They seem like an honest and professional law firm but honestly my experience with them has been extremely unprofessional. The consulting process was great and they seem like they had a great knowledge in theirs field but after a became a client I was basically ignored. I was told I was going to receive a 60+minute on boarding call but that never happened. When I had a simple yes or no question it literally took them weeks to get back to me. The only reason they even replied to my emails and text message was because I called the office and explained to the receptionist that I was not getting any answers. When I had another question they simply ignored me and no longer even answer my calls when I call the office. If your case is pretty straightforward with no hoops youll probably have a pleasant experience. But if your case is a particular one they will simply give you the silence treatment in hopes you forget about it. I honestly dont understand why I need to constantly need to remind a group of professionals to get back to me and answer my questions.

I started my journey with the law firm in January and to be honest I wonder why I havent done that long time ago! The process has been explained to me clearly and the attorneys keep up the good work with good communication skills ! Mrs Shelle called me soon after I enrolled and explained everything to me. She asked if I had any questions so she could elaborate. My lawyer is Mrs Anayo Okoye guys she is the best at what she does ! I recommend her and this firm ! In September 2022 my VAWA case was started by Shelle-Ann Simon, PLLC and by February 2023 everything was approved and I was able to travel in and out of the country in April and August 2023. It was a rough start, in the beginning it felt like Shelles team did not have good communication with each other. Information was incorrect even after a long 4 hour interview for answers on form questionnaires. I understand it is difficult when various people have their hands in the pot as they say. But, Shelle did communicate when she could, and soon after everything was corrected, the team improved. Responses were quicker, and the staff was always professional, as well as nice. Shelle said that she did not want us to see us as just a number case file, but actual people, and I respect that. In the end after a long process, Sybil fought for our permanent resident card and went to get it for us. We really appreciated her help.

I had an immigration issue for the past 4yrs and have been on removal notice. A friend referred me to Shelle-Ann and after detailing my issues, she said theres a way out. My husband was rejected in the first interview for the Asylum because he did not present enough support. The brothers of the church to which we are a part highly recommended this firm due to the sensitivity they have to cases and how efficient they have always been. Because like us they also went through a long process of immigration and nationalization. They completely understand you because they know how cumbersome and painful the process is. First they were our advisors. They searched in detail all the support and help to present before the judge. They worked day and night and never ceased to help us and keep up to date with everything we might need for the case and at the same time they were looking out for us and supporting us emotionally. The result was amazing. We knew that God worked through them day and night. The hard work had impeccable and beautiful results. We obtained the asylum and without hesitation from the judge. The support they presented had no blemish or doubt. We were able to observe that professionalism can go hand in hand with sensitivity. All the staff from attorneys to assistants helped us through the process. They never left us and they never gave up. I have no words to thank such a beautiful work team. Where do I start! My parents brought me from Ghana to America when I was 11. They tried to get my paperwork together. But they did not succeed my Dad paid lawyers but no help. There are so much to say based on my own experience with this organized team at the Law Office of Shelle-Ann Simon. However, Let me say, I got RESULTS! in few months i had received my work and travel permit... These people dont treat you like just a client, they are there for you in everyway possible.
