We had the privilege of having Dan-Phi as our child custody lawyer, and I must say, he exceeded our expectations. Dan is by far the absolute best and greatest lawyer that could ever came in my life, by a dear friend, he got my grandkids home with me quicker than the over priced attorney(no name) starts with a DS. 2 YEARS AND NOTHING. Dan had everything done and ready when I walked in asked a few questions and new what he needed to do. Needless to say my grandkids are now living with me within less than 6 months after 2 years of waisted time. Dan.... Your the best I hope I never need you, but you will always have a very special place in my . My forever friends.

Dan phi was very direct and professional since the very beginning of our case. Dan Phi is dedicated and definitely not the average he will educate and properly explain your options. His communication was 100% top tier, many lawyers are hard to stay in communication with but Dan phi no matter how busy he was always made room to communicate and keep us informed. Our case was very sensitive in a nutshell it was medical kidnapping. Dan phi did not ever back down In the midst of all the corruption of the hospital and cps case workers to the judge he fought for us. I will say this now Dan phi is worth every penny ! Although the state illegally had custody of my child they never laid hands on our child all thanks to God and Dan Phi. Not to many are this fortunate please do not hesitate to hire this lawyer! He will fight for you like family and is worth every penny!

Most dedicated and very intelucual attorney I was involved in a car accident, and my car was total loss thanks to my step father, recommended me to him and he is represntably authentic and will attend your call and questions and is very understanding he know what the law is and knows how to get your case resolved if your being backlashed. Dedicated, Experienced, and Respectful (LGBTQ Ally) We went to Dan, without knowing much about DFPS, the foster system, and intervening. Dan spent hours with us at a consultation listening to us and helping us navigate the process. His work led up to the adoption of our three children. From the very first phone call with The lawfirm of Dan-Phi Nguyen I felt understood, and finally felt like my side of the story mattered. Every single little detail was listened to carefully by first his paralegal where she then reassured me that I had standing in my case and that they could help me. Mind you this was After hours at 8PM she listened to me cry my heart out and next set me up for a consultation. 2 days later I Met with Mr.Dan and since then it has been great. The legal advised started that very moment and the genuine care that he had for reuniting families was beyond measures. The financial understanding that they have on how stressful hiring an attorney is was also great! They work with you not only for you! My over all experience was not only great but also successful. Mr.Dan got to work IMMEDIATELY and within maybe a full 2 months my son was reunited with the family and even after that exact court hearing the communication did not stop. I was motivated to continue with full compliance of my current services and reassured that there is more to be done. Court reminders where consistent and after hour calls where never a problem. Dan is hands down the best! His knowledge and experience helped my son and I in ways I will never be able to put into words.
