I worked in this office for three years, please do not bring cases to many people who have had their lives ruined due to lack of importance in the cases. When people start asking him questions he gets upset and withdraws from his case. There have been situations where someone comes to hire and for MONTHS nothing is done in the case. Dont mention family lawyer Alex, she leaves everything until the last minute. He does not attach importance to youth visas. Very bad lawyers

This lady allowed me to lose 7 years with the cases of my 2 children. She worked to grow them up and there were, I dont know what internal problems they had. She took on my case. Years went by. She represented me a few times in court. My childrens asylum case was never closed. I explained nothing then it was supposed that after closing the case we were going to get the youth visa I never did anything to process the case in the family court my children are almost coming of age and of course I was upset that I didnt see an answer I asked him one day what was wrong to bring some documents and he came out with the typical lies and after getting into an argument, both of them told me that he was leaving my marriage behind. private lawyers for whom they are PAID, I will do what I have to do to report her and know what kind of lawyer she is, they start taking cases when they do not have the capacity to solve a large number of people, I will raise my voice to be heard on social networks, etc. etc. enough already

I had the worst experience with this firm. I made an appointment with them for a consultation on April fourth to start a spousal petition. I received a call from their direct number a week before that appointment and told that it was not necessary for me to come in. They instead just asked me questions about my case over the phone and told they would send me an email with the prices and documents I needed to bring with me to represent me. They never sent that email. I called multiple times. And was told the same thing over and over. They had no record of our conversations, or that they did but that the lawyer was busy and would get back to me. One month went by and I m still waiting to hear from the main lawyer. All just for an email with pricing information. They have no organization skills. They lack professionalism. They have rude receptionists who sound annoyed every time you reasonably call them to inform them they haven t sent any information they promised to send. The last receptionist told me word for word that I am free to go elsewhere. Unprofessional all around and a complete waste of time. Very unethical.

This firm does not accept any new cases and they won t tell you this until you ve wasted your time with them for months. The staff does not seem informed of any contact made with them or any information given to them and they will always tell you that they ll get back to you soon. Wasted 2 months waiting on simple responses. I was told they were good by someone who had used them so I don t understand what happened to their level of professionalism.

They charged me $1000 for calls I made to them to find out what else they needed for my case, because they wait 2 months to be able to make a request. Etc. If you want quick results and to be sure of your cases, I do not recommend it. They kept my husbands information. They did not send me my complete documents.

I usually dont leave reviews but Ms.Santorini was our saving grace and a beacon of hope for our family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Not only was she able to defend our case as a professional, but she also provided a calm and empathetic demeanor that often offered emotional support to me and those I care about most. She wasnt our psychologist or therapist, but her attention to details and facts provided that environment of support that is much needed during legal hardships. Ms. Santorini didnt treat us like another payday and never passed judgment on our situation. She was honest, smart, and took her job seriously. My children and I are eternally grateful for her service and I hereby recommend Ms. Santorini without any reservation.
