The ballroom was so beautiful, everyone was so kind, professional. I loved every single experience we had, from the Dj , bartender, coordinator , dancers, I would recommend Houstons ballroom to everyone, Leslie is such a wonderful person.

We had our wedding here this part weekend and with all the stress and chaos, lesly and her team made my dream wedding come true. everything was beautiful from top to bottom & they definitely listened to my ideas. Truly the best out of the best,completely remodeled from bottom to top Their staff is extremely nice and helpful they always have someone on the floor helping out your guest Photomundo made it so easy to plan my event completely stress free and I enjoyed the whole night not having to worry about nothing.there food was really really good and they have plenty of options to choose from and they have there own catering 10/10 recomend

Everyone made the wedding planning experience so smooth and stress free!! Everything was sp beautiful and almost a week later my guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue is! Not to mention their prices were by far the most affordable compared to other venues.

We had my 2 granddaughters Quince here, simultaneously. My granddaughters managed to mess up how things were to be coordinated. The staff here stepped in amidst the confusion and handled every detail with professionalism. Our experience here was very positive. The food and cake provided were first-rate. I had no problem with the area or location .

Here we celebrated my daughters 15th birthday. I am very happy with the service. Mrs. Leslie is on top of everything from start to finish, very good price, excellent service, delicious food, very lively DJ... all decorated with the colors that I wanted, very elegant and the photographers were super professional...all dressed according to the party...I am very satisfied with the service, I absolutely recommend it.

When I went looking for the venue for my daughter s XV, I looked at several venues in all over Houston. I looked around and found Leslie at Houston s Ballroom.I straight out told her what I needed and could she meet my needs. She gave me her quotes and was very direct and didn t sugar coat anything.I could tell she is good at what she does. Throughout the whole process she was very patient and gave me very good advice that added the extra special touches for my daughter.All I can say is WOW!!That day she made sure all her staff was the best of the best. Very professional crew!! Everyone from cleaning staff to very Good DJ that had all my guests coming out from venue like they were in a club!! I also want to thank our camera crew that was with us throughout the day and very patient with us. Definitely recommend Houston s Ballroom.

I don t care what anyone else says on here this hall was great from the starting process till the end. I want to thank all the staff and Leslie for helping and catering to all the guests making my sisters 16 a successful night.. Leslie was great help, answering any questions we had. We had an amazing night and so did our guests beautiful decor and atmosphere loved it THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Highly recommend this hall

I gave 1000 dlls and they didnt want to give it back to me so I lost 1000 dlls I gave it to them only because I regretted it and my daughter didnt want to be there anymore. The month I booked I canceled and they didnt want to return the deposit and there were still 2 years left

RUN!!! I booked this event for a company christmas party. They require you buy all food from their restaurant and it was SO BAD. They had reheated chicken in the microwave. Beans and rice were hard and old. They refused to let me bring outside food in and refused to refund my deposit.

Place needs a deep clean on the inside. Ballroom is beautiful when it s decorated. Bathrooms are terrible. One sink didn t even work and one of the other ones, only the cold water worked. Toilet didn t flush well and the ceiling tiles were missing. The rooms upstairs by the bar were disgusting. I m not sure if it was vomit on the doors or spilled food but either way it was dried and I could tell it had been here for awhile. I paid almost $6000 for my daughters wedding and was not impressed with the accommodations. They served dinner on styrofoam plates along with plastic silverware. Food was ok but nothing to brag about. They only served tea and water during dinner. When we arrived before the wedding they had the colors wrong. The table cloths were set up with the wrong colors along with the main table for the bride and groom. I am very disappointed and won t be using this establishment for any future parties. I would not recommend it either. The pictures they post are from whatever the families bring to set up. They are using their items as false advertisement. The photo booth is set upstairs and not convenient for party goers. The bar was also very filthy and had old cups and garbage from previous parties. On a brighter note, the DJ was great. That s my one star given.

Awful awful awful..... I drove into town from San Antonio to attend my neices wedding on 9 Jun 2018 and there was another party going on right next to the wedding. The music was so loud we couldnt hear the vows. How embarrassing for the entire wedding party. When booking the facility, they were told that you could not hear the next party. That was a bold face lie!!!!!!! Although the facility is quite lovely inside, the walls are paper thin. Be aware when booking your wedding at this facility

The worst experience... My wedding was in July 2016 and it was a disaster. They do not comply with what they tell you, by telling them that at the mere time of the event Alejandra changed the room for me, I had paid for the largest room they had and at the end she gave me the small room. Alejandra behaved very rudely towards me. Dont waste your money and time with them.
