooms: The king size bed sucks you in and spoils you. The tv had adequate channels. The room was decorated nicely. Walkability: There a liquor store a 20 minute walk away, its right across from a McDonald s, and a gas station.

I was in a suite and the noise from the person next door was coming through the double doors. I asked the desk to have them turn down their TV and they did not. So I had a hard time getting to sleep with the TV blaring next door Rooms: Facilities in the room were nice. The fact that the room had access to the room nextdoor... Good biscuits and gravy at the free breakfast. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The shower didnt have as much flow as Id like (shower head is pretty small) but it worked well enough. I was a bit skeptical booking a stay here based on the reviews, but I enjoyed my one night stay here. Gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice to do business with. Originally was put in a room directly across from the elevator I asked if he could switch it up for me and he did so with a smile. Currently checked into the hotel. And I have a team of 34 with 9 rooms and have a 3night stay. We were not informed there was no room cleaning that would take place when we booked our hotel. With 36 men and 9 rooms this is a problem. The front desk also does not have ANY clean towels and half my team is stealing pool towels and there are no clean towels in the building. I have player telling me there are other rooms up till 4am partying and yelling and funky smells coming from the room. We had parents try and check into their rooms under different reservations and they found there rooms completely dirty when they were given a key. We are paying a lot of money to have rooms and are under extremely tight budgets and this is pretty poor service. I hope that either the hotel directly or Corporate makes this right.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I must say I was very comfortable. The beds were great and comfy, TV had great channels, and breakfast was great. There were some things I noticed that could be improved. All furniture has a base that prevents anything from getting underneath; this is great for lost item prevention. But there s a space between the mattress and the headboard. One day, my glasses fell between there, and as I reached to grab them, I felt a cup, a sock, and other items from previous people who d stayed there. I felt that it was very unsanitary, and a more thorough cleaning should be considered. There were also stains on the wall that wiped off easily, and the toilet was stained yellow for some reason. Mind you, we clean everything ourselves with bleach and disinfectant sprays before staying. But the toilet was just yellow stained. The air conditioner was dusty. Oh and the freezer part of the refrigerator was filthy; I chose not to use it all all. This review is for those who notice residue in crevices, peeling wallpaper/staining, debris, dust, etc. Some people aren t that worried about it, as long as the place is clean overall. I notice everything lol I can t say they were dirty, but it can definitely get better. Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is right off the highway, and easy to travel to and from. Keycard on the side doors can get annoying because sometimes they work and sometimes they don t, so you have to go to the front desk to get another card. Other than that, I had a nice stay, it was just a few things I felt needed improvement. Thanks LaQuinta!

My family and I needed a place to stay close to the hospital that my father was in. Nothing fancy, just wanted a room. We woke up to see that there were blood spots and stains on our sheets, all the way down to and including the mattress cover. I went to the front desk and asked that the bedding for that bed be changed while we were out of the room. The woman at the front desk apologized and said it would be taken care of. We come back later the evening to find it had not been done. The guy at the desk said he didnt know why she would have offered to have it changed as We dont have anyone here on the weekends that can do that. He then handed me a stack of sheets and said I could change them myself. I saw people there with the standard room cleaning cart cleaning rooms as we left. That, coupled with the large roach (aka waterbug) that paid us a visit and the clothes from previous guests on the floor, just screams unclean, and we dont care. Will not be staying this brand of hotel in the future.

I stayed here for a night, got a discounted rate. Front desk person was a really nice young man. My room had an odd smell to it but was clean. Plenty of lamps for lighting. Bathroom door couldve been wiped down better. Hot shower. Bed was comfortable and clean with plenty of pillows. Overall it was alright. I felt safe here. Check out was a breeze. Id stay here again in the future!

There was a terrible smell in the lobby. My 1st day the toilet didnt flush & were not able to have maintenance come until the next morning. The maintenance guy stated the next day that he would need to take the toilet completely out & would take a while. When I asked to be moved, I was told there were no rooms available & that I could come down to the lobby & use theat bathroom (really)! They did eventually find us another room, but to this day I am still fighting for a refund & my stay was 10/15/22 weekend. This was one of the worst experiences & I was traveling with my senior parents.

Standard La Quinta. Rooms were not perfect but good enough for a stay (furniture needs a clean, floor want clean). Breakfast was adequate and not too busy. Front desk were friendly and helpful. Shame other guests cant respect others late at night! (Shouting for 2 nights after 11pm)

We will begin with blood. On the sheets. When I took off the fitted sheet with blood on it. I discovered a really gross matress pad, anointed in chip crumbs and what I pray were dirty shoe prints. Various aspects of my hotel room were also pretty gross. Pair all of this with a swampy pool and terrible lighting and youve got yourself a hotel I would never stay at again. Though the staff was friendly and helpful throughout this whole experience.

I was charged a pet deposit for my service dog and then after I left was charged an additional $100.00 from the assistant GM Bobbie saying that my dog peed on the bed. My sister went to look at the bed and told the lady that she wasnt being truthful but the lady wouldnt budge and when I asked her for pictures and the documentation stating that I would be charged for this there is none and I was laughed at. My dog didnt pee on the bed.

Really enjoyed this place. Close to the place I was going to in the morning. They have a good breakfast. Sausage and biscuits with gravy. Also offer yogurt, toast muffins and waffles. I love a hotel that serve something for breakfast instead of just coffee.

I was here for work and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious and up to date. I was by myself and enjoyed the stay for 8 days,front desk staff always helpful and the breakfast warm and delicious. Clean entrance and gym with elliptical two and a few other exercise machines. You can do laundry here and it is located near four places you can walk to to grab a quick bite. I recommend this stay I think I would stay here for an extended stay if I wanted to. Thank you La Quinta Inn in Hutchins Texas.

The room smelled a little funny, like damp, but they lent us a device that took care of the matter. They attended to us quickly. The pool is outside but it is well maintained, I had a great time swimming for a while, the size and depth are very suitable for swimming and having a pleasant time. They also have free continental breakfast, I was expecting a cooked egg, but they didnt have it, only boiled eggs. But they also have cereal, juice, yogurt, and waffles, which you have to prepare yourself. We had a good time! Thank you!

Nice quiet rooms. Far enough from the highway to not hear all the noise. Room is very big and has a refrigerator and microwave. Another important plus is it actually has a relatively comfortable arm chair in addition to the desk chair. Plenty of outlets but no USB ports for charging oddly enough. The negatives: the bath towels are about the size of the hand towels and are about as rough as 10 grit sandpaper! The TV is decent but the cable package is horrible to navigate. There is no channel guide or menu (no cable box), so its just scroll through with the horrible remote (that works about 50% of the time) and try to land on something. The breakfast is mediocre at best - and its the same thing every day (my 2nd week long business trip here) - sausage, sausage gravel, make your own waffles, assorted cereals and breads, fruit, etc. Its a fairly large selection and its included but change it up once in a while. Maybe throw some scrambled eggs out. I stay here because its 5 miles away from my business location so its very convenient. There arent many restaurants local though, so dinner is a challenge if you dont want to drive downtown (I dont!).

No coffee pot in the room, by request only. No conditioner or lotion.. seems like they really wanna save money here. TV was tiny with no normal cable service or a guide to select channels seemed like antenna plus hbo. Pillows were worn out and while every other la quinta has beauty rest mattresses this one went much cheaper. Worst bed Ive personally every slept on. Back still hurting several hours later. A very big disappointment for this price point.

My reservation was canceled without cause, notification, or warning. I called in advance to let them know I would be checking in 2 days later than expected. The young man at the desk told me that it was no problem and there was nothing else to be done. Upon arrival, I discovered that the reservation had been canceled. At the least, they could have called to make sure that I knew the reservation was canceled. I explicitly left my phone number with the young man who answered the phone. I told him to call me if anything came up, or if the hotel had any questions or concerns. The phone never rang.
