This is the attorney you want on your case especially if there is an amicus involved. What should ve been an easy win for us, turned south because the amicus was pitiful and delayed our case a good year. We hired Stacey and suddenly the amicus started acting right. Her office fixed several issues that the previous lawyers office straight up neglected and we were able to turn our case around. I was very ready to see her eat up the opposing council but because Stacey has a reputation like no other, they ran scared the day of trial and asked for a second mediation. Enter Michaela. She is calm cool and collected and KNOWS HER STUFF! We walked out with everything we asked for. I am extremely grateful for this entire office. Shoutout to Danielle for taking EVERY call and email and always keeping me in the loop.

How you conduct yourself in a public setting, especially when it comes to the way you treat the staff (which was boarder line abuse considering they were following policy) is how you will conduct yourself in your place of business or dealing with clients.

There is a difference between being a shark of a lawyer and a bully. This woman is a bully. If you are looking for a lawyer with any sort of compassion, this is not the one. Especially not if you are ill or have a mental disability. She represented my mother, not myself

Stacey really knows family law. She is so intelligent, thorough, and honest. I trust her to guide me in the right path on this very difficult journey. Because of her success, she is not hungry for money and will regularly suggest to me ways that will cut my legal fees while serving my best interests. I feel protected by her, which is exactly what I wanted in a lawyer. Opposing parties should and do fear her, which means she is really good.

While this firm has not represented me, I do have dealings with them. This attorney has represented my former spouse during our child support proceedings and a spurious case from the same former spouse that was recently dismissed after over 3 years for want of prosecution due to a REFUSAL to serve the court papers to me. Additionally, during every time I have spoken with them, I have only been met with open hostility for no reason that I have been informed of. One such example of this was Valdezs statement in court (during our first ever interaction) where she threatened to attack me (not specified how or if it was physical or verbal), depending on what was said next. My rating of 1-star is due to the absolute lack of professionalism I have always encountered from them. If even one of my interactions with this office, other than noted below, was professional and had some form of semi-courteous exchange, I would never have even written this rating/review. On a side note, there was one paralegal there that did try to help get the court documents and get me served in the spurious case, but she was shot down by the higher ups.

Stacey, her paralegal Danielle and the entire office staff have been truly amazing. They communicate, complete tasks very quickly, have their client s best interest at heart. Stacey is very personable, tells you like it is, doesn t sugarcoat but also doesn t judge and I have felt very comfortable with her. At the same time she is TOUGH and will get the job done. I went to many lawyers before I picked who I wanted to be represented by and Stacey was absolutely the right choice for me.

Stacey & staff came highly recommended & very glad i chose her to represent me in my custody case. Every one knows that it is extremely hard for a father to get custody of his kids , i put my faith in stacy & her team & so far was able to bring my daughter back home with me & are now working on my son!!! By far the best choice I ve made when encountering legal issues was hiring Mrs.Valdez and her associates. Her and Mrs.Balderas were the best support I could ve asked for when I had custody issues. She knows what she s doing and she knows exactly how to help you out.
