My wife and I recently visited Big Shots Golf in Bryan for the first time, and overall, it was a pretty fun experience. The golfing itself was enjoyable, and as beginners, we found it relatively easy to pick up how to play. However, there were a few aspects that diminished the overall experience. Firstly, the dynamic pricing is quite steep, especially on Fridays and weekends. At nearly $100 an hour for two people, it simply doesnt justify the cost. Im not sure if this pricing is consistent throughout all seasons, but at this rate, it s hard to see the value. While we had fun, it was frustrating that most of our balls werent being tracked accurately, with many shots not being tracked at all. This issue detracts from the enjoyment and accuracy of the game, which is a significant drawback. Overall, Big Shots Golf offers a fun experience, especially during non-peak hours when the prices are more reasonable. If you can avoid the higher costs and the tracking issues, its worth a visit. However, corporate needs to address the tipping policy and ensure their ball tracking system is reliable to enhance the customer experience.

We only went for the puttputt but the facility is impressive as you drive up. The two story driving range looks inviting and Im sure we will return for that activity at some point. The puttputt was fun but it only got four stars because there was no shade of any kind. Cmon folks this is Texas,throw up a couple of sail shades.

The golf is fun. The drinks are mid. The menu is confusing for anyone with a food allergy/accommodation. The labeling was inconsistent even wrong (looking at you, boneless wings). But I m the fool for expecting options for those with dietary restrictions at the modern equivalent of a local bowling alley. But if you re just trying to drink and be bad a golf for an hour or so, it s not bad.

And staff just walks around and doesn t say anything about getting someone unless you ask them too. Hope they can step the staff game up for better service.

Came here for the first time with my friends. We ordered a large amount of food for our party which came out on a timely manner, but the food didn t seem like it was cooked fresh. A lot of the food was warmish or almost cold. We had a tab for drinks and when it was time to checkout, the female bartender there seemed super rude and kept asking who opened our tab like it mattered. Just look for my credit card under my name and let me pay and leave. We tried to play some golf at their driving range. We got set for a tee box and got settled in, but they split up our parties into 2 groups which was ok except for the fact that they split us up across each other vs right next to each other. It wasn t busy and there were plenty of booths around us so why not set us up next to each other. We requested then and requested after, to please at least make the booths next to each other so our parties who are also spectating, isn t so far apart, buuut they didn t want to accommodate. On top of that, their screen scoring system wasn t working at all from the very beginning and they tried to charge us for the time we were waiting for them to fix it. We ended up challenging them and we got it squashed. They later tried to move us, but by then, we just felt irritated and canceled the whole golf thing. The only thing I think we all enjoyed was playing on their large foosball table located on the second floor. They have a nice area outside on the first floor where you can play on a huge Battleship game board, foosball, and/or corn hole. They also have a mini golf outside, but we didn t do that. Some of the staff were friendly and fast, but I felt the ones we dealt with that night were inexperienced when it comes to dealing with issues and resolving them. Overall, seems like a nice place to chill and have fun, but the experience we had that night left a sour taste in our mouths. One of the worst experiences for service that I ve had in a long time. The parking lot is huge so you shouldn t have issues finding any. They have lots of tables and chairs to chill at.

Good place for an evening of fun. Multiple types of golf games to play, food is decent (about what youd expect for this type of venue), and the drinks they make are good. Staff is nice as well. They have an option where if there is a wait for a lane to open, they will text you once it is ready for you. This way you dont have to sit around by the reception counter waiting for your name to be called. Overall a good place for a fun date night or an outing with your friends.

Called to see what wait time was, the lady that answered said it was about a 40 minute wait. I came up there and she said they werent taking anymore walk ins when clearly there were booths open. We had a great time getting together to celebrate my dad s birthday! Unfortunately, the 2 bays that we were sat at didn t have heat; it was about 50° today. The staff was very accommodating, the manager on duty kindly comped something off our ticket for the inconvenience and we were moved to different bays where the heaters were working. Lauren was an excellent server, always made sure our drinks were full and we were taken care off. The manager Tori, I think, was also great and handled our heater situation gracefully! Thank you BigShots! We ll be back!

I was at Big Shots tonight when a lady really started giving the waitress and 2 bartenders a really bad time. It was super unfortunate to see people treat their service providers so poorly. The staff was so professional trying to diffuse the situation. Ive always enjoyed this place and all the folks who work there. They are great and did their best to try and make this lady happy. Sadly, I just think some customers are looking for a reason to disagree.

Incredibly poor customer service! Dishonest business practice. They will boot you from your reservation and argue against your provided time stamped confirmation text. Just happened and the manager shouted orders from the other level and refused to come down to help her staff fix this. Then as a good gesture the front desk staff offered a complimentary hour due to extended wait times after having to be on the wait list a SECOND time. Upon completion of the supposed comped hour of play I was charged full price and was told that the manager refused to honor this because we did not respond to the 10 min reservation notice which I have time stamped messages that document it was responded to in less than 2 mins of receiving.

We had the BEST time with half of my son s baseball team and their families. Mattie was so attentive and accommodating and even got some toddler sized clubs for my 3 YO. You can see in one of my photos that she went as far as showing him every step to take from setting up the ball to holding his club correctly and swinging lessons Every single person in our party played and laughed and had so much fun that we completely lost track of time. The food and the drinks were excellent and I ve said it once already but feel the need to say it again; our service was OUTSTANDING! Mattie was wonderful, and multiple managers came along to ensure everyone in our party was happy and well taken care of. We will DEFINITELY be back! It s a great venue and fun for the whole family!

We ve been to Big Shots many times! And we always have so much fun! Well today we had a waitress and her name was Kayla Right away I felt the vibe that we didn t want to be our waitress. My first time to this establishment and it was very nice. The only problem I encountered was when paying with cash at the bars, rather than asking me if I want my coin change back, the bartenders just keep it. Thats my money and if I want them to keep it, I would say so. This happened to me twice in this same visit. I wonder how much extra money they are making off of customers by doing this. What if my bill was 8.75 and I just gave you $8.00. Im sure that wouldnt go over well, especially if I did it 2 or 3 times. If anything, the customers can always put the change in the tip jar if they dont want their coin change but give the customer the opportunity to make that decision, dont take it upon yourself to keep their money.

The facilities are great between the driving range to the mini-golf. They have a variety of food options, and we enjoyed all of it, but the favorites were burgers, tenders, and the chocolate cake. The food was good. The kids had a blast. Why a 2 ? Our waitress was horrible. When I ordered the kids drinks i said 4 Strawberry lemonades and a peach sweet tea. She brought back 4 regular lemonades and no tea. My fiance didnt get his drink as well. He tried multiple times to get her attention to let her know the drinks were wrong and that he didnt receive his drink. When she brought out the food she was moving so fast I was trying to ask her about the drinks and she just kept on doing what ever it was she was doing. I got loaded fries and my son got boneless sweet chili wings and we didnt even have a fork. My son had to find another waitress to get a fork. When she came back by my fiance was trying to get her attention to let her know our issues and she flat out ignored him. 10 mins before we left I got my drink. She finally popped up when we had 5 mins left. My fiance told her that he wanted to speak with a manager. When the manager came and fixed everything. He was very apologetic. We will not be going back.

First off I looked this place up on my phone. Never been there. Their mobile website made it look like simulated golf where you hit into a screen indoors. This was like top golf and even though they had heaters we had to play in our jackets. Not fun. Our plan was to eat and then golf. I called to make reservations turns out that can only be done online unless you walk in. Well we got there got seated in the restaurant portion. Sat for approximately 10mins with no one even acknowledging us but yet many staff members walking right past us. Went to the bar and made a comment and the bar tender said he was in charge of the entire restaurant plus drinks for the golf side and he didn t notice us. Granted we were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered our food took forever and then the bartender tells us someone else took our food. We finally ate went outside to golf. My dates shots had issues registering. Her shots would register 1in 4 shots. Service was terrible we would order drinks even if we didn t need them because we never knew when we d see our server again. Overall the place was crawling around with staff but they were always grouped up walking around. I think with some website improvements, temperature control improvements and management it would be a cool place to go. But to me the worst part of this place was the lack of management.

We weren t there to play this time. Came down for the food. Service was so off. We sat down, No one came to get our order. Had to go up to the server to ask for menus. Gave us one between the four of us. But we managed. Once the food arrived the server disappeared. Never came to check up on us. Never got any refills. Waited and waited no one came to check us out either. My friend got up and asked one of the server to be checked out. Terrible service. Lack of management. But great food.

BigShots is an absolute blast any day of the week. My friends and I are loving the winter golf league play. Not only is Joe a fantastic coach (he taught me how to get another 40 yards out of my 6 iron), but he and Russ make Monday league nights a ton of fun with the challenges and atmosphere! The food and drinks are great too!

Bigshots Aggieland is a great place for family, friends, and fun. If you are new to golf, curious about it, or a top golfer - this is the place to be. It doesnt matter your skill level, you are going to have a good time. We have recently joined the Monday night league. What a great way to start each week. Golf and friends! The entire staff has been friendly and very helpful. The food and drinks have been great also. Dont stop and eat elsewhere. Grab yourself some food and drinks there. Definitely looking forward to more golf time.

Had a great time at Disney karaoke night. The food was great, the drinks were great, the service and bartenders were top notch. My only complaint is the rowdy group of adults getting drunk at a kids event and being rude to patrons.

Just got turned around for the fourth time in a row at the door. Won t let you make a reservation over the phone, but love to say they are too full. Or they say sorry we are closing early. Lots of fun good prices, but trying to get a bay sucks even even there is lots of open bays.

Like, 90% of my reviews are restaurants because I like to eat, but we had a team-building meeting there and they serve food, so here we are. Ill start by saying Ive never done golf like this and its really fun, especially with a social group. Now, if youre coming to Big Shots for the food you should expect a cut above generic finger foods - for example, the pretzel thingies are really tasty. The barbeque pizza was a little barbeque-y for my tastes but still done well. Custom drinks are a thing and the taste & variety did not disappoint. And, oh yeah, there was golf. Smacking that little white projectile for all it was worth from the second deck was a very satisfying experience, especially when you consider the view from there looks almost like countryside instead of the heart of Bryan.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. 30+ kids running around upstairs around the bar area. 5 or so actually tried to take over our stall and some came up RIGHT BEHIND US as we were swinging. Told management, they moved the kids and the kids came back and did it again. Multiple severs and bartenders watched as it happened and did nothing. Servers were standing around at the bar talking to the bartender when there was CLEARLY trash and tables that needed tending to. Server rarely came to check up on us bc they were at the bar. Server looked right at us then walked away. Made a reservation for two hours but had to ask for a refund bc the experience was atrocious. One of the worst entertainment industry experiences I ve ever had. Staff needs massive overhaul. * UPDATE * BigShots sent a response to this review saying a GM will contact me regarding the issue. This GM still hasnt contacted me regarding the issue experienced. If you say you will contact me to resolve the issue, then I expect a response. Dont think you can respond publicly and not expect me to keep you all accountable. The lack of response just reinforces my terrible review of this place. Take your money elsewhere please.

And here my Story the GM tell not me I Got Laid Off Or I Got Fired GM told on phone me why my schedule not show up come in Tuesday 11th October for more information so I did it and GM said to me on Phone & In Person GM told are Laid some people also other think GM told me Didnt They Have Any Hours From Me also second other think GM told me Bring A Copy My Food Handing Card I did it and GM Refused Copy My Food Handing Card He Told Me Sells Down that why my schedule not show up and I Check My Food Handing Card Expires To Next Year.

We had a good time! My 13 year old son and his buddies were asking for more. None of them had much golf experience. This was a great introduction with room to grow. Staff was helpful. Would definitely go again!

The facility is amazing, and the staff is polite and respectful. I would highly recommend booking a lesson with Joe Funkhouser if you feel like your golf swing could use improvement, beginner or not. Joe is very excited to help his students improve and hell get you just as excited when he greets you at the start of the lesson. Joe provides great information about your swing with the use of Trackman, and he makes the lesson so fun that youll be wanting to book another one before leaving the hitting bay.

This is like a smaller version of topgolf if you are familiar and it s actually really nice. When we went it was not as crowded and as loud. It was a good price for the two hours that we stayed and some people grab drinks and I grab some food. The Korean fried cauliflower It was pretty good and the margarita pizza was average but the garlic on it was a good touch. The games offered for golfing were pretty fun as well and it was not hard to navigate.

Had a super fun time! The food and drinks were quite good. If I were to come again I would be sure to come on a day when they had a special running as the weekends are significantly more expensive even if there arent many people there. I believe they have a good deal for college students on Tuesdays.

We arrived at the Bryan location at 7:03pm. There was 9 of us visiting. Our server was Mack. The food and golf were great, however Mack left about 30 minutes into our visit with absolutely no notice. We had 3 different servers attempting to take care of us. We added 45 more minutes to our play time and when the time came to receive our checks, it was absolute chaos. We had a server we had never even spoken to before come to split our checks. He was very kind. Mack had put everyone s orders onto one huge check and rang in items we never received. The server that split our checks went to the back to get the mess situated. It took over 50 minutes for anyone to come back with the fixed checks. Mack miraculously reappeared and had an extremely rude and annoyed attitude. In addition admitted to abandoning us. Everyone s checks were still incorrect and when we informed her of this, she acted as if it was our fault. One of the guests ended up paying $50 for a kids chicken nuggets and a diet coke. When she came back a second time with the checks, she just threw them down and said with attitude, Bye. Sorry about that server switch. She was one of the rudest and least attentive servers I have ever had at any establishment. None of us will ever be returning. We were extremely disappointed with our experience.

Went Saturday night to a Birthday party food that I ordered was good but the waitress mixed up the debit cards when whe checked everyone out my order was only $36 something and when I checked my account the next morning I had been charged $284. I spoke with a manager and he pulled it up on the computer and said he would make everything rt but woke up this morning its Monday and now my card has been charged $309. So waiting for my bank to open so I can try and let them know I DID NOT authorize a transaction that big on my account ... Big Shots needs to do better ... other than that kids had fun
