This place is charming, the view of the lake is unique, I like the privacy of where it is located, it has enough parking so we didnt struggle to park. I felt very safe because they have security all night.

This place was awesome! It was on our top three of places we were wanting to hold our daughters quince and got eliminated pretty quickly when we began to dig deeper. They were never around to answer calls or texts and the rare times they did, it was never a straight answer. For a place to be so expensive and not even include a dj? It was wild to me that we never got the care and attention we needed- especially when we were wanting to pay for everything up front. Choose anywhere else. These people do not care .

Just a suggestion maybe to have more tables together with the small space of the room it is difficult to go to the dance floor in addition to the problem of parking for 2 events on the same day, big problem. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE!!! they will be nice to you until the day before your event or that day of. I did a contract with them for 700 guests and they only let 500 guests in. The decorations were wrong, staff was rude to our guests, the owner kept calling us the day before to stress us out. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE!! They will be friendly while they take your payments. The day before the event is when everything starts to change. My event was for 700 people and they only let 500 people in. The owner told us the day before to stress us out. A very horrible experience with these people.

It was the worst experience of my life! I did my engagement party and The service was very bad, they are unhelpful! I am beyond beyond happy with every thing they did for us! I would 100000% recommend Luxury on the Lake Events for any event you want exceptional service or an overall stress free, easy and absolutely sensational time of your life! I was told all night how beautiful it looked, how good the food was, how beautiful and almost unbelievable the cake was, how great the ladies who helped were, how great the door service was and the theatre the kids loved! I can t tell you how amazing it was, you would have to see for yourself through the pictures or even experiencing an event of your own. The pictures give the look no justice! My daughter had the time of her life and the DJ Star was the greatest! He played everything we asked for and so much more, he has people on the dance floor the whole night even at the end of the night. I recommend them over and over! Thank you to everyone who made our night beyond beautiful!

I am truly delighted with the service they provided us, everything was perfect, the decoration, the food, how friendly and helpful they are, starting with Mr. Jorge Muñoz, he has a spectacular team... there are 5 rooms A, B, C, Premier and the Event Center, which is the one I chose, and the person in charge of decorating and waitressing is Ms. Georgina, wow, a wonderful person, her entire team is fantastic, they know how to please a client perfectly... all fifteen of my daughters were perfect, it was an unforgettable day everyone was delighted with the decoration of the Salon... I highly recommend them, you will not regret it... truly beautiful Salons in terms of decoration, they take care of even the smallest detail...

Terrible communication and customer service. We had my sisters quinceanera last weekend 08/28. We had an incident were staff stole boxes of beer and liquor bottles. We reported to manager and manager said they were not responsible. Enrique has terrible customer service manners. Made inappropriate comments all the time. We gave instructions to not use fog machine while presentation due to camera video staff instructions of recoding being viewable and even though we talked to staff they still did it. I will not recommend this place for anyone. Very unprofessional staff starting from management.

Worst place to hold an event, was understaffed so food was cold. We had an incident for my step daughters quince with one of the servers trying to steal a purse of one of the family members. We asked to see the video but we re told that we would need to speak with management which we did and we have been getting the runaround for about a month now. Jorge (owner) only cares about the money and not about the actual event they are planning. We have been given an excuse that he can t get ahold of his security guy that handles his cameras but we know that s a lie, I seriously don t know how this place is still up and running. Save your money and find another ballroom, you ll regret coming here. I knew we should have gone with Villa Luxe.

We toured for our wedding venue here. We were shown both rooms and were told both prices for the rooms and were told that the room we wanted was not available for out wedding date (not negotiable in moving since we already booked our wedding ceremony location date). I believe this should have been communicated with us before we were shown what we cant have. Then we tried seeing if we could negotiate the price on the bigger room since we wouldnt need all that was offered and never received any sort of call back or offer. This place seemed very nice and I honestly wanted to have my wedding reception here, but the lack of communication worried me. The decorations are gorgeous and the offer is almost too good to pass up, too bad it wasnt available for us.

The place is very nice, so my comment is more about my personal experience as a vendor, not as a client. I have been doing weddings for 3 decades as a D.J. and this is the first and only venue that ever asked me to bring my own DJ table... they could not provide a simple 6 foot rectangular table... a wedding venue??? Even though I didn t have my wedding here Because they didn t fit my needs(I wanted a chapel or ceremony room/ which they don t have) the staff was so patient and friendly when I visited and called for all of the questions I had. Their ballrooms are very pretty and worth seeing especially because they were soo freaking affordable, there s other expensive packages that have more stuff included but that s up to the client which is great. They have literally any decoration you can imagine it s insane. I ll make sure to book with them for another party. :)
