Unfair Practices and Poor Management My experience with Everything Probate, which also manages rentals under COCO Trust, has been extremely frustrating. After dealing with mold and poor living conditions, I was forced to pay for the cleanup myself. Despite always paying rent on time, a small dispute over less than $300 arose, related to these costs. Instead of working with me to resolve this, the landlord who also happens to own the Everything Probate law firm filed for eviction and then employed himself as the attorney, charging additional legal fees. So, what started as a $300 disagreement has now ballooned into thousands of dollars in legal costs for the landlord, all over an issue that could have been easily resolved. It feels like the focus is on generating profit from tenants rather than maintaining properties and supporting renters. I would caution anyone considering renting here to be aware of the practices in place.

This is Dorcas Tam who wants to give five stars professional service to Joel Norris. Last year my late husband passed away suddenly without leaving a will. Joel gave us very good advice and saved us a lot of money and hassel. We were feeling defeated and helpless at the time because the bank was giving us a lot of trouble, but with their help, it seems as if they can turn impossible into possible. We are turly greatfull for Joel and his team for their diligence and work ethics. If you are looking for somone who knows their laws well (espically Taxes law and probate) and picks the right battles for you, look no futher.

My 45-year old son passed away with no will or assets. He also was a co-independent executor in the matter of his paternal grandmother s estate. After my online research, I decided to contact Norris & Golubovic. I read reviews and any other information I could find regarding the practice and attorney, Joel Norris. I was also able to watch a few of Joels discussion videos and was extremely impressed. I called to schedule a 15-minute consultation but it was already after 5 PM so I left a message. My name is Herman please read this before going forward with these lawyers I hired them to transfer my grandfather land into my name and at first it appeared that was done properly until I went to a title company and was rejected by their underwriting department due to errors in the affidavit errors that my lawyer should see not just rush my case and be on to the next so once I was informed that we couldn t get no one to accept it I reached out to the lawyers firm and they gave me the run around for a week by the time the lawyer ever called me was a month later and I had already paid someone else to do the job right he told me this was the first time he s hearing about the whole thing I told him I have everything to show that I paid for this service again he could see on there schedule that I had been calling . I ask how would he go about giving me my refund he said he would call me back after he had a meeting with his staff because this is unacceptable that call back never came. It s 3 weeks ago now so I see the refund not go happen . So I advise you to stay away from these people or if you already worked with them verify all information is correct it ll cost you later

Joel Norris and his staff were very efficient and helpful. Any questions about processes and procedures were answered quickly. My dad Roy Kolojaco is a Vietnam vet living on disability and social security income. Mr. Norris gave him a flat rate and worked with him knowing he was a vet with great respect. We had to probate my moms will which she died in 2020. This law firm handled everything expeditiously and we were able to use zoom for the court appearance. The office is quick to answer any questions you may have and are super friendly.

I was a little hesitant about contacting any attorney without a referral. When I first contacted Joel & Golubovic office they treated my case with dignity and respect. We had to probate my mothers home and Joel Norris immediately assured me of how the processed worked and allowed me to ask questions to gain a better understanding of the Probate Laws.
