Called to ask for help and was denied aid as I didn t know what I was talking about even though I spoke to the attorney generals office about my case and they said what happened to me was a crime and can receive my benefits back this office does not know what they are talking about when after speaking to crime victims office and Texas rangers as well as other law institutions who said if no one helps file a lawsuit against Medicare Response to your message As I called your assistant one who informed me she was out of office I had to leave my name and number with her to call me back so that is a lie about not leaving my name and number. I spoke to her told her that I was told to file a lawsuit against Medicare after speaking to the justice of peace about my case. I also informed her that I have lost my disability once already and had to get a psychiatric doctor to fix his offices lack of sending proper medical documentation to my medical physician which resulted in a crime being committed against me and my rights violated clear and cut I was told I didn t know what I was talking about. As I was getting no where with your assistant I had to hang up as I told her I was getting agitated and had to hang up as I did not want to seem aggressive. I agonize if you feel that way but don t call me out if you don t know what was said she called me back and I have the phone record of your office calling me back.

(Mr. Greg ) as I call him , has been an incredible attorney to our family. My sister suffered multiple strokes, leaving her paralyzed, unable to speak and tube fed. In October 2021, we applied for SSI benefits for her. She was denied and one Evening at about 11:00PM, I was searching for disability attorneys. I found Degeyter law and I filled out a questionnaire. Within minutes, Mr. Greg called me from his personal phone. I was shocked. He asked me all the medical questions about my sister and he said he also had a disabled son and he would help me. I almost cried because I couldnt believe he called me that moment at night and he was willing to fight for my sister. And fight, he did. He is not your ordinary disability attorney. He goes out of his way for you. I have never seen or heard anything like this. He actually visted my sister to meet her and made sure she was okay. I live in New Jersey and my sister lives in Texas. Mr. Greg kept constant communication to keep us informed and guided us. My sisters case was extremely complicated. She was in a care home where there were significant concerns about her health and safety. We needed her approved and moved to a nursing care facility to meet her needs. Mr. Greg Degeyter made sure my sister got her SSI benefits. He was in court and even engaged senators to help. He knows the law like the back of his hand. He is not just an ordinary legal counsel, he is an amazing attorney!!!! He was always on the phone with social security services and speaking to hospital social workers. I am just so thankful to have had him as my sisters disability attorney. I am recommending Degeyter law to anyone who wants a fighter on their side. He works for you day and night. Even on weekends. Its incredible. I contacted Degeyter law in April 2022 and my sister was approved in August 2022. My first time meeting him was in the first week of August when I came to visit my sister. The way I felt about him on the phone, it was even stronger in person. What an amazing person he is. After my sisters case was approved, I had questions and called him and he still gave me advice. My sisters case became probono. I still can t believe it. The fight he fought for us was so incredible!! I cant say enough about his services and his bed side manner.
