I recently rented the medium hall at Herrera s Event Center for my daughter s quinceañera, and while the venue itself looked good initially, the overall experience left much to be desired. We were allowed to practice inside the hall as promised, but the gentleman overseeing the hall was unnecessarily rude to our guests and my wife, which set a negative tone from the start. On the day of the event, the servers were also unprofessional, being rude to our guests while serving food and drinks. Despite having plenty of food left over, some guests were not served when they asked. I had pre-purchased alcohol for the event and was told that import beers would be $4 and domestic beers $3. However, I was surprised to see Michelob Ultra, a clearly domestic beer, being charged as an import. When I inquired, the bartender insisted it was considered an import something I found quite confusing and felt like an unnecessary upcharge. During the dance portion of the night, we encountered another issue staff trying to sweep the dance floor while people were actively dancing. I even had to intervene to stop a gentleman from doing so. This really disrupted the flow of the evening. The DJ was another disappointment. His accent made it difficult to understand his announcements, which caused some confusion among the guests. Furthermore, the DJ decided to stop the music and attempted to end the party prematurely just because my wife and I left early, even though the event was scheduled to go on until 2 a.m. and many guests, including my daughter, were still present. To top it off, after dinner, the venue began charging guests $3 for a cup of ice and even for water, which felt like being nickel and dimed for basic necessities. While we did manage to have a good time overall, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. For the $8,000+ we spent, the service and experience were far below what we expected. Definitely not worth the money.

The hall is beautiful but the customer services is H O R R I B L E ... they charge for everything when I asked the girl who was on her cell phone the ENTIRE TIME for some water she looked up said two dollars and put her face back in her phone like helloooo we are paying for service your on the clock .... lady moping while guest are still eating they charge for ice for a cup ....rent the hall without the staff if you can!!!

The interior is well kept, seating inside for about 150 people. Decent bar size that is pay-per drink. The parking lot is however a bit small. The service staff is friendly too.

The place is very nice, but it lacks good management, I went to a party and the chairs were all dirty, the people who were dressed in black were all dirty with dust, the table arrangements looked like they were taken from an Egyptian pyramid super dusty Someone vomited at the beginning of the party in the bathroom, the party ended, they never cleaned it, they need to be more attentive, because for the price they have, they are a must

Herreras Event Halls are the largest, most elegant weddings and quinceaneras reception venues in the area. Quinceaneras Gallery by Juan Huerta Photography and Video has been there several times and we are always very impressed with the size of the place and quality of the services. I would highly recommend going with Herreras. This was my first time to book an event. Everyone in the office was always helpful, friendly. They really did an amazing job with the tables and the interior set up for my daughters quinceanera. They truly gave my daughter a magical evening to remember They definitely surprised us with several things they did for us.Made us feel Blessed thats for sure. Thank you Herreras for everything.

Very elegant inside with nice hard and spacious dancing floor. There were beautiful large rust chandelier hung over the dance floor which made for beautiful pictures. Has a staircase on the right side inside. Theres a bar with snacks sold.

My friends daughter had her XV there. It was a nice and memorable experience. Pros: big bathrooms, lots of parking and space uptairs if needed. Helpful waitstaff. Beautiful decorations. Cons: Entrance is not as grand as the rest of the hall is. The main table sits between the two bar areas making it a bit crowded especially when taking pics.

We had our wedding there this past weekend and everything looked absolutely beautiful But there were plenty of downfalls. Decorations: I did not ask for the gold plates to be placed on the tables and they were there when I walked in. I asked and was told that someone would be available to light the candles prior to reception time, that did not happen. 2 of my guests had to light every candle. I requested the larger chandeliers on my tables and those were not put out. Food: It was served cold. Several guests were denied second servings. I requested food to be served all night which would include the late night eaters. When my guest asked for food again they were denied. This would have prevented me from taking so much food home as I requested when booking. DJ: Israel - We requested for him to only speak in English, he spoke spanish. He messed up the father daughter dance...that was supposed to be EXTRA especial for me but it was RUINED!! We gave him specifics on music and he played whatever he wanted. I couldnt enjoy my reception because I had to keep running up there to correct him. We met with him PRIOR to our wedding day to prevent these issues and so he could have everything ready. He was so unorganized!!! The light projection with our names was requested to be written in ENGLISH it was still written in spanish. When we called to tell the venue all of our concerns the lady in charge of everything kept pushing blame on every one else but themselves. We visited the hall several times prior to our wedding day to prevent all of this chaos. There was an extreme lack of communication between your team members. I can say that all of your serving staff was very nice and helpful with bringing food to the tables and clearing as my guest ate.

I officiated a wedding here and it was nice, clean and the set up was beautiful. They have a mirror along one full wall which makes it perfect I m not sure how many guest it can hold but seems like 200. They had different buildings all next to each other but it was all owned by the same hall.

The place appeared to be rather nice. The dinner staff was friendly, however, the food was cold. Im not sure whose responsibility it was but that should be addressed. Also, they so not allow seafood as an option to serve. Their reason was due to the smell. This is not easily noticeable from the major highway, youd have to be familiar with the area to turn the route of the hall.
