My case need to go to litigation and I was dropped. I got a better lawyer to help me. Find someone else, if things are to difficult they will drop you. They also told me I wouldnt be paying for hospital bills but I recieved one in the mail, I did call and was told it would be taken care of. The laywer did reach out and said it would be taken care of never happened. I wont keep calling over and over again to ask them to make it right! Also the few times I called and spoke to Vanessa she was very short with me, like I was bothering her. Not intrested in working with people like this. Im so grateful to have found a better law firm to handle my case!! JUST RECIEVED ANOTHER BILL SUCH BS!

I had an accident in June 2023 and the first lawyer I picked up unfortunately dropped me stating I was deemed at fault. After dealing with this firm, I am highly disappointed. The lawyers did not take any actions in attaining evidence or finding the other party s information in order to be beneficial for the case. I also reached out constantly to attorney Mahmood but could never receive a response back (I m not the only one in my case that dealt with this from them). I tried to be understanding but too much time was passing with nothing done so I called off of a different number and got an answer and upon the final conversation with the attorney, he hung up in my face mid conversation while I was trying to receive updates and went on an extensive rant. This is not professional by any means especially when people s lives are dependent on your services.

I would never use these people again. I hired them in February 2023 after I was rear ended by a drunk driver. It all started pretty well at first but now it seems they don t want to do anything. They assigned Vanessa as my caseworker on our case. I have talked to her maybe 6-7 times in a year and it s only because I called her. I talked to her 2 weeks ago and she said she would start calling me every week to give us an update and that was a lie. 2 weeks now and haven t heard one word from her. She been telling me she trying to get medical records. I been hearing that for 8 months now. They didn t even let anyone know this case was under a lawsuit so all the medical records have went on my credit. We have gotten these bills probably 7-8 different times already but she saying in 8 months she still hasn t gotten them. I completely understand lawsuits can take some time but she said in the beginning a year, well it s been a year and still nothing. If yall didn t want to take this case or had time you should have said that in the beginning and we could ve went with someone else. But no you assured us that you wanted to do my case but all we have done is get lied to.

Mahmood, Virginia, Megan were very helpful with working my car accident case. The process took a bit longer than I hoped and communication could have been more timely which is the only reason I left out a star. I was able to receive a pretty decent settlement however, and Mahmood was able to swiftly work with me even though I moved to a different state. Worked with this company for about a week. In that week there was no proper training. No tools needed for the job expected. Hostile work environment. Insulting managers. Completely unprofessional bosses. Extremely heavy workload. No organization skills. Even the manager quit and walked out on the spot. I submitted my resignation and was not paid what was promised in the contract. They offer 18-22, but if you leave (which you will) you ll make 7$. Do not go here. Do not apply here. Do not hire them. In my many years of experience in law never have I had such a distasteful experience. If I could leave a zero star review I definitely would. Definitely take your business elsewhere. You will not receive proper treatment or compensation. As far as legal assistance your case will be piled on for future workers to scratch their heads on from the lack of work done.
